Villa was beautiful, lovely furnished, up to date and great area. Everything near by, shops, pubs, food etc. The local train was fantastic and used it to go to the commercial centre, larger foodstore and souvenir shop. We also took a day to get the bus to Benidorm to see the dolphins. My kids came home very happy kids. Overall a brilliant holiday. Would recommend.

The house and gardens were exactly as pictured, pool area was very clean and well maintained . If you enjoy a barbecue it is worthwhile getting a taxi to the Lidl (approx 4,50€) to stock up .The commercial centre is next to the Lidl and has a variety of bars and restaurants, also a play area for children . A taxi from outside the airport was approx 22 euros but you can get a Baile bus to Gran Alacant but check times and days in May as it didn't run on Saturday and Sunday. We would definitely book again and use this company and have recommended it to friends and family.

Enjoyed a fantastic two week holiday in this property. Description and facilities exactly as advertised. Football pitch well used by our sports mad boys and the pool/garden area (a godsend in very high temperatures) was well maintained and staffed. A quiet dip before 9.00am when it's adults only an added bonus! Especially thoughtful were the provision of beach equipment (parasols, mats, body boards etc) in the garden area. Tourist train worth a go but bus service easy to use, cheap and gets you to a wonderful beach just a bit further along from Carabassi. Chinese restaurant opposite Municipal Building a must.

We had a very relaxing holiday in Gran Alacant. The pool and gardens are very well maintained and lovely to relax in. The rooftop terrace is great, but we didn't use it much, preferred the shade of the outside seating area and the porch area was perfect for us. Beds were really comfy, main shower in en suite was great. Lovely area, enjoyed the land train and the beach. Nice not to have a car for a week. Lovely holiday, would definitely go back.

This property was very good. Being sited on a corner plot it benefits from having a nice large garden area and off road parking if required. The house was well equipped with all the essentials and nice furnishings plus the bonus of Wi-Fi which came in handy. We had a very pleasant stay and would not hesitate in using the property again in the future.

We went to this Villa 20 - 27 August....WOW....in every aspect, not only was the villa fabulous but it had absolutely everything in it that one would need in any home from home, no stone was left unturned! The location of the pool was a 60 second walk and we got about on many trips to the beach, Alicante Old Town and more, and all without the hassle and expense of hiring a car! The villa next door had a lovely girl staying the same age as my daughter and play dates and good times were plenty but with so many families staying on the urbanisation, kids were many and fun was always to be had at the pool!

The property had everything and more than needed and was in an ideal location next to the gardens and swimming pool. The roof terrace has great views and the villa has a choice of outside areas for sunbathing / eating / relaxing in the shade - depending on your preference. We specially love the garden where we locked the gate, knowing that the kids couldn't get out without our knowledge. Overall perfect for a family holiday.

We were a party of 6 adults and the accommodation was fantastic: 3 bedrooms and 3 bathrooms were a godsend. Great outside area for BBQs in the garden and sunbathing on the roof terrace. The pool area was brilliant, very clean and tidy. Don’t get locked in the pool area between 3 and 5 pm, the gate locks at this time so you can’t get in or out. The weather was very sunny all week. The option of a welcome pack is well worthwhile. The keyholders were more than willing to help arrange airport transfer, really friendly. We would book again without question and recommend Alicante Holiday Villas to friends, family and strangers alike. 9.5 out of 10.

Booking process was excellent. The accommodation was perfectly placed overlooking the fabulous pool area. It was very comfortable and had everything you need and more in a holiday accommodation. A welcome pack was also provided by the owners, which was a nice touch and the champagne etc much appreciated at the end of a day on the beautiful beach. The property has great areas to sit and relax depending on the time of day and is furnished to a high standard. The area is great with plenty of things to do and see. The Land Train is a very useful way to see the area in general. Recommend it for families and couples wanting to see Gran Alacant and the surrounding areas.
