We have been booking with Alicante Holiday Villas since 2018 and haven’t been disappointed yet! The service from booking to departure has always been excellent! Accommodation has always been to a high standard, everything you need to enjoy your holiday. Key holder always available to answer any questions during your stay and Mark is prompt and professional during booking. We have already rebooked for next year. This villa was a 10 minute walk from bars and restaurants, with local supermarket even closer. Can’t wait for next year already.

Wow! This villa is absolutely stunning the best so far out of our eight visits to Gran Alacant. The filtered water tap was a great bonus and decoration in all of the villa is like home from home. Pool is awesome never gets too warm so great relief from the heat. Thanks to Mark and the team at Alicante Holiday Villas that have made this booking process so easy. Melinda the keyholder was very efficient as always. This area is lovely and so accessible from airport. Beach fantastic and easy to walk to local restaurants and bars. We have had a fantastic week at this villa, can’t fault anything! Children loved the pool!! Beautiful property, tasteful decor, everything we might need to hand. Very comfortable and clean. Pool much bigger than we expected and outside seating/loungers comfy and plentiful. Booking was easy, Mark responds to email queries etc very promptly. Melinda (key holder) very helpful - even booked return taxis for us - she was available to answer any text messages. Would recommend this property/ Alicante Holiday Villas 10/10!

We had a fabulous holiday. This was our first holiday abroad for 8 years with our 2 sons 9 & 5 and they really enjoyed themselves. Both the property and pool were brilliant offering lots of home from home facilities. The short distance from the airport was a bonus and Melinda the key holder was fab with any queries. We did have a car but it wasn't essential as the commercial centre and a selection of bars and eateries where only 10-15 minutes walk away. We did take advantage of the beach towel hire which we were happy with and the Wi-Fi was fine (not as fast as at home, but more than adequate) even reaching to the pool area. All in all .... great holiday!!!!

This villa is in a lovely location, has a great outdoor space with a huge pool, and has every piece of household equipment you will possibly need, right down to a slow cooker. Perfectly clean inside with a bathroom for every bedroom and lots of games, CDs, DVDs and books provided for when you're not in the pool! Short walk to shops, supermarkets and restaurants with plenty of choice- I recommend the Patagonia Steak House. Third time with Alicante Holiday Villas, first time in this villa, but this definitely won't be our last time as the company are very professional and make everything very easy from start to finish.

First impressions of the villa were fantastic and the key holder, Melinda, was a very nice, professional and helpful lady. We would recommend this villa to everyone. The sun is on the pool from sun up to sun down. The furnishings in the property were lovely it was like being at home. We can't say enough about this villa as it was awesome and the owners should be extremely proud in allowing people to share their beautiful holiday home. All the amenities are within walking distance at most 10 minutes and the beach is awesome, the tourist bus/train is a must. All I have left to say is let me know when it's up for sale lol!!! I just want to say a big thank you to Alicante Holiday Villas, the owners and key holders for making our holiday a fantastic and pleasant experience and we look forward to booking for next year!! THANK YOU 5 STARS!!!!!

A lovely villa within easy reach of Gran Alacant commercial centre. Villa is nicer than pictures show. Although in a large group of villas it's in a quiet situation with a lovely garden to front and spacious pool area to rear . No aircraft noise despite its close proximity to the airport. Villa great for family with teenagers with its larger than average swimming pool and double beds in bedroom 2 and 3. Pool depth good for older children. Great air conditioning units. Car useful to get to beach and visit Elche (fantastic fireworks if there 13th August), Alicante, Santa Pola and theme parks in Benidorm. Good selection of restaurants within walking distance all in commercial centre so can lack quaintness. Beach clean and sandy with non motorised water sports, lifeguards on hand. Recommend villa and Alicante Holiday Villas.

We stayed in the villa for one week in July.The whole process was smooth and easy. Melinda the property manager was so lovely and helpful. There were 6 of us aged 7 - 70 and all thoroughly enjoyed ourselves. There is ample of space so you don't feel like your on top of each other. The kids loved the 'market' shop at the end of the road (5 minute walk). Shops/restaurants within 15/20 minute walk. The villa itself is well maintained and has everything you need.

We have just returned from a fantastic week's holiday in this villa. Everything we needed was already at the villa. The location was perfect for us as we were able to walk to all the facilities. We walked to the beach at a nice leisurely pace. We used the Gran Alacant tourist train on another occasion so we could see all the sights which was lovely & my grandson really enjoyed this experience. All in all a perfect, relaxing holiday which is what we wanted. This is the first time we have stayed in a villa with a private pool & we will definitely be doing it again. Melinda met us with the keys & was very friendly.

Lovely villa. Our friends who have never stayed in Gran Alacant were very impressed with the whole experience. The pool area was excellent with plenty of room for sunbathing and eating. Beds were comfortable and the villa was furnished comfortably and stylishly. Kitchen was well-equipped too. Andy the key holder was great as usual.

This was our fourth visit to Gran Alacant but our first to this villa. It is a real home from home with several nice decorative touches giving it the boutique hotel effect. Didn't feel like a clinical holiday let at all with plenty of room for us and our grown up family. Andy the key holder was really helpful giving us details of what was going on in and around the area. The pool area was fantastic with lots of room and sun beds for relaxation. A very well equipped kitchen with lots of thought having been given to the equipment, utensils and crockery provided, a good sized fridge freezer also. we had an excellent stay here and felt really relaxed on our return.
