    Sunny 2 bedroom, fully air-conditioned first floor apartment with free WiFi and large private roof terrace. In addition, the pool could not be handier as it is next door to the apartment! Plus there are a great range of supermarkets, bars and restaurants close by.

    The air-conditioned lounge area, with beamed ceiling, contains a leather 3 seater sofa and matching chair, coffee table, pictures, plants, standard lamp, entry phone and, for your safety, a smoke detector. For your entertainment there is a 32” flat screen TV complete with IPTV  (with some UK terrestrial and Satellite channels)  plus free WiFi throughout the apartment.

This sunny room also overlooks the swimming pool and has a back door leading to a spiral staircase which takes you up to your private roof terrace.  Because of the spiral staircase, this apartment is not suitable for the elderly or young children.

Excellent accommodation, roof terrace with barbecue was very useful and an almost private swimming pool next door turned a good holiday into a great holiday!

We used this accommodation for the first time last year, and left a positive review, we have been home 2 days and have rebooked for 2024 making this our 3rd visit. This accommodation in our opinion has it all. Great property in a wonderful location close to everything, the beach is only a 10 minute bus ride away and the bus stop is only a 5 minute walk away. No hire car needed. The washing machine and microwave were new this year and the roof terrace has been repainted. This accommodation is very well maintained and even has SKY TV including the movie channels. Bedlinen is great quality as are the beds, sheets, towels and they all smell great. This year there was a large shopping trolley that made shopping so much easier. The pool is right next door and very clean, the local residents are very friendly. The built in BBQ on the roof terrace is very useful, saves cooking inside. Mark is really friendly and so is Melinda. We arrived home on Saturday and our security deposit less a very small amount for electricity was back in our bank the following Monday. Thank you Alicante Holiday Villas, looking forward to next year!

Lovely property in a great location. So handy to be right next to The pool. Only a few minutes walk from the Centro Commercial which has supermarkets, shops, takeaways, bars and restaurants. The beds were comfy, the shower is good, the Aircon a godsend and you get a lovely outlook/view from the roof terrace. We hope to be back one day.

We would use Alicante Holiday Villas again, in fact our friends rented a few door along and they have asked for your site and their friends which were staying with them liked our property.

I have stayed in this apartment many times. It is perfect for us as we don't need to hire a car as everything is so close. The pool is right next to us and it is run perfectly - never any problems. I will always use Alicante Holiday Villas and stay in this apartment!

Very comfortable stay, well appointed apartment, Lovely view of the swimming pool. In an excellent position if you don’t have a car, less than 10 minutes from the airport in a taxi  (Melinda will book one for your return journey €23). The shops and restaurants are 3 minutes walk away and the stops for the land train and local bus that will take you to the local market that is held on a Thursday. The main bus stops for Santa Pola, Alicante and any day trips that you might book are 5 minutes walk away.  Lots of places to explore and plenty of walks nearby.

Apartment is functional and in close proximity to shops and entertainment areas. Also right next door to the pool which is very handy. We found the area very quiet and peaceful. Very comfortable memory foam mattresses and fully equipped kitchen.

Melinda, the Property Manager, was fantastic, very helpful and friendly. The accommodation was more than adequate. The bed was very comfortable, we slept well and the air-conditioning units are very efficient. The kitchen is well equipped and the sun loungers were very comfortable. We have stayed in this complex before and in my opinion wants for nothing. There are many supermarkets, bars, restaurants and great fish and chips. The Indian Saffron and Chinese Gran Mundo are excellent as is The Chippy 2. We absolutely loved our stay here and shall be re booking. Mark's communication skills are excellent and our deposit less used electricity costs was returned within 24 hours of our return to the U.K. Many thanks - happy customers!

This is a well-designed two bedroom flat with balcony and large solarium. It is located in a pretty street, a short walk from a cluster of good restaurants, shops and supermarkets. The apartment had everything I needed and any problems were dealt with. Staff are trustworthy professionals. I am already considering another stay.

