We had booked a villa that had fallen through with only a few weeks left till our holiday. I was unsure about booking, as I had found Alicante Holiday Villas on Facebook and there were no Trip Advisor reviews. However, I was pleasantly surprised! Mark was extremely helpful and found us a suitable apartment for our family of 6. The apartment was spacious, well furnished and had everything needed. A high chair and travel cot with mattress was provided. There was a communal pool just two streets away which was extremely clean and well staffed. Bars and restaurants were close by. Our Property Manager was absolutely fantastic, she was very responsive to all our queries. I will be using this company next year.

The property was lovely, and the view from the terrace was fabulous! It was exactly as described on the website, and it was easy to find from the airport which was only 15 minutes away. The beds were extremely comfortable and we all slept very well! It is well located for shops and the beach. We ate in the apartment most of the time and it was amply equipped for this. A very enjoyable holiday!

Great place, apartment located with the best view over the sea you can get. We didn’t rent a car this time, so we used bus and taxi. We visited Santa Pola, Alicante and the beach in Arenales del Sol. See you again. Best from us!

The apartment was clean, really well equipped and very good value for money, I would definitely recommend hiring a car as it is walk to the beach and the larger supermarkets are a 10 minute drive away. The pool area is excellent - the photos do not do it justice, the beaches are clean and beautiful. I would book again with yourselves as it was easy and I would recommend OP car hire who were fantastic.

We visited this beautiful apartment in Brisas Del Faro for the second time. We love to stay there, and love the nice outdoor terrace. The view is fantastic, and it is lovely to sit in the shadow at night to relax. We don't have to rent a car because we used the little train to get us around. If we go to Alicante or Santa Pola the bus is a good way to travel. Sorry about my bad English, but i hope you all understand that this is a good place to be. We will be back.

The apartment is in a very secure gated community which has a good mix of permanent mainly Spanish owners and holiday visitors. Our contact with the local residents was an extremely pleasant one with everyone smiling and saying “Hola”. The property decoration was excellent as was the furniture, large Samsung Smart TV and the kitchen had everything we required. The apartment was large, spacious with three double bedrooms, kitchen and bathroom while outside there was a large patio which the sun shines on all day and has an infinity view over the blue Med. The patio has L shaped sofa, large table and chairs and sun loungers, enough for a family to enjoy the outdoor life plus a barbecue. Thank also to the Management Company and in particular Melinda who met us to hand over the key, show us over the apartment and it's facilities and went out of her way to get us settled in as we were arriving in the dark (winter 6pm dark) and both well into our 70's. Lastly would definitely advise having a car as it is a long walk to the main shopping centre, otherwise it was a great choice - helped by Mark at Alicante Holiday Villas.

The property was equipped to an exceptional standard. The pictures of the property are an accurate reflection of it's quality and views. Our hire car made access to local beaches and facilities much easier but public transport is reliable and very good value - just €1.5 each way to Alicante. We would definitely visit this property again. A great holiday!!

Booked this property based on information via Alicante Holiday Villas. We expected a nice property and boy did we get it. Modern, well equipped, spacious and very well positioned with stunning views. The bedrooms were comfy with plenty of storage. The kitchen had everything we needed including the food hamper waiting for us at the start of our holiday, which was great value. The living room was about the best we've had with a really comfortable sofa perfect for watching the curved screen TV or cooling off under the very modern ceiling fans (also air-con). Outside was the icing on the very up market cake....a large terrace with amazing sea views. This terrace was equally well equipped with a lovely seating area as well as a large dining area. Peaceful and perfect for sunbathing. The views of the morning sunrise are amazing. We would highly recommend this property. Thank you Alicante Holiday Villas.

We booked this apartment on a lower budget so that all six of us could afford a sunshine holiday, along with our organised flights. We wondered how big the apartment would be and were pleasantly surprised on arrival. The apartment is really good, with a spacious feel throughout. The bathroom was really handy. The sun terrace was huge and great for BBQs and sitting out at night and lounging on the days we stayed local. Use the pool as it is very well presented. The road train is very handy and only a short walk to the nearest stop, a great way to get around for the beach, shopping and eating out. The Tex Mex restatraunt (Stop 4) was a good night out and Fusion (walking distance) was a fantastic meal on our last night. The local taxi firm was handy for visiting Alicante and Santa Pola, both are worth a visit. Tarbarca Island was a great day out. Great apartment and great holiday.

It was a lovely apartment with a great view. We stayed for 4 weeks and it was perfect. The pool area was closer to the apartment than expected and perfect for both children and adults. There were both a security guard and a lifeguard - both very friendly. I can fully recommend a stay both in the apartment and in the area. The Wi-Fi in the apartment was perfect. Overall a great experience.

We have just returned from a fantastic holiday with Alicante Holiday Villas. The apartment is fantastic with breath-taking scenes from the balcony. Watching the paragliders during the early evening was a real treat. The pool was fantastic, much better than we imagined it would be and was always clean and supervised at all times. We found the surrounding area to have wonderful places to eat and drink and very reasonable prices too!! We had quite a few trips into the Gran Alacant commercial centre where we had lovely meals and the children thoroughly enjoyed the activities on the rooftop. All in all, this has to be the best holiday we have had in a long time and will definitely be returning next year. Excellent apartment, terrace is wonderful, view of the sea is absolutely fabulous, security (bars on windows, shutters, main gate) is reassuring, apartment is well equipped (Wi-Fi, UK TV stations, PS3 etc.) and comfortable. Urbanisation area is pleasant and well maintained, pool area is fabulous. Gran Alacant has to be the best location in the Alicante area. The keyholder (Tracey) was very pleasant, welcoming and helpful. Hiring of a car is advisable (although not essential).

The apartment was roomy and perfect accommodation for our family consisting of 2 adults and 3 children age 3, 6 and 9. Fantastic view from the terrace over the sea and lots of paragliding to look at during the every evening. Excellent pool area (even better than expected) - wonderful area, well-kept with both large children’s pool and adult pool. Brisas del Faro is a secure and cosy closed area, where the children could go about safely. Extra bonus for our son age 6 with the Playstation 3 - good activity during the hours with too strong sun. The brilliant selection of DVDs was an extra bonus for the parents in the evening. Absolutely an accommodation which deserves the best of recommendations!!

The three bedroom apartment was very welcoming and with the addition of the PS2 and massive collection of DVDs the children were never bored. We travelled to the water park which was well worth the trip. Take the vouchers from the airport as it is a massive saving for a family. Make sure you take the toll road otherwise it is one and a half hours. The market information in the booking confirmation was excellent and we went to a few of those. The pool was beautiful.
