Great house in an absolutely perfect location! 5 minutes either way to Aldi or the Commercial Centre. The house itself was really nice, I love it when the owners put their own stamp on a house and the bed in the room upstairs was soooo comfortable! And windows on either side of the room made it lovely and airy. Kitchen was well stocked with all the equipment you might need, and for the next lucky guest a shopping trolley we bought and had to leave behind unfortunately! Great shelter on the front porch and nice big pool. Melinda was great as usual! Booked our return taxi for us, which was great as we often find it difficult to book ourselves. Overall a very nice break, and I will definitely book with Alicante Holiday Villas again. 

I HEMMINGWAY - August 2023
Excellent villa which is within easy walking distance of Masa Square and the main Shopping Centre where you will find plenty of bars and restaurants. 3 main supermarkets even closer, probably a 5 min walk. Villa was adequately sized for 4 of us, plenty of room inside and outside around the pool, also plenty of sunny and shaded areas around the pool. This is our second year running booking through Alicante Holiday Villas and doubt it will be our last!

This is our 7th visit to Gran Alacant through Alicante Holiday Villas. As usual, it was a beautiful villa, very central within a short walk to local shops, bars, restaurants. Lots of on-street parking and lovely pool. Very well equipped and nicely furnished. Great comms from both Alicante Holiday Villas and keyholder. Many thanks, we will come again next year!

Fantastic weeks stay in Gran Alacant! Villa was superb, everything as described. Very clean, all amenities needed. Pool was amazing for the kids and us! Property Manager was extremely helpful. Had a small issue with one of the A/C units and was sorted by the next day. Alicante Holiday Villas were a pleasure to deal with and security deposit refunded within 24 hours.

Myself and 3 friends have recently stayed for a week at this villa and had a wonderful time. The villa had everything we were looking for. We had wanted somewhere spacious and well equipped. Lots of fun was had in the well maintained pool and there were several sun loungers to relax on around the pool area. Melinda was very helpful and responded very quickly to our text messages. The area was ideal for us but you do need a car if you want to visit other areas around Alicante. We did eat in on 3 occasions and the other evenings we took a short walk to a local square where there was a very good choice of restaurants and bars. There are several very well stocked supermarkets very close. Would we return? Yes definitely. If not to this villa then to another one that Alicante Holiday Villas have to offer. They were a pleasure to deal with.

We have just returned from staying in this fabulous villa. Great location for beach, bars and restaurants. Kids and adults both loved the table tennis table and it became a daily competition  - highly recommended!

The poolside area of this villa is great and the villa is well located for the shops, restaurant and bus stop. Mark and Melinda are both very easy to deal with. This is our second time staying with Alicante Holiday Villas and we like it so much we've already booked for next year!

We had been waiting patiently to stay in this villa for over 2 years due to the pandemic but it was definitely worth the wait. Stayed in this villa July 2019 - wow! The villa is amazing, very well equipped and in a fantastic location. We have stayed in Gran Alacant numerous times and this was our favourite. Supermarkets and bars/restaurants just 5 minutes walk away. We had an issue with the pool and Melinda was amazing, very efficient and helpful. Once again Alicante Holiday Villas, best company we have ever booked with! Security deposit refunded the day we returned home (even on a Saturday!). Brilliant.

This is the third time we’ve visited Gran Alacant with Alicante Holiday Villas - always efficient booking process and refund of security bond always same day of returning home. This property served our needs as it’s the closest to the supermarkets we’ve ever stayed, so there was no moaning when we went for our daily shopping this year! The hot water was plentiful even when we took showers at the same time. We ate out every evening we only used the oven once and did not use the BBQ at all. Plenty restaurants in the area to choose from and had some nice meals. We would stay here again and definitely use Alicante Holiday Villas as always professional but I think we prefer it in August as there’s a bit more buzz about the area.

Brilliant accommodation - lovely villa. I did a lot of research before booking and was so glad I chose this one. Spacious, very well equipped and great location near to 4 supermarkets and plenty of restaurants. The villa had everything we needed, including pool inflatables, a very handy shopping trolley (no lugging heavy bags!) and the kitchen was well equipped with quality glasses and crockery and implements. We really loved the lemon trees growing on the terrace ! All in all a perfect stay. Will visit again I'm sure.

Fantastic property in a great location. Melinda was extremely helpful and friendly, on arrival at the property she showed us where everything was and how to use the cooker etc. We had a couple of minor issues during our stay but Melinda was extremely helpful in getting them sorted and very quick to respond.
