Alicante’s new Ikea store is planned as part of the Rabasa development project to the north of the city on Avenida de la Universidad, between Alicante’s military barracks and the motorway roundabout.
More details were presented recently to Alicante Town Hall by the Enrique Ortiz company of the 300,000 sqm commercial centre being planned for Alicante. 125,000sqm of this will be buildable, making it one of the biggest commercial centres in Spain.
