Super 2 bedroom part air-conditioned first floor holiday apartment with private roof terrace, free WiFi and overlooking one of the 3 communal pools and gardens of the development!
Moving inside, the air-conditioned lounge is comfortably furnished and contains both a 3 seater and a 2 seater sofa, coffee table, pictures and lamps.
For your entertainment, there is a wall unit containing a 32" flat screen TV with some UK terrestrial and Satellite channels (including English, Spanish, French, Italian and German channels), DVD, CD music system plus a selection of paperbacks and DVDs for your use during your stay. In addition there is free WiFi throughout the apartment.
The inside dining area, which also benefits from air-conditioning, contains a dining table and 4 chairs.
The modern kitchen contains everything you would need on holiday, including oven, hob, extractor fan, fridge/freezer, kettle, toaster, coffee machine, washing machine, hoover and iron and ironing board. Plus there is a good selection of cutlery and utensils.
Patio doors lead from the lounge to a private balcony which is furnished with a bistro table and 2 chairs.
As it overlooks the pool and gardens and is lit at night, the balcony is a perfect place for either breakfast or a glass of wine in the evening! There are also roller blinds if you require shade!
The master bedroom is light and airy and features a king size bed, large ceiling fan, bedside cabinets, lamps and a full length mirror. In addition, there is a double built in wardrobe with an 8 drawer chest and a safe for your valuables during your stay, plus a hairdryer for your use.
The bathroom for the apartment has a bath (with shower over), WC, bidet and a basin with large cabinet above.
The second bedroom is furnished with twin beds, large ceiling fan, bedside cabinet, lamp and a large mirror. In addition, there is a double built in wardrobe which is partially shelved for your convenience.
Moving upstairs, via an internal staircase, you will find your private roof terrace! This super area contains 4 sun loungers (one for each guest) and has mountain views! For dining al fresco, there is a large table, 4 chairs and a BBQ plus a parasol.
Your holiday apartment is ideally situated opposite one of the three communal pools on the development plus less than a minute's walk from a great range of bars and restaurants!
The nearest supermarket is under 5 minutes walk as well and is perfect for your holiday shop!
If you fancy a day on the beach, then the stunning local beach is just a short drive downhill or you can hop on the Gran Alacant Tourist Train! This apartment is ideally situated for the perfect holiday for your family!

Not the first time we have used AHV so I knew booking process is easy. Easy communication with keyholder from initial contact, apartment clean and as described - close to everything you need, train and bus stop nearby to apartment so easy access to everywhere if you need to go anywhere. Quiet location directly opposite pool. Already looking to book next year with AHV but different location as more of family coming with us.

The property was brilliant and the location to the pool was excellent for our needs. We have stayed in more modern but I have to say this was very satisfactory. And having a king size bed was a huge bonus. We will be back and highly recommend it.

The overall process from booking to key re-collection was very professional. The location of the property was perfect for visiting the Gran Alacant area. We had a problem with the Wi-Fi but after one phone call the problem was quickly resolved.
