N MAIDEN - August 2018 
We have never been to mainland Spain before and totally fell in love with it. The apartment itself and the surroundings were beautiful....it is very secure, and the people we met there were so helpful and friendly, they either owned the apartment themselves or a family member did and they all look out for each other. The local restaurants are lovely, and I know we have a lot more to discover. The only negative for us was having to take sunbeds down to the pool every day, fold up ones would have been great and a lot easier to move about. We will definitely be back in the same apartment next year.

This was an easy to book holiday and during booking and arrival all communication was spot on. Extremely helpful people. We were two ladies travelling with kids and the facilities were perfect, spotless and the area was perfect, overlooking the pool area, beautiful terrace. The property is close to a small but well stocked mini-mart and choice of restaurants, bars etc and a very easy trip to the commercial centre on the small train if you are looking for more options. Thoroughly enjoyable, everything we required was available, we would certainly return.

The complex was very well kept, clean and tidy and well kept gardens. The tennis courts were great and the 2 pools were fab. The apartment was lovely. We would reccomend this property to our family and friends and would return.

Lovely apartment everything you need was there. Roof top terrace was the best, super views and lovely and quiet. Pools looked great but a bit to cold (April) to use as not heated. Very secure property. Only 10 a minute walk to the local shop and bars/restaurants, 30 minute walk or a 10 minute bus ride to the Gran Alacant commercial centre where the supermarkets are. Beautiful beach about 20 - 30 minute walk. Would definitely go there again.

Spent a month in this apartment from end of February to end March 2018. Property was exactly as advertised and spiral staircase not as daunting as we expected and once on the solarium it was lovely. Information from Alicante Holiday Villas was excellent and our security deposit was refunded very quickly. Keyholder Melinda was lovely and very accomodating. Wouldn't hesitate in recommending.

D SHUTTLEWOOD - June & September 2017
This was my third time in Gran Alacant this year and my second stay in this particular apartment; the first in June with family and then in September with my friend. I fully enjoyed both stays here as did my family and friend, the apartment is clean, well set out and well equipped. We loved the roof terrace and the views of the mountains, pool and tennis courts. There are two pools, one is shallower than the other and the pool area and gardens are kept so beautifully clean and tidy - we saw someone every day caretaking the area! The complex is within easy reach of a selection of bars and restaurants and the beautiful Carabassi beach. It's also really quiet with no busy traffic or residential noise so you can really zone out and relax!

Stayed here for a last minute booking in July. Wonderful apartment, very well presented and clean. Melinda was a very helpful host who works tirelessly. With young children the beach is 20 minute walk (well worth it when you get there) and main restaurants 10 minutes.

The apartment was spotlessly clean and very well equipped. The complex was lovely and quiet, the pool was very clean and to be able use the tennis court was great. The information provided on the website and in the property was really comprehensive and helped us enjoy our stay. Great beach nearby too. Overall we had a great break and would definitely recommend!

A little diamond in the sun. Apartment has all the facilities you need. Roof terrace is bliss. Close to local bars and places to eat. Short walk to the beach, maybe 20 minutes, but who wants to rush. Larger supermarkets and more bars etc a short drive away. Situated in a quiet gated community. Overall the perfect place to relax and chill out. Will be back again.

Thank you for your prompt return of the security deposit. We had a fantastic break and loved the apartment. Everything is there that you could wish for. The rooftop terrace was brilliant, perfect place to sunbathe. We ate out at the local restaurants and had three superb meals at the Gourmet, Alexandria and Tres Besos. Already looking at dates to come back but struggling with holidays from work so may have to wait till next year. Thank you for all your help.

We had a great holiday - the apartment was super fine. There was everything we needed. The pool was beautiful and great for the kids that they could try the tennis court too. It is in a good location for bars/restaurants and beach.

Great apartment in a lovely block, everything you could wish for was supplied in the apartment. Close to bars and restaurants in both directions. Climb to the roof terrace was a challenge but well worth it, it is hot hot hot up there! This is our favourite area in Gran Alacant and this didn't disappoint.

Just spent 2 great weeks at Mediterraneo 3. Andy was there to meet us when we arrived. The pools were kept nice and clean and used most days. The apartment and roof terrace were great. Would use Alicante Holiday Villas again.

Great property, exactly as described, well fitted out and spotless on arrival. The pool is just outside and the whole site is kept very clean. The beach is a bit of a walk but no hills and well worth a visit as we did every day. No issues at all. Also worth adding that the security deposit was returned promptly to my bank account.