This apartment was in an excellent location for us. Right next to the pool, easy parking and a 2 minute walk from the shopping centre. The apartment was great for the three of us and it was handy having a dishwasher as well as a washing machine. We would definitely stay in the apartment next time we return to Gran Alacant, which we will due to its great location for exploring Alicante, Benidorm, Santa Pola and Elche to name a few.

The accommodation was perfect for us as my 13 year old son is autistic and doesn't leave the accommodation during the day, so I was able to go to the pool (which was right next to us) and relax knowing I could see my son and he could see me. The Wi-Fi also worked by the pool too. Fantastic communication with Alicante Holiday Villas. So good that I have already booked to go back to the same apartment next year! The only issue I had was that we had no TV for a short time, but I was kept fully updated with what was happening about a replacement digi-box.

The apartment was very good for the price we paid. The solarium is huge and sunny all day. We had a couple of maintenance issues whilst staying there and both were dealt with very quickly with good communication with Melinda the keyholder. It is in a great location right next to the communal pool and a few steps away from a big supermarket plus lots of restaurants and bars. The bus stop and land train are both very near making it great to get around - you don't need a car. Nearby Masa Square was brilliant for restaurants and evening entertainment, again within easy walking distance. We booked a couple of coach trips for days out with David's Coaches, apart for that we used the main buses to visit Alicante and Santa Pola, both worth a day out. Lovely marinas and sea front bars etc. The buses are very cheap and easy to use. All in all we had a great time.

Small apartment within very short distance from commercial centre that has good cheap supermarkets, clothes shops, shoe shops and entertainment for children. Bus and land train stop there to take you all over Gran Alacant. Lovely communal pool very clean. Good Wi-Fi in property.

Stayed at this apartment in September and all we can say is it was a fabulous place to stay for a quiet break for a couple. We had everything on our doorstep from the private rooftop solarium to the pool right beside the apartment. A shopping centre with three large supermarket chains and numerous restaurants 100 metres away. Also Melinda the keyholder was extremely helpful. Hope to book again next year.

Lovely property, air conditioned throughout, huge roof terrace for sunbathing with 4 comfortable loungers and table and 4 chairs all with cushions and brick built BBQ. Beds in property very comfortable. English TV and Wi-Fi worked. Right next to the pool and you could not get closer to the supermarkets and restaurants. Tourist train and buses stopped at the bottom of the road also, you really don't need to hire a car as only 10 minutes from the airport. Big thanks to Mark and Melinda who made the booking process and key collection even easier. I look forward to returning to this apartment in the near future and would highly recommend it to anyone staying in Gran Alacant.

The accommodation was exactly as described and Melinda was there to greet us with the key and her lovely husband carried our bags up the stairs. She gave us a tour of the apartment and terrace and explained about air con etc, very welcoming. The area was quiet and although being next to the pool we were not bothered by noise whilst on our terrace. Very handy for a quick dip in the pool too and really clean. The area was amazingly clean. The surrounding area is a quiet urbanisation, with supermarkets, bars and restaurants just a short walk down the street. You could also catch the train which did a loop of the area and took 1 hour. You could then hop off and try out the bars at the other areas, as well as go to the beach. If you walk to the Lidl bus stop and cross the road, turn right and left and walk along the road a little you'll come to Masa Square which had a lovely square of restaurants and a public pool with bar area which was really nice. Each year I go away with BFF leaving kids and husbands at home and can say we had a really relaxing week, trying out some amazing restaurants. We made use of the vouchers sent to us by Alicante Holiday Villas, which saved money at the local restaurants.

Nice clean apartment. Everything very good. Excellent location next to pool which was lovely and clean. We really enjoyed our one week break and for the first time did not hire a car but used the local circular bus to get to the beach as well as the regular services to Alicante and Santa Pola. Special thanks to key holder Melinda for her very pleasant welcome. We had no problems but I am sure that if we did she would have been a great help.
