We had a great time at the villa. When we arrived, we were pleasantly surprised by the size of the property and the pool area. A ten minute walk to a number of bars/restaurants and less than 5 minute drive to all the main shops, Consum, Mercadona, Lidl, Aldi etc. We will definitely be looking to book with Alicante Holiday Villas next year.

We finally got over to Alicante after having to change 3 times due to Covid. We were very pleased with Alicante Holiday Villas honouring our booking. We did have to pay a little more but this was to be expected. Mark was our main contact and I found him to be really professional and helpful at all times. He always replied to my emails promptly. We used the beach towel service which was great and saved lots of space in my case! The property was nice and clean - we were just so grateful to be away and having some sunshine after months of cold weather at home! We would definitely use this company to book again but maybe a different villa next time.

This is a beautiful Villa! The garden space is amazing for a 2 bedroom place. Lovely walk to shops & bars - not too far! The pool area is fantastic, a lovely pool & a welcoming terrace for a bit of shade ! The views from here are amazing ! Have stayed here before & will definitely choose it again. Melinda is absolutely amazing, nothing is too much trouble, she is so helpful. Mark at Alicante Holiday Villas is fantastic! Everything this company offer is spot on! This is a superb villa in a very quiet residential area, perfect for relaxing, reading and plenty of rest. The facilities were great, the villa was spotless and the pool was enjoyed hour after hour by the children. I would advise a car simply because it gets incredibly hot in the day and it’s far easier to pop to the shops and local bars & restaurants in. All communications with the Property Managers were excellent and it’s only a 10 minute and easy hop from Alicante Airport. Would highly recommend to all.

This was our second visit to this Villa. Booking and communication for this holiday was fantastic both times. Martin and Mark were lovely to deal with again. The villa is absolutely fantastic just as pictured on the website. My husband and I booked it for a week in April for our honeymoon and could not have been happier. Everything in the villa works and is simple to use. The villa is in a great area the beach, restaurants and shops are all within walking distance. Also the buses are easy to access. The property manager we met (Martin) could not have been more helpful he even arranged our taxi to the airport home to ensure we had no issues or stress. I would definitely book again in the peak season and highly recommend this villa and the service.

The villa was very well equipped and presented. The outside space was excellent with beautiful views of the mountains, Alicante and the sea. One of the things we liked most was the fact that the area was very quiet and peaceful. As we did not hire a car we relied on taxis to and from the airport (return taxi to the airport was arranged on our behalf by Martin with Santa Pola Taxis - which arrived on the dot at 9am), the tourist train to go to the market and the Baile bus to go into Alicante; once we had mastered the timetable, it was plain sailing! The villa is located around half-way between the main Commercial Centre and the Carabassi beach, around a pleasant 25 to 30 minute level walk to either. Mark and Martin, the villa managers, were very helpful, as were Alicante Holiday Villas. All in all, we had a fantastic holiday and will be returning.

Fabulous property which we would highly recommend, everything you need is available in the villa including hairdryer, games, books,and even shopping trolly for the heavier items from the supermarket. Local shops and bars 10 minutes walk one way, bigger shopping 15 minutes the other way. The pool is superb if a little cool earlier in the season. Lovely to meet Martin on the last day. Security deposit returned very quickly. Absolutely no hesitation in recommending this gem of a villa and will certainly be back.

Lovely villa which I have booked again for next summer (2016), tastefully furnished, the pool area has all day sunshine and the chill out area was a nice touch. We have visited Gran Alacant many times now and have seen it grow over the years into a busier resort but it still has a great chilled out atmosphere which we love and find it very difficult to tear ourselves away at the end of our holiday. Martin (the key holder) was a gem and although we had no need to contact him during our stay he was available should we need to.

The villa we stayed in over Easter 2015 was a brilliant place to call home for the week we were there. It was very spacious for the two of us, clean and tidy and the kitchen was very well equipped with all the things we needed to do the odd bit of cooking here and there (not that much though, considering the pleasant 10-15 minute walk down to the local restaurants). I was a little worried about not hiring a car for the week but we didn't find that an issue with everything being within walking distance. The supermarkets are a little further away but still only a 20-30 minute walk along wide, well maintained walkways. The outside space was the nicest I have had when renting a villa (we usually rent villas on the Florida gulf coast and they don't come anywhere close to the space we had here!). The pool is really lovely, albeit a little cold at the start of the season, but was still refreshing enough to dip your feet to cool off. There was also plenty of plastic glasses to use by the pool, so no worries there. We had to contact the villa managers about the pool and they were quick to pop round and sort things out. Both managers are friendly and knowledgeable and it was lovely to be met by one of them to show us around the villa on our first day. Overall I cannot recommend this villa highly enough, it is clean, spacious and comfortable. It's in a lovely location with stunning views of the mountains and Alicante from most windows, my favourite bit of the whole villa was walking out the front door and being met with that view! I'm already planning my next trip back!

Lovely villa in a quiet area is exactly as per the pictures, easy walk to local bars and restaurants including a 24 hours shop. The main commercial centre is a bit further at about a 15-20 minute walk and is pretty good for supermarkets and bars/restaurants. The little tourist train is fun and relatively cheap. The beach (Carabassi) was lovely and clean, the water beautifully clear but only one beach bar was a surprise, on such a great beach I expected a few options, the service and food though was still good given how busy it was. Overall we had a great time and were thoroughly relaxed when we departed for home. Martin the keyholder weas lovely too and was a pleasure to meet.Thanks for a lovely holiday.

We had a lovely holiday at this villa. It was as described on the website, very clean and had everything that was needed for a nice quiet relaxing holiday. Area is very quiet which was nice. Did a lot of walking to the Centre and the beach. Think we both lost weight. I would definitely recommend this villa to anyone and would also book this villa again. All in all we had a fantastic holiday.

This was our first holiday abroad in a number of years, and we were very impressed with the whole set up. It was very easy from start to finish booking the holiday, and when we arrived at the property, Martin was there to hand over the key and explain the details regarding the villa and told us about the surrounding area. The villa was far larger than we anticipated. The villa had everything a young family would require, and allowed us to relax by the pool for most of the day. The kids loved the pool area, TV, games and of course the air conditioning. The supermarkets were reasonably close by, as were the excellent range of restaurants, which we managed to sample a few of. The best ones we found were the Gourmet Indian and the Mexican, El Texicano. We didn't require a car, as there was the land train service as well as numerous taxis. We will definitely be thinking of coming back next year. Thank you for a fabulous holiday, one that was definitely needed after years of being rained on in Scotland!!!

Our holiday was superb, a really nice and lovely villa. The photos on the website are really accurate. The lovely areas around the villa where very practical during the day. We had one for the morning/noon, one for evening sitting and one for relaxing. The area is really quiet and shops are only 5 minutes drive away. The beach at Carabassi is superb. If possible we would like to take an option on the villa for next year around the same period. Could you let us know what we have to do & when we have to make reservations for 2013.

We did not have a car and did not at any time feel that we needed it, everything is within walking distance. Very nice patio where you can make your food on the BBQ available on the property. Very good service by the keyholder. This was a perfect holiday, we would definitely consider to come back to this nice place and area again.

The villa was better than expected. Despite being a two bedroom, the outside area was quite big with a separate BBQ area and swimming pool area. The neighbourhood was nice and private. The villa itself was modern and clean. Also all bars, shops and restaurants where within walking distance. An excellent holiday all round.
