We have booked with Alicante Holiday Villas for years and always have a great holiday. Booking and key collection very straightforward. We had a problem with the fuse box and it was fixed within a matter of hours. Great service from Melinda and Matt. Villa very handy for bars/restaurants and supermarkets. Local Tourist Train stop within minutes from the villa as well. Swimming pool on the deep side, but our kids still felt very safe. Already booked our next visit!

This property is situated in very good location for easy access (within 10 minutes walk) to the bars/restaurants/shopping with the added advantage of being close to the main bus route/tourist land train. We choose not to hire a car for this holiday. We had a three week family holiday, with five adults and our grandson of 18 months. It was an advantage of having three bathrooms. Overall, we had a relaxing time taking advantage of the very good weather and our own swimming pool.

Really enjoyed the villa - lovely and clean. Welcome Pack was amazing. A recommendation for food would be "Get Fresh" in the Commercial Centre on the corner with amazing views of the mountains (with lovely service). "Troy" the shopping trolley came into great use too. We went to a waterpark for the day which was really nice and scuba diving for another - which was a great experience. Thank you for everything, it's been a great holiday!

We had a lovely time in the villa, the pool was lovely albeit a bit deep! Other than that it was great and close to a lot of lovely bars and restaurants.

What a fantastic holiday we had yet again using Alicante Holiday Villas. From the first contact made with Mark, everything went smoothly. Melinda, the key holder, was extremely helpful and responded quickly to any messages. She even arranged a taxi to take us to the airport. The villa itself was brilliant - just what we expected. Very close to pubs, restaurants and shopping. The trolley came in extremely useful to take to the supermarket.- Lidl , Aldi and Mercadona are all close by The villa is located close to the bus stop and the train stop- both of which we used. It is in a quiet area too. The swimming pool was great, however very deep even in the shallow end, but was very welcome in the heat. It is gated all of the way around which would be great if young children were there. We can’t wait for out next visit to Gran Alacant.

We had a fantastic stay in this villa and found it to be spacious, well laid out for a family of 5 and well equipped. The pool was amazing and well used. We loved the area and had many meals out and a couple of trips to the beach. We enjoyed a coach trip to Terra Natura/Aqua Natura in Benidorm which was brilliant. All in all 10/10 from us, would highly recommend Gran Alacant and Alicante Holiday Villas!

The villa far exceeded our expectations, it was spotlessly clean and had everything we needed for a holiday with 3 teenagers. The villa is located in quiet residential area, within walking distance to bars and restaurants. The pool is stunning and adequate size, with comfy sunbeds for all guests. The rooms are of good size and a bathroom for everyone was bonus. Plenty space for everyone. I must make comment that the cooker was cleaner than mine at home and I’m a clean freak!  Alicante Holiday Villas were excellent with their communication. We will definitely be back. Thank you.

Lovely stay again in one of your villas. Ideally located a short walk to all facilities & the local public transport. Although slightly dated inside, this villa has superb space indoors and outdoors & a proper sized private pool. Outdoor furniture was good quality & plentiful. Melinda the property manager is excellent - always quick to reply. This is the second time we have booked with Alicante Holiday Villas & it’s very easy , good communication & offers a good alternative to the other villa specialists. Mark is always on hand to answer any questions. Thanks ! Hopefully we will be booking again next year.

If you are looking for a relaxing break with good food then Gran Alacant is the place to visit! We thoroughly enjoyed our weeks stay here. The pool and pool area were spotlessly clean and well maintained and this is where we spent most of the week. We miss it already! The Villa is located in a nice residential street, tucked away but a short walk to the shops and restaurants. The villa is good value for money and clean. I would have no hesitation in recommending Alicante Holiday Villas! Many thanks for our lovely stay !

The villa was fantastic, everything we needed. We came in early August 2020, Mark was very helpful during booking. Melinda met us for the pick up of the key, showed us around and gave plenty of information. Villa was spotless, cleaned to a high standard, and had everything that we needed. Pool was excellent, spent the majority of the holiday by the pool, a great area for sunbathing etc. Nice seating area in the terrace, which we used later at night. Another seating area which used for BBQ's. We rented baby equipment for a great price, which was all set up for us. Air conditioning was in every room, which was needed after the August heat. Short walk to the urbanisation local supermarket, bars and restaurants, which were all fantastic. A 5-10 minute walk to the local Mercadona and shopping centres. Alicante airport a 15 minute drive away. Alicante Town 20 minute drive away. Great to see the town and marina there. Santa Pola beach, fantastic beach with a nice marina, loads of restaurants and bars to choose from.

Return visit to Gran Alacant although first in this villa. Accommodation clean and well equipped. We had a great stay, the pool was the focal point of our holiday with our youngest learning to swim. We ate in and out in equal amounts, recommend the Indian restaurant Azafran rather than The Gallery. Had a lovely evening in La Paletta, best restaurant in town but you must book. Days out included Rio Safari which is just a 10 minute drive away, expensive even with vouchers but the children loved the sea lions. Great villa, great location. Thank you.

We had the best time in your home. Lovely and clean, had everything we needed and more. We used 'Troy' the shopping trolley every day for days out (thank you!). Recommend a drive if you have a car down the Santa Pola coast road . We found some lovely natural beaches there with mountain back drops, the port is also nice. Carabassi beach is fab for families too. In the commercial Centre we found 'Get Fresh' the nicest place to eat.

What a fantastic villa! What a fantastic place! Villa was very clean and tidy and had all we needed and more. Lovely pool, nice bathrooms. Very well situated. We recommend the land train, Santa Pola, the Carabassi beach, both local squares and using the shopping trolley. Thank you ever so much. Will be recommending.

The villa and grounds were all ideal and exactly as described. Very quick and easy to find from the airport (we used a taxi), and the keyholder met us promptly and gave us a full tour of the villa and made sure we understood everything and were comfortable. There is plenty of room and furniture for a group of 6 people, and everything was clean and well looked after. The kitchen is perfectly well equipped and had everything we needed. The shopping trolley (we named him Troy!) is very useful for the hot walk to the shops each day. The air-con is easy to use and efficient so did not need to be on for long periods of time.

The accommodation was spotless and as described on the website. We had an amazing holiday in Gran Alacant, I know the area very well as my parents used to have a villa in Monte y Mar, The beach is lovely at Carabassi, Supermarkets are in abundance in the area (walking distance), Mercadona, Lidl, Consum, Dialprix. We enjoyed our evenings in a bar called The Pub, this is a sports bar with 10 TV screens showing all live football and has entertainment regularly on a Sunday afternoon. Drink prices are very reasonable. We are already looking to book another villa for next year, just waiting for the flight availability.

The villa was just as described on the website. It was immaculate, well furnished and the pool was amazing! Melinda, the key holder, was very welcoming & showed us around the property. I would highly recommend the villa to future guests. Gran Alacant is a lovely area & this urbanisation was within a ten minute walk to the commercial centre with restaurants, shops & supermarkets so no need to hire a car. Perfect for families of all ages because it is so well equipped.

We stayed here in June 2016. Having stayed in Gran Alacant on a number of occasions previously, this is the best property we have stayed in. Great size overall, fantastic facilities, very clean and the property manager was very helpful. We have an 18 month old and a 4 year old so the pool being gated was an added bonus and made it very safe. The area around the property was very quiet and only a 10 minute walk to the Gran Alacant Commercial Centre.

We found the villa great for our needs and excellent for our 4 year old. Very safe and secure. Nice quiet area and very convenient for everything. Tourist train great for getting about but taxis also very reasonable and easy to find. The villa was great for us. Young family downstairs, the more mature had upstairs.
