Second time booking and again another great villa. Its in a fab location with the bars and restaurants just under a slow 10 min walk. Aldi is directly across the road from the park. The villa is very spacious, has everything you need in the kitchen for a self catering holiday. Great bath towels, big and fluffy! Lots of room outside in the pool area, would definitely book again.

My family and I have just returned from a week at villa 464 and we had an amazing week! The villa is simply stunning and is located in a quiet area but not far from all the local amenities, including opposite a local children's play park and an Aldi. Local Land Train stop is close by too so you don't need a car to get about either - as is the local bus stop. The villa itself has a large covered terrace to the front, with seating and a table ideal to watch the sunrise with a coffee in the morning! The 3 large sized bedrooms were tastefully furnished and each had its own bathroom, again ideal for a larger group. Kitchen immaculately clean and equipped with everything you may need including washing machine and dishwasher! Many of our days were spent by the pool on the large terrace and surrounding garden enjoying the sun or shade supplied by the large parasols. This villa was simply perfect and we would highly recommend it. Thank you for allowing my family and I to holiday here....we hope to return again soon.

Lovely Villa, Lovely People. From our initial enquiry to receiving our deposit back this has been nothing but a pleasant experience. We had an amazing holiday, the villa was close enough, so that the transfer from the airport wasn’t hellish, but far enough away to avoid any excessive airport noise. We rang the keyholders as we got into the taxi from Alicante Airport and they were there to greet us as we arrived at the villa. They are lovely, very welcoming, pleasant and helpful with great knowledge of the villa and surrounding area. The villa itself is beautiful, tastefully decorated in keeping with its location but at the same time bright and modern. The villa is safe and secure with very welcome air-con, not to mention extremely well equipped with practically everything you can think of needing on your holiday! The pool is a great size and very alluring, enhanced by the beautifully kept gardens which can be lit up at night. The only fault we found - was that we had to come home! This was a family holiday consisting of my husband and I – 23yr old son, 14yr old son, 8yr old daughter and 3yr old son and was loved by all. Would not hesitate to recommend.

Good rental. Slow 10/15 min walk to supermarkets shopping trolley for use which was invaluable for shopping in the hot sun. About 30 minutes walk to Carabassi beach another 20  to Los Arenales beach though bus/tourist train available from supermarket area. Property rental very smooth and company professional, security deposit refunded into bank account couple of hours within us returning home. Overall a good location, nice villa with lovely views from the terrace. Wish I was still there.

Visited with friends for a long weekend and would definitely stay again. It's a great location, only 10 minutes from the airport. It's in a residential area so it's pretty quiet. A short walk (10 minutes) to the commercial centre but there's also a little square of bars and restaurants only 5 minutes away (follow the signs for Patagonia Steak House). The villa itself was very clean and tidy, had all of the necessary amenities. The pool area was lovely. Overall I'd definitely stay again and recommend.

We stayed in this property in September 2015 and the property was all we expected it to be. The facilities were very good and when we contacted the keyholder because the dishwasher failed, he arranged for a new one to be installed the very next day. Really good service. We wanted to use the property as a base to get to know the surrounding area and to accommodate our daughter (who has Special Needs) and her full time additional carers. 5 of us in all and the property was great for us. It was lovely and we would have no hesitation in staying here again. It's very easy to get to all the surrounding places of interest and Carabassi beach is brilliant.

This is our second visit to this particular villa. Our experience on each occasion has been excellent. This villa is in excellent condition with great outdoor space for 6 adults both in terms of sunbathing and alfresco eating. Gran Alacant commercial centre is a short walk away and has numerous bars and restaurants offering a diverse range of food. We particularly liked El Olivo, a very nice quality restaurant, Glaros a small typically Spanish cafe and a Dutch restaurant which opens between 12 and 8.30 so ideal for lunch and early evening eating. Alicante and Elche are about 20 minutes away by taxi and both are well worth a visit. La Finca is a one star Michelin star restaurant in Elche which is fabulous both in terms of food and surroundings. The airport is a short taxi journey away.

