Good apartment, everything you needed with 2 spacious bedrooms, lots of storage space and fully equipped kitchen. Nice extras like shopping trolleys with the new Aldi less than 10 min walk away. Best of all the lovely Carabassi beach is only 5 min walk away. Would happily stay here again. Great service from Mark and Melinda - many thanks.

Our 4th stay at villas/apartments booked through Alicante Holiday Villas. Again we were not disappointed. Booking was easy and the property was as described, lovely apartment in a great location and we very much enjoyed our stay. Very close to the beach and a short walk to bars and restaurants. The apartment had all we needed and the roof terrace was a lovely place to relax.

We stayed for 9 nights in May 2023 and the booking process was really easy. The apartment was as described and set in a very peaceful area with a nice outlook from the balcony onto a green space. We were met by Melinda and she showed us around and helped us with travel ideas and local information. She also booked us a taxi back to the airport for our return and recommended a car hire company to us (the airport is 10 mins away and approx 20 Euros). The apartment was clean and tidy and had everything we needed including a safe.  The apartment also has lots of maps, some umbrellas and loads of books to read. It was a short walk to the lovely beach and to local bars, restaurants and a shop. It was a longer walk to the supermarkets however there is a bus that goes around the area for 1.55 Euros each (one way) or the Tourist Train is 5 euros each but you can jump on and off all day and it stops at all the interesting parts of the town, including the beach and market.  We also went to the Gran Alacant and Santa Pola markets (reached by a cheap bus ride) which were great. Overall a great holiday, thank you!

Just to say we had another fabulous holiday in this apartment. The beach and restaurants are very close by which we like and the new sofa is very comfortable. I’m sure the fridge freezer is new too. Plenty of shelves and separate areas for salads/ veggies and uncooked meats. Melinda met us as arranged on arrival - just brilliant! We hope to be back at some point in the future.

Fantastic! Very easy to book with Mark at Alicante Holiday Villas. Very helpful and stress free with all questions and extras booked easily. The apartment was excellent and impressed with the large space and facilities. Situation was perfect for short walk to restaurants, bars, pool and beach. The Novamar 6 large pool is the best - stunning with natural gardens surround! Melinda the key holder was lovely.  Would definitely recommend this apartment and booking through Alicante Holiday Villas.

The property was as described and we were all very happy with it. The kitchen was really well equipped which helped as we used it a lot due to dietary requirements. When we contacted Melinda with a couple of small problems it was dealt with swiftly. We couldn't get the dishwasher to work but could see it was fairly new, but washing by hand really isn't the end of the world! We love this area and staying in and around Novamar 6, the pool area is really lovely, always clean and a short walk to the lovely beach. We would stay again and we would use Alicante Holiday Villas again.

This is the second time I have used Alicante Holiday Villas and the service is second to none. Mark is really helpful (including moving this booking forward for 2 consecutive years due to Covid). The accommodation had really good facilities and was situated perfectly to access the many delights of Gran Alacant. The communal pool was lovely and the outdoor spaces at the apartment were super for relaxing or having an alfresco meal. The newly opened Aldi was a real bonus. I would definitely book again.

We had a great time in Santa Pola and the apartment was close to the beach and there was an excellent communal swimming pool close by. There are shops and restaurants 10 minutes walk away too.

Ideal holiday home in good location, close to good restaurants and the beach. Everything that you need from a holiday home is provided by the owners and the property was lovely & clean. The roof top solarium was a particularly good space. We would book this property again because of the location.

Accommodation was spotlessly clean, everything you need for self catering was at hand there was nothing we didn’t have. Lovely big roof terrace with BBQ where we spent a few evenings. Swimming pool 2 minutes away... big pool and very clean. Beach 10 minute walk. We would highly recommended this apartment.

I LOCKHEAD - October 2018
We stayed in this 2 bedroom apartment at Novamar 6 in early October, here are some comments. Location - 5 minute walk from Carabassi Complex which has at least 5 or 6 Bars and 5 or 6 restaurants. Beach was very close, these apartments must be some of the closest to the beach, it's maybe a 10 minute walk. The supermarkets are further away, maybe 40 minute walk (or take the bus or the little tourist train) but there is a mini market at the Carabassi complex. Apartment - Very clean and well equipped, it had absolutely everything you would need but was not at all cluttered. The roof terrace was huge, didn't use BBQ but would have in the summer, the complex seemed very well maintained with secure entry. If I had one negative then maybe the mattress needs replaced but that can be a matter of personal taste. We would definitely stay there again. We called our Property Manager, Melinda, when leaving the Airport and she was waiting outside the apartment when we got there. Melinda also helped arrange a taxi back to the Airport so great service!

Absolutely great location. Short walk to several good restaurants in one direction and the fantastic beach at the other, as well as to the bus to Alicante/Santa Pola and the local bus. We used the Tourist Train up to the commercial centre to do some shopping, as we did not have a car. The apartment was very well equipped -  loved the roof terrace. Not easy to get taxis, so we always got the restaurant to order one for us. Anyway, overall great holiday, great weather and great location! As a final comment - we have been renting for over 20 years, and I am very impressed with Alicante Holiday Villas. I received all the information I required, the website is very informative, and the deposit was paid out almost immediately. So, thank-you.

Fantastic holiday in Gran Alacant, accommodation was perfect with everything as advertised. Lovely quiet area and with the beach in one direction and bars and restaurants in the other direction you were never far away from something to do. Andy who met us with the keys was helpful and we felt if we needed to contact him about anything we could. Overall holiday from booking contact with Mark who always answered any questions we had during the booking process to travelling back to airport to come home was great. Will certainly book again.Very many thanks.
