    Your holiday villa is fully air-conditioned, has free WiFi and is situated in a quiet square in central Gran Alacant, opposite the pool and gardens and within easy walking distance of a very good range of supermarkets, bars and restaurants.​ Opposite your villa is the large communal swimming pool and gardens. The pool also has a separate children's section and has a large grassy area for sunbathing!

    Outside the patio/garden area is furnished with a table and 4 chairs and a Weber BBQ, making it perfect for al fresco dining or breakfast!

    Moving inside the villa, the air-conditioned lounge features a large leather corner unit sofa, large pouffe, coffee table, rug, pictures and ceiling fan.

    The dining area contains a pine dining table and 4 chairs and the first of two fridge/freezers! For your entertainment, there is a large pine wall unit housing a 31” flat screen TV complete with IPTV  (with some UK terrestrial and Satellite channels) and a DVD. Plus there is free WiFi throughout the villa!

    Moving into the kitchen, you will find an oven, ceramic hob, extractor fan, toaster, Bosch Tossimo coffee machine, dishwasher, kettle, a larger than usual sink, plus an excellent selection of cutlery and utensils.

    In addition you have a utility room which houses the second fridge/freezer, washing machine, microwave, another Expresso coffee machine and iron and ironing board, plus additional worktop space.

    Also on the ground floor, you will find a handy downstairs shower/WC, containing a shower cubicle, WC, basin with mirror above and a wall mounted electric heater

    Moving upstairs via the marble staircase, the air-conditioned master bedroom containing a double bed, bedside cabinets, lamps, pictures, full length mirror, ceiling fan, plus 2 double built in wardrobes (one containing a 4 drawer chest), a safe for your valuables during your stay and a hairdryer to save on your packing! There are also duvets for winter lets.

Guests can arrive and depart on ANY day of the week - you are NOT restricted to Saturday-Saturday bookings!

Access is from 3pm onwards on your day of arrival. Departure is by 10am on your final day.

  • £200.00 refundable security deposit taken on all bookings
  • 70 Euros end of stay cleaning/laundry charge payable locally
  • 20 Euros charge for arrivals & departures between 22.00 and 08.00 payable locally
  • Electricity charged at 0.20 Euro per kwh used

A HEDGES - September 2019
Second time we have stayed here and again not disappointed. Very central to all amenities including Pool, Beach, Bars, Supermarkets, Shops, Santa Pola and Alicante. Best to have a car if you can as it really does simplify everything although local transport is pretty good but without a car you are limited. The folk at Alicante Holiday Villas were once again very helpful as was the property manager who meets you for the keys and shows you around the property. Yes we will stay here again.

This would be our 4th stay in Gran Alacant and our 4th property (ie. we generally choose new ones every time). This also means that we know quite a bit about the properties and the area by now. This house was excellent in many ways, the machines function well, from the AC to the washing machine and the Wi-Fi. One thing I considered to be above par was the safety arrangements for small children.  The safety arrangements here was extremely sturdy. So if you have small kids this would be a property I would gladly recommend.

This reasonably large two bedroom villa exceeded our expectations as did the folk at Alicante Holiday Villas and Melinda who met us with the keys. The whole booking process through to arriving and leaving for home was seamless. Clean and spacious with a first floor full bathroom with shower and a ground floor shower room with toilet and basin. The rooftop terrace looks over the attractive pool with views across to the mountains and Alicante. Very well maintained with everything you need for a comfortable holiday. If hiring a car you are in a very good location for access to the main hub of Gran Alacant with the commercial centre a few minutes down the road plus an array of good restaurants within both walking or driving distance. The fabulous beach is a few minutes drive away with ample free parking with Santa Pola and Alicante City an easy drive. Nice beaches can also be found at these lovely places also. If not driving then the local transport in the area is very good giving access to all the places mentioned. Hiring a car simply gives you amazing flexibility. We will most certainly be booking this villa again next year. We would also advise future holiday makers to make the most of the Alicante Holiday Villas website as it contains everything you need to know about the area - well worth studying.
