We have stayed here 4 times in the last year. Always provide a great service, we have never been disappointed with the property. All bases are covered, if you're arriving on a late flight the welcome packs are a god send. Travelling with babies/ children no need to worry as they have that covered too. Cannot recommend these guys highly enough, no need to book anywhere else than here. Thank you for making our holidays so relaxing and easy!

The apartment was very comfortable and the roof terrace was absolutely great. Sunshine from early morning to early evening. Really, really good facility. The beds were very comfortable and the kitchen was very good. It was great having the washing machine. The lounge was very comfortable and having UK tv was really great. The location was fab and the bars and cafes just 5 minutes away. Bus stop tourist train right next to cafes and beach not far. The bus goes to the promenade too if needed as well as the market up the hill and the shopping centre.

The accommodation was in ideal location as visiting my daughter only a few minutes away. Could find no fault with overall condition. The presentation and cleanliness was fantastic. Melinda, the key holder and cleaner was extremely accommodating and easy and quick to contact and respond. Mark accommodated my last minute contact with local knowledge and peace of mind! Roof solarium is amazing! Would highly recommend both Alicante Holiday Villas and this particular accommodation. The location of the property is great with the lovely, well kept pool only around the corner. We very often had the pool to ourselves and with temperatures in the 30s it was definitely welcome. The shops and restaurants are nearby and the lovely clean beach is a 10 minute walk.

This is a truly fantastic property. We were greeted by Melinda on our first day who was so pleasant. Melinda welcomed us to the property and showed us around, explaining everything we needed to know. The property was spotless, could not be faulted and had everything (and more) than we ever needed. Well furnished, perfect location from the pool, the complex and a short 15 minute walk to the beach. The roof terrace is huge and fantastic and gets the sun all day. Would definitely book this property again.

The property is in a good location for the bars and restaurants and a 15 to 20 minute walk to the beach. The kitchen has everything you need for self catering. Overall had a great holiday and would return.

Property was exactly as described in a nice peaceful location and only 15 minutes from the airport. It was very easy to find. The Wi-Fi and satellite TV were perfect, especially with CBBC for our son. The roof terrace was larger than expected and quite private. The kids toys and little extras that were in the apartment was great and totally unexpected. There was lots of essentials left in the kitchen as well such as bin bags, cooking oil, salt/pepper, herbs, washing up liquid, etc which was a fantastic bonus. The property manager was very friendly and was waiting for us on our arrival with the keys to show us round. The booking process was also very easy and friendly, the security deposit was refunded within 24 hours of leaving the apartment. Would definitely recommend to anyone looking for a villa or apartment in this part of Spain.

Stayed here for 5 nights in September. Area is residential and quiet but there is a decent group of bars/restaurants and a small but well stocked supermarket just 5 minutes away. The Dutch restaurant on the upper level is especially good and reasonably priced. We did not have a car but buses are regular into Alicante and Santa Pola from the stop by the beach which is a 10 minute stroll away. If you enjoy walking, the coastal road into Santa Pola is a lovely walk and worth it as the promenade in Santa Pola is lovely and get the bus back. The apartment itself is spacious with great roof terrace, excellent air con and a good selection of channels on TV. In general a good value rental.

The property was as described and very well equipped, soap at the bathroom sinks, kitchen roll, washing up liquid etc that previous quests or the owner has left behind which is unusual and very handy until you get the chance to do a shop and replace items. The washing machine was very handy. The air con units were very good and not noisy. The neighbourhood was clean and very quiet with a mini market and a selection of restaurants within a couple of minutes walk. The terrace is fabulous for sunbathing, late June it had the sun from 8.30 am for 12 hours but gets very hot although there is a shaded area.

The apartment was well equipped, comfortable and in a good location. As we were there in January south facing was the main reason we chose it as the sun was on the veranda for five hours every day. My wife and I know the area as we lived there for eight years and know Novamar as we have friends who live close by. We can recommend this apartment as there is a very good pool and area for the hotter months.

Apartment is within a good walking distance to the beach. We found it very useful having the bus stop to the Gran Alacant commercial centre just around the corner, and also a small shop for essentials. Very nice apartment with everything needed for 2 weeks, plus Wi-Fi. Would definitely book this apartment again.

The apartment had everything we needed and was very comfortable with many extras. The roof terrace was used every day and because it was extremely hot, the air-con and fans were a welcome necessity! The beach is a 10 minute walk away and well worth a visit.

Our property was ready for our early arrival and was spotlessly clean. The apartment was exactly as described, with very effective air conditioning and a fantastic rooftop solarium. The pool was lovely with lots of shade and although sunloungers aren't provided most people took their own chairs down. Gran Alacant is, as described, an urbanisation, so there isn't a lot in the way of sightseeing, but for a relaxing holiday with easy airport access it is perfect. Carabassi beach is absolutely beautiful and well worth the 15 minute walk, and we would recommend the restaurant El Texicano for great quality Mexican food.

My family and I had a fantastic holiday. It was nice not to have to travel far from the airport. Our taxi transfer arranged by Alicante Holiday Villas was on time and we were soon sat around the lovely swimming pool. There were plenty of restaurants to choose from and we ate out for breakfast and evening meal every day. It was lovely to sit out on the rooftop. To sum it all up, we had a very relaxing holiday in a lovely apartment with fabulous weather. Roll on next year!

I can recommend to anyone holiday in Gran Alacant, because the climate, nature and experience of your stay is truly unforgettable. Clean beach and warm water is definitely an asset of the place. Contact with keyholder is very good and he was very helpful during our stay. The apartment was very well equipped with all amenities, just like at home.
