Your Holiday Villa

Stunning, very stylishly furnished and spacious 6 bedroom, 5 bathroom fully air-conditioned detached villa with private pool with built in Jacuzzi and free WiFi on a large 400m2 plot. Also, this super villa features a fantastic downstairs chill-out area complete with a pool table! For younger travellers there is a travel cot and highchair supplied!
Al Fresco Dining!

The outside dining area is very well furnished with 2 large tables, 12 chairs, pergola with blinds for shade and a gas BBQ for dining al fresco. In addition there are large palms and yucca trees.
Private Pool & Jacuzzi

At the front of the villa, is the spacious private 7 x 4m pool with built in Jacuzzi (same temperature as the pool), Roman steps and sunbathing area, complete with 6 sun loungers and two large parasols. There is also a table and 4 chairs, outside shower and palm trees. Plus all the garden area can be lit at night to create a relaxing atmosphere.
The Shady Terrace

From the pool area steps lead from the garden to the outside terrace, which is furnished with a smart 3 seater sofa, 2 matching chairs and coffee table. This charming area is also lit at night and overlooks the pool.
Air-Conditioned Lounge

Moving inside this outstanding villa, the air-conditioned lounge is, again, very fashionably furnished with 4 seater and 2 seater sofas, rug, coffee table, standard lamp, pictures and wall unit. In addition to the air-conditioning, there is also a ceiling fan for your comfort. For your entertainment, there is a 43” flat screen TV (with some UK terrestrial and Satellite channels), plus Netflix, You Tube and Prime, boardgames and paperbacks as well as free WiFi access throughout the villa.
Air-Conditioned Dining Area

The air-conditioned dining area, again contemporarily furnished, contains a dining table and 6 chairs.
Modern Kitchen

The modern kitchen contains all you would need and expect in a villa of this standard, including an oven, ceramic hob, fridge/freezer, washing machine, extractor fan, dishwasher, microwave, blender, toaster, kettle, Dolce Gusto coffee machine, hoover, mop and bucket, iron and ironing board as well as a great selection of utensils and crockery. For your comfort, there is also a ceiling fan and, in addition there is a door leading to the rear garden plus another door leading to the downstairs accommodation.
Air-Conditioned Master Bedroom

The air-conditioned master bedroom is also on the ground floor. Again very stylishly furnished, it contains a double bed, bedside cabinets, lamps, pictures, full length mirror and a ceiling fan. There is also a hairdryer for your use and this lovely room also overlooks the pool!
Master Bedroom - Dressing Area

The dressing area, which leads from the master bedroom toward the en suite facilities, contains a 4 drawer chest and a double built in wardrobe.
Master Bedroom - En Suite

The en suite facilities for the master bedroom contain a bath with shower over, bidet, WC and basin with mirror and lights overhead.
Air-Conditioned Bedroom 3

The air-conditioned third bedroom, is also on the ground floor. This attractive room contains twin beds, ceiling fan, bedside cabinet, full length mirror, lamp, pictures, 3 drawer chest and a double built in wardrobe.
Ground Floor Shower / WC

On the ground floor is also the convenient WC/shower room containing a large walk in shower with shower screen, WC, basin and mirror with overhead lights.
Air-Conditioned Bedroom 2

Moving upstairs, via the marble staircase is the air-conditioned second bedroom. This charming room contains a double bed, bedside cabinets, lamps, pictures, large mirror, two double built in wardrobes, ceiling fan and a 4 drawer chest, plus a safe for your valuables during your holiday.
Bedroom 2 - En Suite

The second bedroom also features en suite facilities of a bath with shower over, WC, bidet and basin with mirror and overhead lights.
Roof Terrace - View

Patio doors lead from the second bedroom out onto the lovely roof terrace, which is furnished with a contemporary cube table and chairs. The roof terrace can be lit at night and has fantastic views across to the mountains and Alicante, plus distant sea views.
Basement Chill Out Area

Moving back downstairs, a door from the kitchen leads to the spacious lower living area. To begin with is the air-conditioned and roomy chill out area. Comfortably furnished with a pool table, 4 pouffes and pictures. In addition there is a 55" flat screen TV with Netflix, YouTube and Prime. There is also a 3 seater sofa and a drinks fridge, plus patio doors to the rear garden area.

We had a lovely holiday, plenty of room and did not feel that we were on top of each other with bedrooms over 3 floors. 4 children and 5 adults - pool was plenty big enough and had a table for 12 so we could all eat as a family. I have been using Alicante Holiday Villas for 3 years and have never been disappointed.

We had a fantastic holiday in Gran Alacant with Alicante Holiday Villas. The villa was lovely and the kids and adults were regularly in the pool. We had elderly grandparents who found it a struggle to walk the distance to the bars/restaurants etc. so made use of the local taxis. Organisation and arrangements all went well and staff were very helpful and efficient.

The villa ticked all the boxes as we were three families i.e. our two sons, daughter in-laws plus three grandchildren aged 4, 16, & 18. We were met on arrival by the key holder Melinda with a very professional introduction to the villa. We found the villa very clean & spacious which suited all our needs, with lots of DVDs & games for the grandchildren. The en suite bathrooms worked very well & we never ran short of hot water for showers etc before going out in the evening. Outside the villa has ample sun loungers with adequate seating area by the gas BBQ which we used on many occasion. We did however have a slight problem with the swimming pool with the clarity of the water, this in no way reflects on the owners or the rest of the property. We would like to thank Mark for his help during our stay; we would certainly recommend Alicante Holiday Villas & this particular villa to our friends and hope to return again soon.

We stayed at the villa for a week in July with a party of 11 and had a great time. We had to call the handyman out to fix a ceiling fan and light which was dealt with immediately. I would recommend this villa and would definitely stay again!

Staying 10 fantastic days in this beautiful house with our grownup kids and their boyfriends (9 people) was a super experience. The house is situated in a quiet area and gives you a view to Alicante and with a walking distance to shopping and restaurants. The house is nicely furnished, good kitchen and 5 bathrooms makes it very comfortable. The pool is great and as you stay most of the time outside the terraces and sunbeds are really enjoyable. All in all a great place where we would come again.

We stayed here from 11 to 25 August 2015. There were 12 of us in total, 2 OAPs, 6 adults and 4 children. There was so much space we didn't get under each others feet. The ensuite bathrooms were great as we all got ready together and there was enough hot water to go around. The villa had everything in it we needed especially the dishwasher and washing machine which was on everyday so no washing to take home. Andy the keyholder was great, welcomed us and we had to call him for a couple of bath towels and the battery went on the smoke alarm, without hesitation straight round to sort it. Many thanks Andy.

This property is lovely, it is well looked after and well furnished.
