Your Private Pool

Your private pool is 8 x 4m, with Roman steps for easy access and is lit at night!
Air-Conditioned Lounge

Moving into the spacious and open plan air-conditioned lounge, you will find a 4 seater sofa, a 2 seater sofa, lamps, and a large mirror.
Entertainment

For your entertainment during your holiday, there is a large 42" flat screen TV (with some UK terrestrial and Satellite channels), + Netflix. In addition there is free WiFi throughout the villa.
Kitchen

The modern kitchen of your holiday villa is very well appointed with oven, ceramic hob, extractor fan, fridge/freezer, microwave, dishwasher, washing machine, kettle, toaster, coffee machine, iron, ironing board and Hoover. In addition there is a safe for your valuables during your stay.
Indoor Dining Area

The open plan dining area consists of a table and 6 leather chairs, full length mirror and standard lamp.
Dine Al Fresco!

Or, if you prefer to dine al fresco, there is a table and 4 chairs overlooking the pool and a large parasol!
Large Gas BBQ

For your comfort, the villa comes complete with a large gas BBQ - just perfect for those hot summer evenings!
Air-Conditioned Master Bedroom

The air-conditioned master bedroom contains a double bed, bedside cabinets, lamps and pictures. Also in the master bedroom is a dressing area with a large mirror, a double and a single built in wardrobe containing drawers and a hairdryer for your convenience.
Master Bedroom - En Suite

The en suite facilities for the master bedroom consist of a bath (with shower over), WC, bidet and a basin with mirror and lights above.
Air-Conditioned Bedroom 3

Bedroom 3 is also air-conditioned and on the ground floor and has a twin beds, pictures and a double built in wardrobe containing drawers.
Ground Floor Shower Room / WC

Also on the ground floor is a handy downstairs shower/WC comprising of a walk in shower, WC and basin with mirror and lights above.
Air-Conditioned Bedroom 2

Moving upstairs, via the marble staircase, is a galleried landing which has access to both the roof terrace and the air-conditioned second bedroom. The second bedroom features a double bed, pictures, bedside cabinets, lamps and two double built in wardrobes containing drawers. In addition there are patio doors to the roof terrace and views over to the pool area and mountains.
Bedroom 2 - En Suite

Furthermore, the second bedroom also has en suite facilties of a bath (with shower over), WC, bidet and basin with mirror and lights overhead.

Back down in the garden/pool area, there are 4 sunloungers and a large parasol for shade.

Also in the garden is an outside shower, cunningly disguised as a UK phone box! Perfect for cooling off after a hard days sunbathing!

From start to finish Mark was first class, info was sent to us with regard to key holder, area information, we couldn't have had any better service. I cannot recommend Alicante Holiday Villas Highly enough. The villa was just as described on the website, inside was spotlessly clean, outside area was perfect the pool and seating area were fantastic and the Telephone Box shower an added bonus. Our 2 children aged 10 + 6 had a fantastic 1st holiday abroad and all of us will definitely be returning next year. Thanks to everyone concerned at Alicante Holiday Villas.

Lovely villa with an added bonus of having an outdoor shower (telephone box). Easy to identify from up the street! Good location being near to bars, restaurants, supermarkets and also the tourist train and buses. We wouldn't hesitate to recommend.
