Outside, the garden is filled with Mediterranean plants and palms, and is furnished with a large table and 6 chairs - as well as a large brick-built BBQ which is wonderful for eating and relaxing on those balmy summer nights!

Air Conditioned Lounge
Moving inside, the air-conditioned lounge is very comfortably and stylishly furnished with a corner unit sofa, chair and footstool as well as coffee table and pictures. For your entertainment there is a 31" flat screen TV (with some UK terrestrial and Satellite channels) and both video and DVD player as well as a CD/Hi Fi unit. There are also thoughtfully provided paperback books, DVD's and CD's for your enjoyment.

Spacious Kitchen
The kitchen contains all you would expect in a property of this standard, including oven, hob, extractor fan, microwave, fridge/freezer, dishwasher, washing machine, toaster, cafetiere and kettle as well as a portable Hi Fi / Radio and plenty of cutlery and cooking utensils. There is also a separate utility area which contains a hoover, iron and ironing board.

Moving upstairs, via the marble staircase, you reach the first floor which houses the bedrooms and main bathroom. The air-conditioned master bedroom contains a double bed, chest of 5 drawers, bedside cabinets, lamps, pictures and built in double wardrobe. For your entertainment, there is also a TV & DVD in this bedroom. In addition, there is a thoughtfully provided hairdryer for your use.

The air-conditioned third bedroom, contains twin beds, full length mirror, built in double wardrobe, lamps and chest of drawers. This bedroom also has views over the pool and gardens. In addition to the reversible air-conditioning in all rooms, there are also heaters and duvets for winter lets. The owners have also thoughtfully provided a travel cot and highchair for smaller travellers.

Stunning pool and gardens!
Moving upstairs again, the roof terrace (which is lit at night) has 4 sunloungers, 2 reclining chairs, table and 4 chairs plus parasol - perfect for that Spanish tan! From here you have superb views to the pool and gardens, Alicante Bay, the beach and the mountains, plus the roof terrace is also lit at night! Also included in the cost of your holiday are the basketball and football courts on the development.

There are a very good selection of bars and restaurants within easy walking distance as well as a supermarket. In addition the stunning beach is only a short 3 minute drive away! What more could anyone want for their perfect summer holiday?!

Booking process was excellent. The accommodation was perfectly placed overlooking the fabulous pool area. It was very comfortable and had everything you need and more in a holiday accommodation. A welcome pack was also provided by the owners, which was a nice touch and the champagne etc much appreciated at the end of a day on the beautiful beach. The property has great areas to sit and relax depending on the time of day and is furnished to a high standard. The area is great with plenty of things to do and see. The Land Train is a very useful way to see the area in general. Recommend it for families and couples wanting to see Gran Alacant and the surrounding areas.

The Villa is in an ideal situation for the pool, beach and restaurants. The area is quiet and relaxing. Overall we had a really good rest. The property had everything and more than needed and was in an ideal location next to the gardens/swimming pool. The roof terrace has great views and the villa has a choice of outside areas for sunbathing / eating / relaxing in the shade - depending on your preference. We hope to visit again soon.

What an excellent place to go and chill out. Work has been very stressful lately and this villa was fantastic to relax and unwind. Shops at hand, beautiful beaches a short distance away, quiet at night, but lovely places (pubs and restaurants) to go at night should you want to.
