A spacious and beautifully located west-facing fully air-conditioned villa on a corner plot offering 2 bedrooms and 3 bathrooms with large garden area and a balcony with uninterrupted views of the mountains and which overlooks the community gardens and the local Nature Park (Clot de Galvany). The villa is a 20 minute walk to the beach and a 10 minute walk to nearest local bars and restaurants and is a gated community – therefore very safe for families.
In addition the villa benefits from private parking and, for your security and comfort, all windows and doors have insect screens, roll down blackout shutters and grilles. There is also a shopping trolley in the property - handy for your groceries!
Outside, the west facing garden features a dining table and 4 chairs plus a large charcoal BBQ for al fresco dining and has plenty of space for sun beds and contains Mediterranean flowering plants.
Moving toward the villa there is a covered terrace, with a patio table and 2 chairs. There is also an awning to protect from the late afternoon sun. Both the patio area and the upstairs balcony provide perfect views of the glorious sunsets over the mountains.
The sunny air-conditioned lounge contains two 3 seater sofas, 3 side tables with lamps, pictures, a coffee table and a large mirror, plus a sideboard and a coat stand.
For your entertainment, there is a 40" Smart TV (with some UK terrestrial and Satellite channels), as well as free WiFi throughout the villa.
The air-conditioned dining area houses a dining table and 4 chairs and pictures, plus a separate sideboard which includes tennis rackets and other games. There are also 2 beach chairs and a beach umbrella available.
The spacious kitchen contains everything you would need on holiday including oven, ceramic hob, fridge freezer, microwave, coffee machine, kettle, toaster as well as a good selection of utensils. In addition, there is an ironing board, iron, and a clothes drying rack. Off the kitchen is a useful utility area as well as a door to the side garden.
On the ground floor there is a handy downstairs shower/WC comprising a walk in shower, WC and basin with mirror and lights above. Also there is a hoover and peg basket and heater located in this room.
Moving upstairs, via the marble staircase, there is a full length mirror on the landing. The air-conditioned master bedroom contains a super kingsize bed, bedside cabinets, lamps, 2 built in double wardrobes (one contains a 2 drawer chest), pictures and a stand up fan. There is also a thoughtfully provided hairdryer to save on your packing.
The master bedroom has en suite facilities comprising a spacious walk in shower, WC and a basin fitted into a marble topped vanity unit with mirror and lights above.
Patio doors lead from the master bedroom onto a private balcony furnished with 2 sun loungers, 2 comfy chairs, a small table and a sunshade sail. From the balcony there are uninterrupted views of the mountains in the distance, the Clot de Galvany (a protected nature area) plus the community gardens immediately in front of the villa.
In the air-conditioned second bedroom there are twin beds, a bedside table with 4 drawers and a lamp, pictures, freestanding double wardrobe, small table with fan and the safe.
The main bathroom contains a bath with shower over and a basin fitted into a marble topped vanity unit with mirror and lights above. There is also a wash basket.
Within the community and situated just behind your holiday villa, are two swimming pools (one with a children's section) and another, separated via a fence for safety, for adults only with a diving board.
You have the benefit of a choice of 2 swimming pools (residents only).
Whilst on your holiday, you also can enjoy the benefits of the community tennis court and a children’s play area.
As if all this wasn't enough for a great holiday, the gorgeous Blue Flag beach is just a short 20 minute walk away, plus you are just a 5 minute walk to a range of bars, restaurants and a mini market.

Perfect for our needs, we had a lovely stay. Well kept gardens, views from balcony beautiful and could see aeroplanes taking off too (but not hear them!). Julie was great - return taxi didn’t arrive so she arranged someone to help us very quickly which saved us missing our return flight! Also she allowed us early access as we had early morning flight which was great! 10 minutes walk to Aldi, same to Carabassi restaurants and Tourist Train, 20 minutes walk to the Commercial Centre. Wasn’t expecting a shopping trolley which was ideal for water (and wine) as we had no car! Key box with spare keys and a fob needed to access pool. Overall a great week's stay - spacious and clean in quiet area with lovely views. Thank you wish I was still there!!

Our stay was superb. The villa was perfect for our needs, the facilities excellent, location good. It really is an easy 20 min walk to the fabulous beach and 1 min to the pool area. The bars and restaurants are 10 mins away, as is the Tourist Train stop to get into the Commercial Centre. Gran Alacant is a super holiday destination and we will return soon. Our only criticism would be that there seems to be a lack of good taxi services so you need to get up to speed with the bus and tourist train timetables.

First time booking with Alicante Holiday Villas and just booked our next holiday with them! Booking process very straightforward and plenty information provided. We appreciated our early arrival being accommodated and were met at the house by Julie who was lovely. The house was spotless and very well equipped, a real home from home. We particularly enjoyed the outside space with ample sunny and shady spots. The location of the house was very peaceful but within walking distance to Aldi supermarket and bars and restaurants. Would highly recommend for a relaxing, chilled out holiday.
