Guests can arrive and depart on ANY day of the week - you are NOT restricted to Saturday-Saturday bookings!

Access is from 3pm onwards on your day of arrival. Departure is by 10am on your final day.

  • £250.00 refundable security deposit taken on all bookings
  • 90 Euros end of stay cleaning/laundry charge payable locally
  • 20 Euros charge for arrivals & departures between 22.00 and 08.00 payable locally
  • Electricity charged at 0.20 Euro per kwh used
  • 25% deposit required at time of booking
  • Balance due 6 weeks prior to arrival

Our second booking with Alicante Holiday Villas, from start to finish we were delighted with the process. It is important to be able to trust the company with your money and your holiday dream. We were met by Melinda after midnight and she was very welcoming despite me failing to phone her from the airport. The villa was lovely and clean and had everything and more that we needed for our holiday. To summarise, great service from Alicante Holiday Villas, immaculate villa and we had a great holiday.

The villa was lovely and the location fantastic being a short drive from the airport with shops, bars, restaurants and beach all within short walking distances. We rented a car but didn’t use it at all, other than getting to and from the airport. The resort itself was great, would definitely revisit.

Me, my husband and our two kids (age 6 and 7) had a fantastic stay in the villa for our two weeks . It has absolutely everything you could possibly need during your stay. There are local restaurants within a 10 minute walk one way and about 20 minutes the other way. We didn't rent a car and felt we were fine without one and just using the local taxi guy when needed for trips to Santa Pola etc.... The bedrooms all have aircon which is divine. We hope to come back again next year and explore the area a bit more. Thanks for a fantastic stay.
