From booking to returning the security deposit everything was made so easy. Property Manager was fantastic and had managed to get the villa ready for our early arrival time. Villa and pool were amazing. We wished we had booked for longer. We would certainly book again.

As a family of 6 we were supposed to go to this fantastic villa in 2020 but due to Covid it was postponed to 2021 then to 2022. We finally travelled in Aug 2022 and it certainly was worth the wait. It is a beautiful, clean, well decorated villa. All doors and curtains have mosquito nets. The kitchen is well stocked for a self catering holiday. Shops, bars and restaurants are a 5 min walk, perfect! Just wish the villa was still available same time next year! Will definitely be booking again.

We stayed in property 483 and it was brilliant, EVERYTHING we needed to make the holiday go smoothly. The gas BBQ saved us so much time not having to clean & light it every time, and I think picking fresh figs from the garden was the highlight for our son! Shopping centre & restaurants are just over the road, beach about a 20 min walk, 5 mins by car or use the Tourist Land Train from the shopping centre. We used the pool day & night, the back garden is in full sun all day and the front porch is great for getting out of the sun if it gets too much. Mark was in constant contact during the lockdowns as we had to reschedule twice, he handled it  sympathetically & professionally. We are second time visitors and will definitely be back.

The property was clean and tidy with a very warm welcome from Melinda, the Property Manager. The shops and amenities are close by and catered for everything we needed. Only 10 minutes from the airport and another 10 minutes to the beach.

Excellent villa very close to everything (approx 5 minute walk), the villa is very modern and clean. The outside area is fantastic and we would definitely book the villa again! We were unsure about going to Spain late September as we always go in July/August however the weather was fab! Thank you to Melinda as she is always there to meet you and is extremely helpful. Another amazing holiday with Alicante Holiday Villas. Each year we have chosen a different villa and are never ever disappointed. Our villa this year was ideal for our family, it is that bit closer to the main facilities. The villa's decor and furnishings lends itself to a very relaxing holiday. The gardens are beautiful and well tended, the BBQ allows you the option for alfresco cooking and dining. The pool, what can I tell you, shaped ideally to allow you to do gentle swimming but also ideal if you want a spot of fun in the pool, and yes we had loads of fun. This was a return to this villa from a previous year, so delighted are we with this villa we have booked it again for 2019.

The accommodation was excellent, had everything you could possibly want and more, great décor and comfort from the sofa to the beds. The booking process was easy and simple to understand, totally upfront with extra costs too. Melinda the key holder was brilliant - she met us at the start of the holiday and it was all very straightforward. The pool area was lovely we spent many days sunbathing and we used the BBQ several times too. Gran Alacant has everything you would want on holiday, 3 big supermarkets and plenty of shops, bars and restaurants all within walking distance, the food and drinks were very reasonably priced too which we were surprised at. Even though we didn't have a day on the beach it looked beautiful with decked walkways from the road to the sand. There is plenty going on in the area with regular markets throughout the week in local towns and villages. The public transport system is regular and cheap - we used the small bus instead of the tourist train as it was quicker but you can do the whole loop of Gran Alacant for 1.5 euros pp on the bus. The people we met were very friendly and gave us lots of advice in regard to the area. We all had an amazing time, loved this Villa and its location. Would definitely return.

Myself and 3 friends had a fantastic week in this lovely villa from start to finish, Melinda was very helpful, and met as agreed with the keys. Villa in a very nice quiet area, everywhere was spotless, inside and out, near to the shops and bar areas and local taxi picked us up if we wanted to go further with prices being very reasonable. We would most definitely recommend this for a holiday and hope some time in the future for us to return.

This villa is a lovely house and is one of our favorites. Andy the key holder is just great! He is extremely helpful upon arrival with me and my family. If we ever have to contact him regarding anything he will either come round or Graham, they also contact you in advance as to not disturb your holiday.

The villa was lovely, exactly as described. It is obviously very well cared for. The gardens are lovely. It was also lovely and clean and tidy. Everything with the holiday was smooth from the booking right through to the deposit refund. We did have a problem with a water leak in the property which was swiftly dealt with by the property manager without fuss even though it was a Sunday. Wouldn't hesitate to re-book this villa.

This is a villa of excellent quality including the outside area which is a well landscaped area. There is nothing about the villa which is worthy of criticism. Would be happy to rent this again. Keyholder was extremely helpful and responded very quickly to an issue we had with hot water. All in all an excellent villa close to the commercial centre which was very welcome in the extreme heat that we experienced!

The villa is lovely and is decorated and furnished to a very high standard, the equipment in the kitchen is second to none which made it so easy to cook for the family compared to other apartments we have visited. The pool is beautiful and a great size, the whole of the outside area was lovely and clean and well maintained with excellent sunbeds, tables, chairs and parasols. Location wise, you could not be better off for all of the main supermarkets and a good selection of bars and restaurants. Great villa for a family holiday and would definitely stay here again.
