Very pleased with the villa. We were a group of 6 adults and enjoyed staying here. Lovely pool. Unfortunately for a few of us it was too cold to swim but that was personal preference due to the time of year. Very spacious property and lovely areas to chill out. Beds were very comfy. Slept good here. Kitchen equipment for all our needs. Location good for Tourist Train that circles the area - just a 2 minute walk. Local to Masa Square with lots restaurants/bars. Not too far from main Commercial Centre. Alicante Holiday Villas were great as was Melinda, the key holder. Overall we all were very happy with our stay.

We had a fantastic stay at the villa, the accommodation was clean and tidy. We did have to contact Melinda as we had no hot water and she changed the gas cylinder quickly. I loved that there were books and magazines available at the villa and playing cards etc. The villa is well maintained as the gardener and pool man attended and were extremely friendly and helpful. I would definitely book with you again and hope to return soon - thank you for your help Mark and Melinda.

Great range of villas. Only my second booking with Alicante Holiday Villas due to Covid restrictions, but I'll definitely be booking again. Excellent communication from the booking side, as well as excellent communication upon arrival. 15 mins from the airport by taxi, which is a massive boost if you're travelling with a young family. Villa was impeccably clean and Melinda was very helpful with taxi numbers and various other local questions we had. Can't speak highly enough about the villa and the overall service from start to finish. Keep up the great work!

Fantastic service from Alicante Holiday Villas helping us throughout the pandemic so that we could enjoy a safe holiday. The villa was really lovely and it had everything we needed. The villa was suitable and safe for our 19 month grandson.  Shops and bars are in close proximity (250m) and the pool was great and as suggested by Mark at Alicante Holiday Villas, because the sun was on it all day it was nice and warm. The Property Manager was very helpful - getting us supplies as we arrived on a Sunday afternoon when all shops were closed. If you have no car, the public transport is more than adequate (to supplement walking of course). We accessed the beautiful Carabassi beach via the Tourist Train. We used a bus and tram to visit Alicante and Benidorm. Public transport was reliable and reasonably priced. Thank you very much for all the advice via the website, from Melinda the Property Manager and of course the villa owner!

Booking through Alicante Holiday Villas was straightforward and easy with a great range of properties and quick responses. The villa was amazing and the welcome pack and beach towel hire was really handy. We loved Gran Alacant - a decent selection of restaurants and supermarket within walking distance - we had a fantastic time and would definitely book again!

A WAKELY - June 2018
This villa is in a lovely spot. It's big. Six people will not feel on top each other. You're on the top of the hill so you get a lovely breeze. The pool gets the sun all day with shaded areas around for the family who may want to cool down. The top terrace is very big but it was too hot for us in the day. A great place for watching the sunset with drinks though. The pool and gardens were checked whilst we were there by independent English companies who periodically arrived, quietly and were very polite. Our electric bill was about 30 Euros for 12 days. The air con was only running in one or two rooms all night. This is our third holiday using Alicante Holiday Villas and Mark is just great.

Had a fantastic 5 night stay with 2 friends. The villa was very well equipped with everything you would need for a self catering holiday. The pool area was amazing and got the sun all day long. It was a short 2 min walk to the local supermarket and a few restaurants and bars. And a 10 minute walk (with stunning views) from a shopping center with more restaurants and bars. We found the restaurants and supermarkets both very good value. Melinda the key holder was very friendly , answered messages quickly and was waiting on us at the villa when we arrived. We have stayed in this area before and will be hopefully returning to this villa next year!

Thanks for another superb holiday, with excellent help from Melinda our key holder. Homeliest villa so far, great location within walking distance to the Gran Alacant commercial centre and also The Square. Lovely pool cleaned weekly & garden too. Very quiet residential area. Best meals were at Gran Mundo, Get Fresh, Kings Pizza, El Texicano at the Grant Alacant commercial centre & our favourite The Belfry at the Square. For beautiful views & T-bone steak try O'hana and for great family meals at Hemmingway both up the hill. For best entertainment, try the new bar Rogers in The Square. Breakfast good too. You don't need a car, but we hired to explore further. Aquapolis water park great & very clean. If you drive along the beach road, behind the beach car park, it takes you past lovely scenery, quieter parts of the beach bars, beaches & into Santa Pola. Thanks again, can't wait to come back next year!

A very nice villa with a good ratio of bedrooms to bathrooms. Lovely private pool and multiple seating areas with a lot of sunbeds. Facilities were all top of the range. Free Wi-Fi always good when keeping up with things back home. All in all a lovely place that we would stay in again and hope to buy something similar in a couple of years. A great time had by all.

We've just returned from a week staying in this really lovely villa. We were not disappointed at all. The accommodation was clean and well equipped. Our party included 4 adults and 2 children. The kids spent nearly all day in the pool and we had plenty of room to relax and sunbathe. The area at the front of the villa is beautifully tiled and landscaped and there is a large table and chairs for outdoor eating. In fact, there is no shortage of eating areas in this villa. You have 5 to choose from! We have stayed in Gran Alacant, booking with Alicante Holiday Villas twice before, once in an apartment and last year in another villa in lower Monte y Mar and we've never been disappointed. We preferred the location of this year's villa purely because nearly all areas of Gran Alacant were in easy walking distance. The supermarket is about 5 minutes walk away, slightly longer on the way back up due to the hill but still easily accessible. There are a number of bars and restaurants next to the supermarket in Masa Square and the commercial centre with lots more restaurants, bars and shops is still only about 10 - 15 minutes walk away. A walk up into the other areas of Gran Alacant including a walk up to the weekly market still only took 20 - 30 minutes. The land train stops very close by for easier access to the beach. Overall, we were once again very happy with the villa and the service provided by Alicante Holiday Villas.

We stayed in this property for the second time this year. As a party of 4 we had plenty of room. Everything you require is provided. It's in a good location near to shops/supermarkets/eating facilities and bars. Gas BBQ provided for outside dining if required. The pool is large and very welcoming on hot days. The villa was clean and tidy on arrival. Melinda the keyholder is very helpful as are Alicante Holiday Villas.

This villa was lovely. Plenty of sunbathing space around the pool and around the front. Lovely dining areas on the front area, patio and back. Everything you would need was provided.Very nice inside with quality furnishings and lots of space. The pool was lovely.Location wise it was around a 5 - 10 minute walk to the local supermarket, bars and restaurants. A short distance further was the bigger square with more supermarkets, shops, restaurants and a Burger King etc.
The local train stopped within a 2 minute walk to take you on a tour where there were again further eating facilities. On arrival we met Melinda and her partner who manage the property. I have to say they were wonderful and nothing was too much trouble for them. 5 stars ...........
I would highly recommend this villa and Alicante Holiday Villas.

This villa is fantastic and the pool is great would stay there again in a heartbeat. Location is great, the Plaza Mayor is 7 minutes walk and the Gran Alacant commercial centre about 15 minutes walk away so you have a great choice of bars and restaurants just about on the doorstep.