The villa was everything we had expected. Spacious well equipped villa with everything provided that you need to live comfortably for your stay. We have never been to this area before and the standard of the villa and the contents provided was well in advance of our experience of other areas in Spain. The bedrooms were comfortable and well furnished with plenty of hanging and storage, the bathrooms were very clean and of a good modern standard, the outside area was exceptional. This is where this villa was excellent. Spacious well equipped pool area with very easy access from house to this area which included a BBQ which was well located and lit at night. We were five adults using this outside space which at no time felt cramped. The villa is located well for shops and restaurants - about a 10 minute walk to nearest supermarket and a 15 minute walk to commercial centre where there is a selection of supermarkets, bars and restaurants. The one little gem we found was at the commercial centre - El Olivo certainly worth a visit. All in all a great week for lazing around the pool and have booked again for next year.

The villa we stayed in for 9 nights was better than we anticipated and the holiday experience overall exceeded our expectations. From the initial helpfulness from Mark during the selection and booking process through to the cleanliness of the villa and everything in-between. The villa was really spacious and had everything we could possibly need. Outside, the pool area was in constant sun but there was plenty of shade. The location of the villa was perfect for us as we didn't hire a car and everything we needed was within walking distance.

We were a party of five and did not wish to hire a car. It was our first visit to the area. This is a lovely villa, with a fantastic outside area to the rear, getting the sun from morning to night. The villa itself was ideal with every facility anyone would require. Having three bathrooms was excellent. The nearest supermarket was a five minute walk. We got the bus to Santa Pola market and the tourist train to the beach and local market. Apart from that we lay around the pool every day! Overall a great villa and we all thoroughly enjoyed our time there.

A delightful and well equipped villa, close to all amenities with a lovely pool in the private rear of the property. The area is great and very family orientated. Restaurants on a whole are good value for money and not pushy (no-one trying to pull you in). A great central location for doing day trips and would recommend the Aqua Safari! Went without a car and managed fine, due to handiness of shops etc and the inexpensive "happy train". Left after one action packed week to plan our two week return next year!!!!

Beautiful villa in an ideal location in this area with very private rear south facing garden. The gardens are very well looked after as was the villa itself. The villa was tastefully decorated and we had every appliance needed for a family of four. We have stayed in this area over the past 8 years and we would have no hesitation in booking this villa again and recommending it to anyone who is looking for a luxury chill out and easy walking distance to the central area for bars and restaurants.

This was our first villa holiday and we were not disappointed. The villa is ideal for families with children. It's exceptionally clean and comfortable with all the facilities you need for a family holiday. The pool is set in sunny rear gardens which are not overlooked. We arrived at night so reserved the welcome food pack which was perfect after a long journey. There is a children’s play area directly across the road from the villa which was ideal for our children but not noisy at all. We would definitely stay in the villa again and would highly recommend it.

The service we received from the UK and in Spain was perfect. We were greeted within an hour of our arrival in Gran Alacant even though we did not specify exactly what time we would arrive. The villa was beautiful, clean and exactly like the photos on the website, in fact, we all felt that the place was even nicer than we expected. The garden was spacious and perfect for relaxing in the sun. Some of the things we really liked about the villa: the fun towel sets on the beds matched decor on the walls, the kitchen was exceptionally well-stocked, little things like hand soap in the bathrooms, and enough toilet paper, rubbish bags and washing up liquid to use until we could buy our own, were very appreciated and made things so easy. All appliances worked perfectly. Beds were comfortable and bedding was clean and fresh-smelling. I have to say, I don’t think I have ever rented a cleaner place! Nice, big ceramic picnic table in the garden, lots of umbrella shade, the BBQ came in handy and the pool to cool off….perfect. Great location as far as little restaurants,internet shop and supermarkets etc. We feel that Alicante Holiday Villas provided us with professional, friendly service and highly recommend their company.
