Your Lovely Holiday Villa!

Spacious fully air-conditioned detached holiday villa on a 400sqm plot with large garden and its own private pool. In addition, you have free WiFi throughout the villa and, for younger travellers, a travel cot is included.
Your Private Pool

The superb garden and pool area contain the 8 x 4m pool with Roman steps and is lit at night. And the lovely gardens are full of pots and flowering plants with solar lighting dotted amongst them plus solar lighting on the walls.
Entrance To Your Villa

Entrance to your holiday villa is up a short flight of steps from the garden area, filled with Mediterranean flowering shrubs.
The Outside Terrace

The large terrace, again lit at night, contains a coffee table, sofa and 2 chairs and plants and pictures and is perfect for a drink on a lovely balmy summer evening!
Air Conditioned Lounge

Moving inside the villa itself, the sunny air-conditioned lounge features a large corner unit sofa and chair, coffee tables, standard lamps and pictures. For your entertainment there is a 31” flat screen TV (with some UK terrestrial and Satellite channels), and music system as well as a selection of CD’s, and paperback books for your use during your stay. There is also free WiFi throughout the villa and a useful guest information file to help to get the most from your stay.
Air-Conditioned Dining Area

The sunny air-conditioned dining area, which leads from the lounge, contains a dining table and 4 chairs, sideboard, large mirror, table lamp, pictures and a shopping trolley. For your safety, a smoke detector is fitted.
Fully Equipped Kitchen

The modern and spacious kitchen contains all you would expect in a villa of this standard including oven, ceramic hob, extractor fan, fridge/freezer, microwave, toaster, kettle, coffee machine, washing machine and dishwasher, plus an iron and ironing board. There is also a door which leads to the garden and an excellent selection of utensils and crockery, including plastic glasses for the pool area.
Air-Conditioned Master Bedroom

The light and airy ground floor air-conditioned master bedroom contains twin beds, bedside cabinet, mirror, pictures and a lamp. In addition there is an electric radiator for winter lets. The dressing area, which leads from the bedroom to the en suite, contains double built in wardrobes containing hanging shelves and a safe. In addition there is a thoughtfully provided hairdryer to save on your packing.
Master Bedroom - En Suite

The master bedroom en suite features bath (with shower over), WC, bidet, basin and a mirror with lights overhead.
Air-Conditioned Bedroom 3

Also on the ground floor is the air-conditioned third bedroom which is furnished with twin beds, bedside cabinet, lamp, pictures and a mirror as well as a double built-in wardrobe with hanging shelves. There is also another single wardrobe containing a travel cot and hoover.
Downstairs Shower/WC

The ground floor WC / shower room contains a walk-in shower, WC and basin with mirror and lights overhead.
Air-Conditioned Bedroom 2

Moving upstairs, via the marble staircase, is the galleried landing with a door to the superb roof terrace. The air-conditioned second bedroom, contains a double bed, bedside cabinets, lamps and pictures. In addition, there are two double built in wardrobes containing hanging shelves.
Bedroom 2 - En Suite

The en suite facilities for Bedroom 2 for this bedroom comprise of a bath (with shower over), WC, bidet, basin and a mirror with lights overhead, plus a shelving unit.
Roof Terrace

Patio doors lead from Bedroom 2 to the super roof terrace, with its views of Alicante and the mountains, and is furnished with a bistro table and 2 chairs and is lit at night.
Al Fresco Dining!

In the pretty and spacious garden area, which is lit at night, you have a table and 6 chairs, parasol and a BBQ - perfect for al fresco dining!
Top Up That Tan!

Also by the pool 6 sun loungers are supplied (one for each guest) plus 2 large parasols and there is plenty of space to enjoy the Spanish sun!
Your Private Pool

In addition to the lovely private swimming pool, you also have access to an outdoor shower in the garden to cool off with.
Carabassi Beach

An excellent selection of shops, bars and restaurants are just a 5 minute walk away and the superb local beach is within a short drive or trip on the Gran Alacant Tourist Train! All in all this is a fantastic villa for your whole family and the pretty garden and pool area make for a wonderful villa for your Spanish summer holiday!

