Your holiday apartment contains air-conditioning and UK TV plus free Wifi in all areas of the apartment and roof terrace and is within easy walking distance of bars, restaurants and a supermarket.  In addition, there is laminate flooring throughout.

Also there is free WiFi available throughout the apartment!  Plus the owners provide a free beach towel for each guest.

This is my second year staying in this beautiful apartment. We absolutely love it. The apartment is lovely and modern it has a fantastic welcome book inside that tells you absolutely everything you need to know about how to work all the appliances and the area itself and how to get about using the buses etc. It’s always lovely and clean and a stones throw away from the pool - it’s perfect. We are looking forward to booking again next year.

The apartment is lovely and well equipped, the roof terrace and access to the shared pool is ideal. I will be back to rent this apartment as I was very impressed!

When your local Property Manager, sends you a WhatsApp to let you know she's left a bottle of water in the fridge for you BEFORE you've even left the UK, you know you're not going to be disappointed! Not that I had any concerns anyway, I have used Alicante Holiday Villas many times, particularly in the Altomar II area, so am familiar with their high standards. Those standards soon become expectations and, let me tell you, they never disappoint! The property is great, has lovely views out to the pool, the mountains, distant sea views and even the airport, though you can't hear the planes as you are not in the flight path. A 5 minute wander around the corner to the local, well stocked supermarket, a stones throw from the bars and restaurants, and you can see one of the 3 pools from your balcony/roof terrace - what's not to love! Another lovely property added to my personal GA Portfolio!

We had another fantastic winter break for nearly 3 months on a Winter Special. All booking and communication has been great and the Property Manager took care of any needs and was very friendly and welcoming!

Myself & my wife rented Apartment 509 for 9 days over Xmas.  We enjoyed our stay and the area was ideal for walking. Every morning we walked a different route for 3 hours with blue skies every day, then had a couple of hours in the afternoon sitting and reading in the sun on the very good roof terrace. Good restaurants and bars nearby, due to time of year some were closed, but the ones that were open were very welcoming and good. Also an English supermarket was a few hundred yards up the road, ideal for our Christmas meal which we cooked in the very good kitchen in the apartment. Good heating in the property in the evenings when it got cold. We very much enjoyed our stay, wish we could have stayed longer. Thank you!

This apartment was a gem of a find! It was modern and spacious with a large private roof terrace which was perfect for relaxing on if we didn't feel like moving very far! There was also a balcony which was ideal to sit and have a drink at whilst watching the world go by. The bathroom was lovely especially the shower which had 2 shower heads providing a powerful jet of water. The small kitchen was well equipped and we made full use of the washing machine which meant that for once, there was no dirty washing to be dealt with when we got home. Next time we come (and there will be a next time!), we will definitely be travelling lighter. The communal pool was just across from the apartment and was never busy. There were some lovely restaurants and bars within walking distance of the apartment that offered a varied selection of menus at reasonable prices. Once we familiarised ourselves with the buses, we made full use of them by visiting Gran Alacant, Alicante and Santa Pola as the bus fares were very cheap meaning there was no need to hire a car. There is a beautiful beach within walking distance although there is a steep hill for the walk back so would recommend the bus or Tourist Land Train. As the apartment is on the first floor, there is a flight of stairs to get to the entrance which might be difficult for anyone with mobility issues. We had a lovely relaxing stay and the weather for October was great! 

J LEVERSIDGE - October 2023
The accommodation is beautifully presented and the large shower is fab. The roof terrace is a fab place to catch the sun. The enclosed balcony gave a great spot to have a cuppa and escape the heat of the sun. There are plenty of hangers and the accommodation towels are fluffy. The washing machine was a great plus, nice to have limited washing on return home. The pool is a few minutes walk away and bars and eateries not much further. The bus stops took a little working out, a map of them would be useful to support understanding where they are in relation to the apartment. The beaches are a good walk away but lovely. We had a lovely holiday in the area, so close to the airport we didn’t need a car and buses allow for local travel. If you find walking an issue, there are a few hills to negotiate. Very pleased with our stay.

The apartment was in such a good position - so near to the bottom pool and near to the shops and bars and restaurants. The accommodation was light and modern. The air conditioning worked really well and the ceiling fans were great at night.

We are just home from our holiday and cannot wait to come back again! The apartment was absolutely fantastic everything we needed for our little family. My kids loved being able to see the pool from the balcony and everything was very safe especially for my autistic daughter. It’s great being able to stay in someone else’s home and it feels like your own. Clean and tidy, fresh bedding and towels, sparking clean fridge freezer and being able to use the washing machine to freshen up our pool towels was great. The shower was excellent also with great water pressure. We definitely will be back to stay soon!

The pool and restaurants were just opposite, the Tourist Train was ideal way to get to the beach and what a lovely beach it was. Excellent accommodation and excellent customer service throughout! This was our 3rd trip with Alicante Holiday Villas and we hope to return to Gran Alacant with them again in the future. The apartment is clean and well set up...but best of all it's in a great location for the pool, supermarket, restaurants, tourist train and Thursday market - no need for a car. A comfortable place to stay with a choice of different places to sit, sunbathe or dine. Aircon in main living space only meant bedrooms were a bit hot overnight but ceiling fans helped. It was the perfect place for my teenage daughter and I to enjoy a week in the Spanish sunshine and we'd love to stay here again! Thank you. [Update: Air-conditioning now fitted to master bedroom]
