This attractive, spacious and sunny 2 bedroomed part air-conditioned bungalow (with 3 sun terraces) is situated within walking distance to the beach!
The super pool with separate children's section and Mediterranean gardens is just opposite the property.
A small flight of steps take you to the lower patio area which has planters and a corner full of Mediterranean flowering plants and is furnished with a table and 6 chairs - perfect for either breakfast or evening dining! There are also mosquito screens on all windows for your comfort plus a BBQ for dining al fresco!
On entering the property, you will find the sunny and spacious lounge is well equipped for your stay, featuring 2 sofas (one 2 seater and one 3 seater), plus an armchair. There is also a coffee table, rug, traditional Spanish fireplace, lamps, pictures etc as well as for your entertainment, a television (with some UK terrestrial and Satellite channels), DVD player and portable CD/Radio system. The lounge, as with all the rooms, features ceiling fans for your comfort in the summer months.
An archway leads to the dining area which features a dining table and 4 chairs, pictures, lamps etc as well as a wall unit filled with as range of paperback books and board games thoughtfully supplied for your enjoyment. There is also a side door from the dining area to the second downstairs terrace.
From the dining area is a useful hatch to the fully fitted kitchen which contains everything you would expect in a property of this standard, including oven, hob, fridge / freezer, microwave, coffee machine, toaster, kettle, extractor fan, washing machine, hoover, iron and ironing board as well as an excellent selection of utensils.
Leading through, via a small hallway, from the lounge area, is the air-conditioned master bedroom, containing a double bed, bedside cabinets, lamps, 6 drawer chest of drawers and built in double wardrobes with hanging shelf space, ceiling fan and rugs. There is also a hairdryer provided - to save on your packing and a safe for your valuables!
The en suite for the master bedroom has bath (with shower over), WC, bidet and basin as well as mirrored cabinet.
The air-conditioned second bedroom contains twin beds, ceiling fan, 6 drawer chest of drawers, built in wardrobes with hanging shelf space as well as bedside cabinet, mirror and lamp.
The second bathroom features a WC, shower cubicle and basin.
Going back outside, a short flight of stairs lead to the private roof terrace which is furnished with table and chairs, parasol as well as 3 sunloungers for the all important tan! Plus a washing line for your use. This terrace has lovely views of both the pool and gardens to one side and the Nature Reserve and the mountains to the other and has full sun all day long.
The superb beach is 20 minutes walk away and with lovely gardens and a play area for children just opposite the property, this is a great family holiday home!

We booked this property twice this year, all aspects of it were great, no problems at all, property was clean, airy, light & well furnished, with all mod cons. Car is not essential but gives more flexibility. Would recommend without hesitation.

The holiday overall was fantastic. The accommodation was excellent, in a good location and spacious. The area of Gran Alacant was quiet but had enough restaurants and bars to eat somewhere different every night and the people were very friendly. The beaches were gorgeous and scenery breath-taking. This was our third visit, although our first through Alicante Holiday Villas and we found them to be very knowledgeable and helpful from start to finish – will definitely be booking with them next year. We would not book through a high street travel agent again.

My family and I were keen to return for a second year and enjoy two relaxing weeks in this nice villa. The swimming pool is close by and situated in a pleasant tree shaded area. For self catering supplies the local shops and supermarkets offered a good variety. We enjoyed the local restaurants also. A walk in the nearby nature reserve we found interesting, and the beach has to be one of the best!

We loved the bungalow and the surrounding area. The walking was excellent. Having the supermarkets so close to hand and with every conceivable product available made self-catering so easy. I have never stayed in rented accommodation with such good quality dining and kitchen equipment and would like to thank the owners for this. We were met at the airport by the keyholder and brought to the villa, on the way he was most helpful at pointing out several places of interest and where the shops were etc., it was one of the most relaxing holidays that we ever had.
