Lovely Villa and the movable child gate means you can make one of the floors secure which was most helpful. Child cot in the main room was also really helpful. Close to shops and restaurants, a nice downhill walk to the fabulous beach and good exercise walking back up the hill. Child friendly roof terrace and little balcony. Quiet area. Would love to visit again. Alicante Airport very slick and only 10 minutes away.

A real home from home. Excellent air conditioning in living area and bedrooms, fab. Lovely comfortable bed, slept like a log. Had everything you needed, plenty of towels, great shower and downstairs toilet a bonus! Kitchen fully equipped with everything you could need, washing machine too which was handy as meant very little washing to do once back home. WiFi was great and brilliant to also have around the pool. Lovely pool area, plenty of room and literally across the road and down a few steps brilliant. Supermarket a 10 minute walk, and same to bars and restaurants. Great breakfasts in Zest at the square and also La Cesta on the top road. La Paletta a fab place to eat also. We would definitely recommend and would stay here again. Thank you for a lovely holiday!

The villa is in a great location. Close to the beach you could walk to it but it’s a very steep walk back. Swimming pool was lovely, never too busy and very close. You have to pay for a sun lounger, but lots of room on the grass to sunbathe. The villa had beach towels available. The villa was a great size for a small family. Also it was a nice touch to have toys and a stair gate available.

Great family town house, centrally located. Great facilities close by, beach, supermarkets pubs etc. Accommodation to a good standard. Comfortable beds, plenty of towels. Everything you have at home really. Pool is 30 seconds walk away from house, which is very clean very well looked after. Lifeguard on duty during summer season. ”‹

A very nice house with a fantastic view from the roof terrace. The beds in both the bedrooms are very comfortable, and it is very nice with the air condition in all the rooms. We had a very good week in Gran Alacant. There's some good restaurants in walking distance, but you need to have a car to get around in the Alicante area.

Overall the villa was nice, more than enough space for the two of us.The bed was comfy. The kitchen is a bit on the small side but useable. It is in a easy to reach area for shops and bars and the train and the shuttle 5 minute walk away which will get you to the big supermarket. The neighbours are very friendly also.

The house was clean and in a good location, everything you might need a few minutes’ walk away: all kinds of restaurants, shops, bars and so on. A car is not needed, as a local small bus runs almost the whole day to and from the beach, all the way up to the ‘Commercial area’ for €1.50 per trip. There is also a touristic train doing the same loop for a day ticket of € 3.50. The beds were comfortable and the house was clean. In the overall good value for money. The house is also well furnished and we had everything we needed. Key exchange went very smooth, it was very easy to communicate with Lizzy and we had absolutely no problems. The air condition in living and both bedrooms are convenient. The wonderful beach, Playa del Carabasí, is a 15 minutes descending walk down, walking your way up again is quite steep, but there is a resting place at midway.

Would recommend as the property was excellent. Keyholder very helpful. Holiday was fantastic and deposit was refunded the day after we came home. Very easy to book and company were very helpful. Don't pre-book a taxi before you arrive as there are many at the airport and it is cheaper.

This was our third year in this property and as always it was clean and comfortable. The addition of Wifi was great. Neighbours as always were welcoming and friendly. Great base to use the local pool or nearby beach. Gran Alacant has loads to offer and we will be certainly booking again.

Lovely townhouse, very clean. Well located. Near to Swimming pool which was fantastic, very clean, safe and friendly. Neighbours of the house were very friendly and welcoming. Townhouse had everything you would need. Roof terrace great for sun bathing and views of the sea and mountains were beautiful. Well recommended and would go again.
