Our accommodation was very spacious with adequate. The BBQ came in handy, some lovely local kebabs. We all used the pool area, very clean and well maintained with 2 life guards and a security guard on the gate. The whole complex felt safe and secure, reassuring when you have 2 kids with you. All in all, I would stay at the property again.

Had another good week in this area. Stayed in this property three years ago. The rooms are good sizes and having three bathrooms worked well for us. Good Wi-Fi signal. We didn't use the pool facility within the gated community as we prefer the beach but it looked inviting.

A lovely house and area with stunning pool. Quiet, clean and beautiful urbanization. We were 6 adults and there was plenty of room for us in the house. Lovely roof terrace with stunning views, large outdoor area on the ground floor with the possibility to choose sun or shade all day / evening. Gran Alacant is a cozy city, we recommend a car especially if you want to the beach. Not easy without a car, although it it possible with the tourist train. The beach is fantastic - hot water and lovely sand. However, expensive sun loungers and parasols (15 Euro for 2 beds and 1 parasol).

Good sized three bedroom house, all facilities advertised were present. The pool is about 80 yards away, not a problem for us. The pool is a good size, we found it was very quiet during week but busy at weekend. Friendly & helpful staff met us with key. Overall very happy & are likely to return again.

The accommodation was very good. The views from the roof terrace were fantastic. The weather was hot but windy at times. Bars and shops were only ten minute walk away. The pool was outstanding, the best one we have been to yet although a little chilly when you first ventured in. Well it was April after all!!!!!!!!

The house we stayed in was very nice. We are a family of 6 persons and there was enough room for all of us, a big freezer, dishwasher and 3 bathrooms. The streets around our house were very clean and quiet and the swimming pool was also beautiful! We liked the small beaches and the little towns in the neighbourhood. We stayed for two weeks and haven’t seen everything yet.

This this our second visit to Gran Alacant using the services of Alicante Holiday Villas and we must say the it was a pleasure dealing with Mark, very professional in every way from booking the accommodation and the very prompt return of our security deposit. The key holders Andy and Graham were waiting at the gates of the urbanisation to let the taxi driver in and show us around the house and the pool area. We had no Wi-Fi connection but after phoning Andy a service engineer was at the property to sort the problem out within hours. One of the outside chairs was damaged by the sun and Andy replaced all four chairs with new ones. We must say we were very impressed with this level of service, thank you to both of you. Property 501 was on a private gated urbanisation with security at weekends and the use of a gate fob to get in to the complex and the communal pool area and tennis courts were excellent. The house had plenty of space inside and out we spent most days up on the roof sunbathing and watching the paragliders at the cliff edge. In the evening we had our family round for a meal in space at the back of the property with the sun shining until sunset. Inside the house was everything you would need and because of the size it was very cool just using the ceiling fans with outside temperatures of 30c+. The local supermarket was only a 10 minute walk away with everything you would need for a self-catering break with a butcher next door selling fresh and cooked meats. The local market will be moving to this area selling fruit and veg as well as the usual market items. The local bars and restaurants are only 5 minutes away with Tablao Los Lunares having great evening views over to Alicante and very good food and wine. If you love steak go next door to the Patagonia Argentinian steak house and on the same strip is also a very good Chinese. We used the local buses to Santa Pola to go for tapas at the harbour and to get the boat over to Tabarca Island. Alicante is also worth a visit with a look round the harbour at the boats and then use the lift up to the castle with great views of the city. We have recommended Alicante Holiday villas to our family who stayed at a different property to ours and both of us will be booking again for our next trip to Gran Alacant. Thank you.

Very pleasant property, we used it like a base camp, visiting family, and discovering the area. We believe Spring is the best time to visit this part of Spain. Quiet, all facilities, shops etc are open and available, people are willing to help you and no overcrowding.

We really enjoyed our stay at the villa, it was a very relaxing holiday and we are seriously considering returning to Gran Alacant next year. We found the whole experience a relaxing family holiday. Excellent spacious accomodation and 2 large communal pools on the complex facilitated a chilled out time. For people wanting to explore further afield in Gran Alacant / Costa Blanca region, I would recommend a car to get around due to the hills around the complex, unless of course you like to walk to keep fit.....

For us it was all about having a break as a family - getting away from busy everyday routines, experiencing new things and relaxing together. We very much enjoyed the roof terrace which offered fantastic views of the sea and the mountains, and it was great to have a nice place to come back to in the evenings. We were a little surprised by the vast amount of tourists in this area - and in relation to this we were quite pleased to find that many of our neighbours were actually Spanish :-) As for Alicante Holiday Villas we have absolutely no complaints - excellent service all the way through. Lovely villa in pleasant surroundings. It was easy to find from the airport with the directions provided. Excellent location for exploring the surrounding areas. Close enough to all local bars, restaurants and amenities but far enough away to relax. We hired a car rather than rely on public transport.

The weather was our main reason for coming to Spain and we were not disappointed. We enjoyed the sun and the warmth and made good use of the excellent swimming pools which are beautifully maintained and which are surrounded by lovely gardens. We would definitely consider booking through Alicante Holiday Villas again and would recommend the complex in which we stayed. Gran Alacant is well supplied with supermarkets, you do need a car though for the larger ones. There is a choice of restaurants, though we only used two. Alicante is a lovely town/city with beautiful boulevards and a great choice of restaurants.