The whole package from Alicante Holiday Villas is great. Mark and his team offer a fantastic service, Melinda the Property Manager is brilliant and property 469 is a true home from home! A spacious villa to fulfil all your needs - the crowning glory being the outside space and pool area. It is also ideally situated, just 5 minute walk from a variety of bars and restaurants and a variety of supermarkets. Also close to all local transport links such as the buses to Alicante and Santa Pola and the local Tourist Train that circles Gran Alacant. Also after your holiday the after care service from Mark and his team is perfect! Would always use this company.

Gran Alacant is an ideal location. Shops and transport are easily accessible. The accommodation was good and was an ideal base to explore the local and surrounding areas. A trip to Santa Pola is one of our favourite days out. Their beach, bars and Jet bikes are only a short bus ride from Gran Alacant. The Gran Alacant Commercial Centre has good shops and nice bars and restaurants. It has a great area for children too. Overall a great holiday!

My partner and I spent a wonderful week at this property. The house was perfect for our needs, the pool was fantastic. Melinda met us at the house on our arrival, showed us around the beautiful villa and booked the taxi for us to the airport on our return to UK. The house was very clean, had everything we needed and was close to everything. Melinda gave us the number of a local taxi and I must say, he was always on time when we needed him, just a WhatsApp message. The Masa Square was about a 5 minute walk, a little bit of a hill but worth it, several restaurants/bars there. We loved the Chill Out Grill, absolutely amazing steaks, cooked to perfection each time. A very varied menu too, all needs catered for. There is a supermarket here also. The GA Commercial Centre was about a 9 minute walk, here you have Burger King, KFC, plus a whole top floor for dining in a wide range of restaurants, all with beautiful outside seating. The Mercadona is very reasonably priced supermarket there but Lidl is also very close to the centre. From the time of enquiring, Mark from Alicante Holiday Villas was always available by email. We would highly recommend this company. Thank you to to all who made our stay so welcoming, we will be back.

Villa was lovely, clean, comfortable and just a nice stroll to bars and restaurants. Well stocked with CD's and books to use whilst relaxing. Bedding, towels etc all crisp and fresh. Melinda the key holder is fantastic and goes above and beyond to help with any queries you may have.

Firstly, the proximity to the airport is great. The villa, pool and garden areas are lovely. The garden is very colourful, with a great BBQ and the pool is very well maintained and a great way to cool down in the summer heat. The villa is in a very quiet area not far from the Commercial Centre with its many cafes, bars & restaurants which we visited often. It was also located very close to bus stops for Alicante and Santa Pola, which was great as we visited both towns. We had a couple of minor maintenance issues at the villa, which Melinda arranged very quickly for a handyman to call and put things right. We already know the area very well and the villa is a great base to explore from. We walked for miles, went to the local market & the beautiful Carabassi beach, visited Los Arenales, Alicante and the castle and went jet ski-ing in Santa Pola. We had a lovely holiday and I have to say that the service we received from Mark at Alicante Holiday Villas was just superb, from the original enquiry about the property right through to refunding the deposit balance following our stay. The service was informative, speedy and greatly appreciated.

We stayed in this property for a week late August / early September 18. The booking was very easy and straightforward. The keyholder was exceptionally helpful and check in and out was seamless. The villa is clean and tidy with all neccesary amentities. The welcome pack was very handy. Very good value for money. Air conditioning was brilliant and very much needed being 30 and over outside. It is very close to several shops, bars and restaurants, we walked there every evening. We hired a car but it is close to the airport. We drove to the local beach several times which again is very close but perhaps a bit far to walk especially in the heat. Its a great place to relax and enjoy the sun and the pool. Thank you Alicante Holiday Villas for a wonderful stay.

Brilliant accommodation within walking distance to the local shops bars and restaurants and bus stops. Nothing was a problem to Melinda she was of great help.
