Moving inside the villa, the first of the two lounges is spacious and air-conditioned and features two large corner unit sofas, rug, pictures, side tables and lamps. In addition to the air-conditioning there is also a ceiling fan for your comfort.
For Your Entertainment

For your entertainment, there is a 32” flat screen TV (with some UK terrestrial and Satellite channels) in addition to the free WiFi which is available throughout the villa.
Dining Area

The sunny and stylish dining area contains another dining table and 6 chairs, wall unit, pictures, books and a CD/music player.
Modern Kitchen

The modern galley kitchen contains all you would expect is a villa of this standard including an oven, ceramic hob, fridge/freezer, extractor fan, washing machine, dishwasher, kettle, microwave, toaster, iron and ironing board and coffee machine plus a fantastic selection of crockery, pans and cutlery, including plastic ware for dining outside by the pool. There is also a handy shopping trolley provided for your use.
Air Conditioned Master Bedroom

On this floor is the air-conditioned master bedroom featuring a double bed, ceiling fan, bedside tables, pictures, lamps and rugs. This sunny room also has a dressing area which contains a double built in wardrobe, a hairdryer and, for younger travellers, a travel cot is included.
Master Bedroom - En Suite

The master bedroom also benefits from en suite facilities of a bath (with shower over), WC, bidet, wall mounted heated towel rail and basin in a built in unit with mirror and lights above.
Air-Conditioned Bedroom 3

The air-conditioned third bedroom is also on the ground floor and contains a double bed, ceiling fan, bedside tables and lamps. In addition there is a double built in wardrobe and the second of the three hairdryers supplied with the property.
Shower Room / WC

There is also a handy shower room/WC on the ground floor which features a walk in shower, WC and built in basin with mirror and lights above.
Air-Conditioned Bedroom 2

Moving upstairs, via the marble staircase, is the air-conditioned second bedroom which contains a double bed, ceiling fan, bedside tables, lamps and pictures. There are also two double built in wardrobes, a safe for your valuables during your stay and the third hairdryer. Plus patio doors lead out to the marvellous roof terrace.

A second visit for us to this property. Great villa in a quiet location, plus close to the airport, so a short transfer. The area has a variety of places to eat and bars which are all within walking distance. Will definitely be returning in the near future and using Alicante Holiday Villas again.

Just returned from a 1 week stay at the villa, that was originally planned in 2019, and had to be re-booked 2 times thanks to Covid. Mark was really helpful and professional and moved our booking no problem at all (thanks Mark!). We had a problem with a broken shower hose on day 2, contacted Julie the property manager who arranged for it to be replaced the very next day (thanks Julie!). We were very impressed with the villa, it was just like the pictures. The facilities/amenities were all within walking distance nearby - eateries, drinkeries, pharmacy, doctors and getting the bus into Alicante was very easy too. We used the towel services so as not to weigh our own cases down which was a great idea, big and thick enough for what we needed. We also used the shopping service - some basics were bought in for us, as we had a late flight which was a big help. Overall, we had a lovely time and would recommend to others. It was our first time booking a holiday ie not a package and we will definitely do it again!

We had a lovely holiday and the accommodation was very good and clean and in a good location for restaurants and the beach. While we were staying at the villa any issues were dealt with immediately and everyone was very friendly. We would definitely book with Alicante Holiday Villas again.

A fantastic time spent at the villa! A family of 9 and there was plenty of room for everyone. The facilities were great and the pool was bigger than expected and a welcome relief from the heat in mid July. The property manager, Julie, went above and beyond on our stay. We booked a welcome pack as we had a late arrival and this provided all the essentials needed. However the following day was a public holiday and all the supermarkets were closed. Having spoken to Julie regarding something else she offered to drive out of the area to somewhere she knew was open and brought back a bag full of food and drink to get us through our first day. We also had two issues with the air conditioning and Julie was quick to arrange for the engineer and kept us updated via text messages throughout our stay. There are plenty of restaurants and bars within walking distance although it takes around 10 mins both ways, but it is a nice easy walk as long as you wait for it to cool down! This being our first time using Alicante Holiday Villas - It’s safe to say it won’t be the last. The service from start to finish has been outstanding.

We have been using Alicante Holiday Villas for over 10 years, we cannot fault Mark - he replies so quickly to any e mails and queries immediately. The villa was immaculate, we had everything in it that we needed, coming in October the pool was cold to swim in but very refreshing, the weather was 22 degrees at its lowest and high of 29 degrees so can’t fault it. Julie, the Property Manager, was first class always available if you need anything. We have already booked our accommodation for next August with Alicante Holiday Villas.

Thank you for a lovely holiday, just what we needed after a year of no travel - sun, sea and private pool. Everything from the booking process to being met at the villa were all that could be asked for. Julie went through everything to do with the villa and replied to a couple of general information requests via What's App. The villa was clean and everything was exactly as described. The pool was maintained early in the morning - so it was always perfect during the day. Gran Alacant is quiet, plenty of shops and so close to so many other things to do.

The villa accommodation was of a very high standard, beautifully clean, had all mod cons and the keyholder Angie was very friendly, and very helpful with information on the local area, taxis, restaurants etc, we knew if there was any problems it would be sorted which gives you peace of mind. Checking in and out went very smoothly and our security bond less the electricity we had used was in my account on returning to to the UK. This was the first time we have used Alicante Holiday Villas and can't wait to book with them again. Will definitely be recommending to family and friends .
