Really lovely apartment, provided us with all we needed for a comfortable stay and great holiday. This is our 5th time to Gran Alacant and this was the most peaceful and scenic stay we have had. The beach down at the Carabassi is best enjoyed from 5pm onwards and gets particularly busy on a Sunday. We discovered Altea Old Town and loved it. We also drove up to Denia for a boat trip with White Charter Cruises which was amazing. The Old Town in Alicante is worth a visit and we enjoyed great tapas in the Taberna Iberica where they gave us great food and service and looked after our children well too. We can also recommend the Island of Tabarca (catch the ferry from Santa Pola) and the Safari Park in Elche. Thanks for a great holiday, we would definitely stay here again!

The apartment met our expectations well. Clean, spacious, well appointed and with all the essential (an luxury facilities). The patio is an excellent size for 4 - 6 people. Visited Alicante, Santa Pola and Gran Alacant centre and also walked the paths to the lighthouse and view points. A very relaxing 10 days made even more enjoyable by the exploits of the paragliders. Overall excellent accommodation, very quiet and restful resort. Very enjoyable.

The property was exactly as described but the photos do not do it justice. The view from the apartment is incredible and watching the para-gliders in the evening a lovely way to unwind. Facilities in the property are very good. The pool is a short walk away and usually not particularly busy so great for swimming and relaxing. Getting out and about did take some effort though, as the bus stops are a distance away especially for Alicante, but the land train stops just outside the complex and the Thursday market is close too.

Our second time in Gran Alacant and what a lovely place! The apartment was really nice and met all our need with a well equipped kitchen, Wi-Fi and things to take to the beach. The places we would recommend going are: Santa Pola - a lovely, typically Spanish area with a gorgeous beach, plenty of good bars and restaurants. Take the small coast road from the Carabassi beach to enjoy some great little beaches and especially 'On The Beach' bar. Have a short walk from the apartment (20 minutes) to the lighthouse and skywalk bridge for some terrific views. Tabarca Island is a great day trip by boat from Santa Pola, don't forget your snorkel and masks. Locally the restaurants we tried and would recommend are Hemmingway and Tablao Los Lunares. Book to see the flamenco show, some lovely food on their roof top terrace. We did try Good View restaurant but didn't go back. Great service by Alicante Holiday Villas.

If you are just looking for a good relaxing and peaceful holiday this property works great. Great views, quiet location, very clean, excellent information in apartment. Kitchen well stocked with utensils. Security was great in complex. Holiday was great, apartment exactly as described on website. Overall great holiday and value for money.

The accommodation facilities far exceeded our expectations. The kitchen was stocked with all the necessary utensils. Cleaning fluids and cloths were already provided as were rubbish bin liners which avoided the hassle of having to shop for the items as soon as we arrived (we did purchase more cleaning fluids as necessary during our stay and left the surplus for the next guests). The availability of items such as a cool bag and ice-blocks were a definite plus and made our beach days that much more comfortable. The view from the accommodation was as wonderful as explained on the website and did not disappoint. There was no mobile telephone signal available in the area but the excellent quality of the WiFi at the accommodation more than made up for this. The property manager was easy to contact and very friendly. Overall we had a very relaxing holiday and are already planning our return.

My wife and I have just spent 10 days in this excellent roomy apartment and the weather was good throughout. We had a great time even though we did not hire a car. We got used to the road train and local bus times which stopped in the early evening. We went out locally to some bars and restaurants in the evening and met some nice people. One restaurant called 'Fusion' served excellent food at a reasonable price. This apartment had 3 spacious bedrooms, 2 doubles and 1 twin. An en-suite shower/toilet in the master plus a separate bathroom. A good size lounge and a well stocked kitchen. The large patio outside the lounge was excellent. It was fascinating watching the paragliders a short distance away. We would highly recommend this apartment.

My wife and I took our daughter for her first holiday abroad this year and stayed at this apartment for a week in April. Gran Alacant is a very nice area with plenty of great restaurants and bars no more than 10 minutes walk from the apartment. The apartment itself is in a great location, very easy to get to from the airport and had stunning views out to sea. The outside sun terrace area was fantastic, great in the morning for a spot of breakfast in the sun or at sunset with a nice glass of wine! Inside, the apartment was spotless!  It had everything you would need or want whilst on holiday, air con, satellite TV ,Wi-Fi, iPOD dock, DVD player with a library of DVDs, comfy beds, even a Jacuzzi bath! In the apartment there was lots of information about local attractions and a comprehensive guide to the area which was very handy. We thoroughly enjoyed our stay and look forward to going back!!

Very peaceful , relaxing apartment with stunning sea views.We enjoyed watching the para-gliders who launched nearby. Spacious terrace which opened onto a small garden. Everything you would need at the apartment to self-cater. The market, which is held on Thursdays, is well worth a visit and is only a few minutes walk away. Lots of delicious fruits, cheeses etc. to sample at very reasonable prices along with the usual handbags, garments etc. A good selection of bars and restaurants are also close by and we enjoyed being on the roof terraces overlooking stunning views of Alicante and Benidorm. The road train offered a good service to the beach and the Gran Alacant commercial centre. All in all we had a great time with lovely weather. Mobile signal is not good in the complex but some would see it as a blessing! We will be back.

What a lovely peaceful apartment!  We have spent hours just admiring the view and watching para-gliders float by.  We have stayed in several places in Gran Alacant but this apartment has been the most relaxing one and the pool is lovely – well maintained and best of all, warm! Wherever we went during the day, it was lovely to come back to such a comfortable apartment.

We have just returned from a fantastic 2 weeks in Gran Alacant. The apartment was actually better than the photos suggested. The apartment has fulfilled all of our needs – 4 adults and 2 children with the children’s DVDs being a particular bonus!  It was clean and very large and well-furnished and the huge terrace really topped it off. Locally the tourist train was very handy and we used it most days as we didn't hire a car and the very cheap local buses which took us to Santa Pola and Alicante also come very highly recommended. We look forward to returning again very soon!

What made our holiday special was the quietness of the area, the lovely pool, the town area, the great train ride around the area and the cheapness of the buses into Alicante and Santa Pola. The markets in Gran Alacant and Santa Pola were great fun and many bargains to be had. We are going to book again for next year.

It was wonderful to stay in Alicante during February because you enjoy even more of the sun than in summer. We enjoyed very much having lunch on the terrace in the sun. The apartment was perfect for us. The air conditioning made a good heat in the evening. We also liked the jacuzzi in the bath tub. The apartment, the surrounding area and the beach was all very quiet and relaxing. You can also do a lot of nice trips by car to the north and the south and also in the mountains. All in all we had a very good time!

We have had an extremely cold winter here in Denmark, and it was really "balm for the soul" to come to Alicante. However, the weather was a bit mixed - both sun, rain and even snow in the mountains, but we had a SUPER holiday! Superb service. We had an excellent time during our stay and it was just right for a first time holiday with our first child. Everything we required was at hand and anything else we needed could be easily obtained from the local shops. We felt that the use of a hire vehicle was essential during our stay and found the roads and directions to Alicante etc easy to follow. Great value and we had an excellent holiday, maybe not for the younger crowd but that may change as the place grows. The 2 swimming pools were great - only concern was one had no shallow end so had to watch the young ones all the time as they had to pass it to get to playpark. Beaches were some of the best I have ever been to! Maybe more shopping areas would be nice but Alicante is only a 10 min drive and Benidorm is only 30 mins away driving or catch the Tram (5.60 euros return) It was not a problem. I would recommend this place to anyone. Thanks for a GREAT TIME.
