The villa benefits from a large side garden/patio and has free WiFi throughout the villa. For your safety, handrails are fitted to all the stairways.
Al Fresco Dining!

Outside there are two eating areas! The first contains a table, 4 chairs and a large parasol, plus large brick built BBQ for dining al fresco.

The second outside area features a large wooden table and 4 chairs, large parasol and 2 sun loungers (there are 4 more on the roof terrace too!) and there is plenty of space to soak up the Spanish sun!

The communal pool and gardens are opposite your villa and have a separate children's section.

Moving inside the villa, the bright and sunny air-conditioned lounge area features a large corner unit sofa, coffee table, pictures, ceiling fan and rug.

The indoor dining area contains a dining table, 4 chairs, pictures and a ceiling fan.

As you can see, the air-conditioned lounge and dining area are open plan, giving a spacious and sunny feel to your villa!
Entertainment

For your entertainment there is a wall mounted 49” flat screen SMART TV (with some UK terrestrial and Satellite channels plus Prime, Netflix etc) and of course free WiFi throughout the villa.
Kitchen

The modern kitchen has everything you would need on holiday including oven, induction hob, extractor fan, fridge, kettle, freezer, Nespresso coffee machine, wall mounted microwave and toaster plus a good selection of cutlery and utensils. A separate utility room houses a washing machine, dishwasher, hoover, iron, ironing board and airer.
Ground Floor Shower/WC

Also on the ground floor is a handy shower room/ WC containing a shower cubicle, basin, WC, extractor fan and mirror.
Air-Conditioned Master Bedroom

The air-conditioned master bedroom is bright and airy and features a double bed, bedside cabinets, lamps, rug, pictures and a chair. In addition there is a double built in wardrobe with a 3 drawer chest and a handy hairdryer to save on your packing. The second double built in wardrobe contains a safe for your valuables. All beds are supplied with 2 pillows per person for your comfort.

From the master bedroom, there is also a patio door which leads to a small balcony which overlooks the pool and gardens opposite.
Air-Conditioned Bedroom 2

The second bedroom is also air-conditioned and contains twin beds, bedside cabinet, lamp, ceiling fan, pictures and a double built in wardrobe with shelving.
Main Bathroom

The modern main bathroom on the first floor contains a bath (with shower over), WC, basin in vanity unit and mirror and lighting overhead.
Private Roof Top Terrace

Moving upstairs to the private roof terrace, you will find 4 additional sun loungers. The roof terrace is lit at night and also overlooks the communal pool and gardens.
Roof Terrace Views

The roof terrace has views across to Alicante, the mountains and distant sea views and also contains a washing line.
Local Beach!

The beautiful local beach is a 20-25 minute walk away and features soft sands and gently shelving waters! In addition a great range of bars, restaurants and mini market are within 10 minutes walk from your villa - a great location for your stay!

We hadn't stayed at this side of Gran Alacant before, however we were pleasantly surprised as it met all our needs. The property had a very good TV, excellent outdoor spaces, with separate dining and sunbathing options. There was just the two of us, however we had access to two outside tables, and six sun loungers, and the excellently maintained Communal Pool was opposite our front door. (If you play petanque, there is a pitch opposite). The solarium was also a good size, and got the sun all day. The numerous local restaurants and bars (serving this area) were only a 5 minute walk away and I would highly recommend "Bonjour" a French Restaurant. The local Carabassi Beach was a 20 minute walk away. If you know the local area we were a 20 minute walk to MASA Square and a 25 minute walk to the main Commercial Centre in Puerto Marino.

Great villa, with everything you need. The pool was very close and lovely and warm. Villa had nice extras like sun loungers in both downstairs outside space and on the roof terrace and extra TV options like Netflix. The beach is within an easy walk alongwith the new Aldi supermarket - so very handy for shopping. Great service from both Alicante Holiday Villas and the local property key holder.
