    Moving inside the villa, the large air-conditioned lounge contains both 3 seater and 2 seater leather sofas, chair, pictures, coffee table and standard lamp. For your entertainment, there is a television (with some UK terrestrial and Satellite channels), plus a CD/Radio music system, DVD/MP3 player and a useful Guest Information File, to help you make the most from your stay. In addition, there is an excellent selection of paperback books, DVDs and CDs for your use during your stay plus free WiFi throughout the villa.

    The sunny dining area contains a dining table and 6 chairs, matching wall unit and pictures. For your safety, there is a wall mounted fire extinguisher.

    The spacious and modern galley kitchen contains everything you would need or expect in a property of this standard, including oven, ceramic hob, extractor fan, fridge freezer, coffee machine, kettle, toaster, microwave, dishwasher and washing machine plus iron and ironing board. In addition is a door to the rear garden / outdoor dining area plus plenty of plastic glasses etc for use around the pool.

Access is from 3pm onwards on your day of arrival. Departure is by 10am on your final day.

  • 25 Euros charge for arrivals & departures between 21.00 and 09.00 payable locally

The villa was well equipped with everything you need, clean and tidy. The villa is in a good position with supermarket, bars and restaurants less than a 10 minute walk away. The nearest beach is a 10 minute drive away and has lots of cafes and bars to choose from. We had a very relaxing holiday and would definitely recommend the villa to those looking for a quieter holiday.

I was a little nervous about booking a villa as I have usually booked a hotel and this was my first family holiday with a toddler! However, I honestly cannot praise Alicante Holiday Villas enough. It was a seamless process, I was kept up to date throughout, provided information I needed well in advance and never had to chase for anything. The villa itself was amazing and I don't think I will be going back to hotels any time soon!  The keyholders couldn't be more helpful, anything you needed they were with you in 10 minutes - really friendly too. The villa had so many things to make you feel at home and there were so many items i thought we would have to buy (for the kitchen etc) that were already included in the villa, it really did feel like a home away from home and so comfortable. The area itself we stayed in was so lovely, really quiet and safe - perfect for what we needed, even the neighbours were nice. Thanks Alicante Holiday Villas, we will be booking again asap!

The villa was in a quiet location but within walking distance of shops and restaurants. The pool and villa were lovely, we couldn't really fault them. It was great that the transfer from the airport was so quick but we barely heard any aircraft noise.

Had a lovely time at this great villa, set in a prime location easy walking distance to shops, bars and transport links. There is a supermarket a short walk away going up the road and going directly down from the villa you will find a huge market store, like a giant pound-land. We had no car so relied on the local transport of buses to Alicante and Santa Pola, very cheap and run regular in the main season. The small train that runs around the area is great fun and you can catch this on the main road or at the square where you the children's play area and trampolines. For trips to Rio Safari park and the Algar Waterfalls we booked with a local agent Zafiro Tours located at the above square next to Lidl. Great time had by all, and Alicante Holiday Villas made the booking and whole process great.

Another well equipped villa. Our sixth visit to the area so we are very familiar now with Gran Alacant. The beaches are excellent (although be aware they can be very busy at weekends so on a Saturday or Sunday you may find your personal space getting a little invaded - we just stay by the pool at the weekend!). There is a wide selection of restaurants within easy reach with the Commercial Center having the most family orientated selection of bars, restaurants and activities, our 8 year old daughter loves it there! Tracey was a very friendly keyholder.
