  Moving inside the villa, the air-conditioned lounge is stylishly furnished with a 3 seater and a 2 seater sofas, coffee table, side table, lamp, standard lamp, rug and pictures.

  For your entertainment there is a modern sideboard containing a 31" flat screen TV with IPTV including an enormous selection of English, Spanish, Danish, French, Norwegian, Swedish and Dutch channels (amongst others!) plus a CD player with surround sound system and a selection of CDs for your enjoyment during your stay. In addition, there is free WiFi throughout the villa.

A separate utility room houses an additional sink, washing machine and hoover.

  Moving downstairs to the basement is a fantastic chill out area for all the family! This super area features a 3 seater sofa and two matching chairs, 3 coffee tables, lamp, wall unit and pictures.

  Also in this great chill out area is a small pool table as well as boardgames for the family to enjoy during your stay!

  In addition, this great chill out area features a bar area with 4 stools, wine rack and sink and food preparation area, plus a dining table and 6 chairs. For added convenience, there is a pull along shopping trolley and a coolbox for your use during your stay, plus for the younger travellers there is a travel cot (bedding not supplied) and a car seat.

  Moving back up to the 4th floor of this spacious villa is the large private roof terrace. Furnished with 4 sun loungers, 2 outside tables and a large parasol, this is a great place to top up that Mediterranean tan! There is also an outside shower on the roof terrace for you to cool off after sunbathing.
