    This lovely two-bedroom, 2 bathroom fully air-conditioned first floor apartment with a large roof terrace (complete with shower for those hot summer days!) is within easy walking distance to the beautiful sand-duned beach and overlooks the pool and gardens. Furthermore the apartment is located inside a gated and traffic free community (therefore perfectly safe for young families!) There is also an underground parking space and free WiFi.

    Restaurants, bars and local shops, including a small supermarket, bakery and ice cream parlour are less than a 10 minute walk. The apartment is fitted with security grills at front and roof terrace doors as well as mosquito screens on all windows. The super pool (which has a separate jacuzzi) and tropical gardens area are lovingly maintained and the pool features a separate children's section. And, as guests, you also have the use of the basketball courts, children's playground, football pitch and tennis courts.

Excellent apartment. Spacious, beautifully clean, well-equipped and with its position overlooking the pool with no properties directly opposite, probably one of the best situated apartments on Novamar IV. The large roof terrace is ideal for relaxation and meals al fresco. The drinking water tap in the kitchen is a real bonus - no lugging bottles of water from the supermarket! We chose not to hire a car so arranged taxi transfers from and to the airport (€20-25) and made use of the local land train and buses to access the commercial centre, Thursday market and Santa Pola. We also did a lot of walking but the main purpose of this break was to relax.  On the beach 2 basic sun loungers and a parasol cost €5 euros each but a range of more luxurious ones were available (up to €35!). Eleanor and her husband Doug are a delightful couple and she was keen to ensure everything was perfect to provide us with an excellent holiday. Gran Alacant comprises multiple urbanisations (which we knew in advance) and the vibrant Mediterranean shrubs and plants were stunning. We had an enjoyable, relaxing week and can recommend this apartment to anyone wishing to holiday in Gran Alacant.

Excellent property. Lovely lady Eleanor who we got the key from walked us around to the property and explained everything to us. The next door neighbours to the property invited us in for a glass of wine and even offered to drive us to the supermarket or anywhere that we needed to go. Lovely, amazing, friendly people and lovely clean property. Well worth the money. With a sun roof terrace it had everything we could ask for. Will definitely return.

Really good apartment, Spacious, prime spot in a great complex. Great for families and relaxing. Roof terrace was an excellent and private option to hanging around the pool. Well equipped and very clean. Key holders very, very pleasant and helpful. Pool did get busy sometimes but at times the four of us had it all to ourselves - which I think is really good for August! Would definitely go again.

The place was as advertised and more. A special thanks to Doug and Eleanor for being so helpful and so welcoming, they really contributed to our happy holiday. Everything after finding our bearings was easy to find. The shops bars and restaurants a stone's throw away. The beach is just a 10 minute stroll away and it was spotless and stretched forever. The apartment was spotless and well equipped and in a lovely setting, especially the views from the solarium. The pool was pristine and well maintained with separate kiddies pool. All in all a great place to stay.

Our apartment was exactly as described, very clean, comfortable, with a large roof terrace and in a good location. During our visit in mid September we had the lovely pool and jacuzzi virtually to ourselves the whole week. The keyholders were very friendly and were kind enough to let us stay longer on our last day. Local buses into Alicante and Santa Pola are cheap and reliable and there is a little train that runs around the whole of the resort.

Everything worked great! Weather, accommodation, people! We loved it and we are sure we will do it again! When we were going home our kids wondered where we were going and we said home. Then they told us it was the wrong way. We said that we were going to our real home. They said "Oh, to that house..." We all felt at home in our apartment in Spain.

The facilities of this accommodation were absolutely perfect for us. We have two children 6 & 9 and having the balcony that overlooked the pool meant we could relax in comfy seats but still keep an eye on them. The roof top terrace was like having a extra large extra room. We had most of our meals up there and did plenty of sunbathing there too. The locale was excellent for quick travel to so many activities, and many beaches. 'Real' Spain was accessible within half an hour of driving inland too.

The apartment was very well equipped. It was spotlessly clean and the keyholder was only round the corner and was very accommodating. The resort is very clean and there are plenty of restaurants and bars and the beach is only a 10 minute walk away. The bus service is very regular and a trip to Alicante is very worthwhile. The train that runs around the resort is very good and gives you a whirlwind tour of the resort. I would book with Alicante Holiday Villas again.

We had a wonderful holiday thanks to Alicante Holiday Villas. The apartment was excellent. The key holders were very helpful and accommodating. The area is lovely with a wonderful beach. The roof terrace was a massive bonus as it made our evenings special. The weather was fantastic apart from the first day were it rained. We will definitely return soon. Alicante has a nice marina and shops.
