Low cost airline Norwegian has launched another route to Alicante from Manchester in 2016.

From 3rd June 2016, the third low cost airline Norwegian will begin twice weekly flights from Manchester to Alicante offering a total of 788,00 places on flights to Alicante – an increase of 15% on 2015.
Norwegian Offers Free WiFi On Flights To Alicante from Manchester
The flights which will be on Thursday and Sundays launch at just €26.00 one way per person. These are in addition to the other 23 routes Norwegian currently fly to Alicante for Summer 2016 :

In the last 12 months (March 2015 – February 2016), Norwegian has transported 898,000 passengers in Alicante, a growth of 2%, which accelerated last February with an increase of 7% over the same month last year. The Chief Commercial Officer at Norwegian Thomas Ramdahl said: “As we continue our huge growth in the UK, this new Manchester route will complement our existing city and sun destinations across Europe. With new aircraft and free in-flight WiFi, we are providing sun seeking Brits throughout the UK with high quality and affordable flights to the most popular destinations.”
