In addition, this lovely apartment offers private parking for your car, which is covered to keep the sun off. And, for your safety, smoke detectors are fitted in the property.

    Outside, the lovely balcony, which overlooks the pool, can be either shady (as there is an overhead blind) or sunny and is furnished with a stylish table and 4 chairs - perfect for breakfast or for relaxing with a drink in the evening as it is also lit at night.

    Moving inside the apartment, there are mosquito screens on all the windows for your comfort. The sunny air-conditioned lounge, features a beamed ceiling and contains a leather cornet unit sofa, ceiling fan, lamps and pictures. For your entertainment there is a 32" flat screen TV, (with some UK terrestrial and Satellite channels), DVD player, plus a selection of CDs, DVDs, and paperbacks for your use during your stay. Plus there is an iPod docking station, CD player, free Wifi and boardgames.

    The bright and sunny air-conditioned dining area which also has a ceiling fan for your comfort, contains a dining table, 4 chairs, sideboard, small table, bookcase and pictures. In addition, there is a thoughtfully added Guest Information pack to help you make the most out of your visit.

    The kitchen contains everything you would need on your family holiday, including oven, hob, extractor fan, microwave, fridge/freezer, additional freezer, washing machine, filter coffee machine, kettle and toaster, Nespresso coffee machine, plus iron and ironing board in addition to a great selection of utensils and a portable CD/Radio. In addition, there is a back door from the kitchen which leads to the spiral staircase and up to the roof terrace. Because of the spiral staircase, this property is not suitable for very young children or the elderly.

    The air-conditioned master bedroom, contains a double bed, bedside cabinets, lamps, pictures and a mirror. This lovely room also overlooks the pool area. In addition there is a ceiling fan for your comfort as well as a double built in wardrobe containing a 4 drawer chest of drawers, a safe for your valuables and a handy hairdryer for your use during your stay, which saves on your packing! Plus there is a 15" flat screen TV and DVD player, with a different satellite box with English freeview channels, allowing you to watch different channels to that in the lounge.

    The second bedroom features twin beds, bedside cabinet, lamp, mirror, pictures and a ceiling fan. In addition there is a double wardrobe with 2 drawers beneath plus a full length mirror in the hallway.

    The bathroom for the property contains a bath (with shower over), WC, bidet and sink with marble topped surround and vanity unit. Over the basin is a mirror with lights above plus a wall mounted electric radiator for the winter and an electric fan for the summer!

I have visited Gran Alacant more times than I can remember and this was the best apartment I have stayed in and the best agent/owners I've dealt with. From my first email Mark was quick to respond and very professional, contact with the key holders was also great and they were more than helpful during our stay! Our deposit was also refunded promptly. The apartment itself was on Mediterraneo 2 which has 2 pools, a tennis court and children's play area, these were well kept, clean and surprisingly quiet. The apartment was very clean, well kept and comfortable within a short walk of the bars/restaurants and a 5 minute bus ride to the commercial centre. The beach is a 20 minute walk or 5 minute car journey. The villa also had every thing you could think of, sun loungers, BBQ, lots of cooking utensils, plates, bowls etc. A great holiday.

After two previous holidays booking with Alicante Holiday Villas I was more than happy to use again and I wasn't disappointed. This time I booked a villa and an apartment for family. Key holders are fabulous and are available to help with any queries you may have. Have recommended to friends and will use again without a doubt. Only disappointment is that we can't book the villa we want for next year but will be contacting Mark for some advice on an alternative

This 2 bedroom upper floor apartment was great. It had all the facilities you could want and the roof top solarium is great with lots of sunbeds, tables etc. The apartment is very clean and tidy. The complex is very good, clean, well maintained and the pool area is excellent. We stayed at Easter for a 1 week getaway, the weather was good and we really enjoyed our holiday. We have stayed in the area before and I think this is the best area within Gran Alacant. Shops and bars only 5 minutes walk and the great beach 15- 20 minutes walk. We would definitely stay in the apartment again.
