Modern and stylish 2 bedroom fully air-conditioned first floor apartment with a private balcony opposite one of the 3 communal pools with a spacious private roof terrace (which gets the sun all day round).
Inside the apartment you can see it has been modernised with the stylishly furnished air-conditioned lounge (which is reversible as heating for the winter) which contains a ceiling fan as well as a comfortable and modern corner leather sofa, tall modern lamp, coffee table and shelving. For your entertainment, there is a TV unit with a 42" LCD flat screen TV with some UK terrestrial and Satellite channels (including English, Spanish, French, Italian and German channels), a music system plus a selection of paperback books and board games for your use during your stay. And of course, the apartment benefits from free WiFi throughout! There is also a very useful Guest Information File to make the most of your visit.
Your private balcony (with stairs leading up to your private roof terrace) is accessed through patio doors from the lounge and is lit at night and furnished with table and 4 chairs - perfect for either breakfast or a glass of wine in the evening as you overlook one of the 3 pools and gardens.
The open plan kitchen features a breakfast bar and two stools plus a washing machine, oven, ceramic hob, fridge/freezer, microwave, extractor fan, filter coffee machine, kettle, hoover and toaster as well as an iron and ironing board, plus an good selection of glasses, crockery and utensils. There is also a thoughtfully provided cool-box for your use during your stay, as well as a filtered water tap - meaning no need to buy heavy bottles from the supermarket!
The air-conditioned master bedroom features a double bed, double built in wardrobe with hanging shelves, bedside cabinets and lamps plus a ceiling fan. There is also a thoughtfully provided hairdryer to save on your packing! In addition, there is a safe for your valuables during your stay. For your comfort there are two pillows per person and, for winter lets, there is a duvet plus the air-conditioning is reversible as heating.

On your private roof terrace there is also a large brick built BBQ and a dining table and 4 chairs - just perfect for those 'al fresco' meals! And this gorgeous area also overlooks the communal pool and gardens. Plus you can enjoy lovely views of the mountains and distant sea views of the Mediterranean.
In addition, this super apartment is within incredibly easy walking distance of an excellent selection of bars, a supermarket, restaurants, banks, medical centre and pharmacy - making this choice a super holiday property for both families and couples alike. The nearest bars/restaurants are 25m from the apartment.
Also, staying at this property, you are also within easy walking distance of the local Gran Alacant market which is held every Thursday morning further up Avenida Escandanavia – a great little market with plenty of bargains to be had!
The nearest supermarket and medical centre are less than 5 minutes walk from your apartment and a great selection of bars and restaurants are even closer! In addition you have a British supermarket called "Quicksave" nearby too!
A choice of 3 swimming pools (for guests and residents use only) are close by - the nearest being directly opposite your apartment!
Plus the lovely sand duned local beach is just a 3 minute drive away - or you can use the Gran Alacant Tourist Train!

Stayed September so weather was great. Location of apartment was opposite the pool and near restaurants so great location. Apartment clean and everything was there - ideal for Tourist Train and bus and short walk to supermarket and Thursday market, Booked for next May so all great - used Alicante Holiday Villas numerous times so I know it’s a smooth process. Thanks Alicante Holiday Villas!

We had a great time, we have had plenty of sun so no complaint from us. The house is beautiful and the beds after travelling to Spain for many years were the best! With a beautiful roof terrace where we spent a lot of time. Also the filtered water tap was the best option after many years of lugging bottles! We have our deposit back minus the costs, well arranged Mark, greetings and see you again!
