Beautifully furnished and equipped 2 bedroom part air-conditioned apartment with large ‘Ibiza style’ roof terrace, free WiFi and overlooking the main pool and gardens. The roof terrace is furnished with a dining table and 4 chairs, 2 sun loungers and 2 reclining chairs, large brick-built BBQ, plants, palms, outdoor shower, and large parasol.
Moving inside the apartment, the spacious open plan air-conditioned lounge features two stylish 2 seater sofas, side tables, lamps, pictures, coffee table and a ceiling fan. For winter lets, the air conditioning is reversible and can be used for heating and a large rug is also provided.
For your entertainment, there is a contemporary unit with a wall-mounted 43” flat screen TV (with YouTube and free Netflix along with many more apps. There is also a huge selection of TV channels from around the world including Sky and BT sports), DVD player, Bluetooth speaker and a selection of DVD’s for your use during your stay. And of course, you have free WiFi throughout the whole apartment!
The modern and stylish kitchen contains everything you would need - or expect - in a property of this calibre including fridge/freezer, oven, ceramic hob, stainless steel extractor fan, microwave, toaster, dishwasher, washing machine, kettle, Nespresso coffee machine, electric coffee filter, slow cooker, iron and ironing board, plus an excellent selection of crockery, glasses and utensils.

We stayed in apartment 475 between 5th June to 12th June - The apartment was great, well equipped with everything we needed including sundries which meant we didn’t need to rush and buy them. Very clean and comfortable - pool and restaurants close by. Owner was very helpful and knew lots about the area. On reading the reviews before we went it was a good and accurate representation of the property and area. Wouldn’t hesitate to stay there again - a credit to the owners who have spent a great deal of time and thought to ensuring a pleasant stay.

The apartment equipment was well thought out, nothing that we needed was missing. Gary, the property manager/owner was very helpful and a very comprehensive guide to the local facilities was provided. There are local buses to take you to the shops and nearby towns. They are very reasonably priced, certainly compared to the UK. There is a fantastic roof terrace, use it to watch the amazing sunset and if you are an early bird, the sunrise is incredible. Alll in all, a pleasant experience.

I have stayed at quite a few different properties in Gran Alacant over the years, but this was the most stylish. The refurb made it feel really modern, spacious and up to date. Very clean and comfortable, with a lovely pool area. Being a lone traveller the location was ideal, being close to bars and restaurants was very convenient especially at night when returning to the apartment after an evening out, I felt very safe. All of this contributed to a worry free and relaxing holiday.

We visited this lovely property at the end of April for six nights. Apart from the weather not being particularly kind to us, we had a wonderful stay. The property is opposite the swimming pool and restaurants so is in an ideal location. From the initial booking with Mark to leaving the apartment, everything went smoothly with great communication all the way. Gary met us and showed us round the property so that we knew where everything was and how things worked. Even though we have visited the area on many previous occasions we found the information book very helpful.
The whole apartment is beautifully furnished and equipped. The sea view from the roof terrace is spectacular. We would not hesitate to recommend this property and will hopefully be returning soon.

I have stayed in many hotels, guest houses, apartments etc in my life, I have to say that this is one of the cleanest and best organized that I've seen. It's the little touches that make it exceptional, for instance the torch, shoe horn, umbrella and clothes brush in each wardrobe. It has every catering device that you could possibly need for a holiday. The roof terrace is immaculate and has a BBQ and great views. What more can I say - brilliant.

Our apartment was wonderful. Attention to detail by the owner Gary was much appreciated. The apartment was furnished and accessorised to a very high standard. The little touches including liquid soap, tissues, phone charger plug, dishcloth, washing up liquid and detailed restaurant /bar information were just the icing on the cake. The roof terrace furnishings and views from there were also fantastic. Gary was really helpful on check in, departure and kept in touch throughout our visit. We found some lovely restaurants, our favourites being La Paletta, Hemmingways, Il Sappore and La Piedra all offering different styles. It was great being able to get to Alicante on the local bus for 3 euros return too. We wouldn't hesitate in booking the apartment on a return trip to Gran Alacant.

This apartment is fantastic. It's spotless and completely refurbished and brand new. The roof terrace is amazing and complete with sea views. The beds are comfy and very clean. The breakfasting balcony is a great viewing gallery with lovely bistro style furniture and amazing views. The apartment location is great - central to lots of local bars and restaurants and right near to the bus stop and the pharmacy is just around the corner along with a supermarket. Gary is an amazing host - he stayed in touch with us prior to our arrival and was waiting promptly on our arrival. Nothing was a bother for him and was just at the end of the phone if we needed anything. We really enjoyed our stay here and will definitely return.

Thank you so much for letting us stay in your fabulous apartment. We can’t fault the apartment, it’s modern, it’s clean and most of all the location is outstanding. Bars and restaurants are within walking distance (most of them are brilliant!) and well worth a visit. If you want to venture out into the stunning locations of Alicante and Santa Pola, it is just a simply bus journey away. The unique dotto train is also available for transport around Gran Alacant. Our favourite places were the GA Centre, where there is the most amazing Indian (The Gallery) and there are a number of bars with a great atmosphere. La Paletta was very impressive and we highly recommend.

Thank you for a wonderful stay! The apartment is 10/10 with great attention to detail - Gary is a wonderful host. You will appreciate as the days go by what a fab location this is – a 5 min walk from supermarket, bank, pharmacy, restaurants, bus stop and 24 hour supermarket (great on Sundays!). You are a 15 min walk from the local market and it is well worth a visit – designer handbags, sunglasses etc (I say ‘designer’ but good quality nonetheless – especially if you have a ‘brand aware’ teenager! There is a short cut to the market – turn right outside apartment and walk to the very end of the road – turn left and the market is across the road. Also there is a shop that sells everything from sandals to garden furniture (and everything in-between) a good place if you have kids with pocket money or if they wish to buy presents for their friends – just along from the Alicante Bus Stop. Do we guided by the ‘Green Folder’ re: restaurants etc as it is accurate and some of them don’t display a menu outside. The restaurants are good quality and good value for money and the Chinese also does takeaway. Definitely visit the beach – amazing. Santa Pola and Alicante well worth a visit (go by bus!) Most of all – enjoy every minute as the days just zip past! Thanks for a wonderful stay.

I cannot recommend this apartment enough, nice and spacious rooms, beautiful roof terrace from which you can see amazing sunsets, have BBQs and you can also see the pool area from there too. The pool is lifeguarded the whole time it's open and has a entry system for security. The apartment is well equipped with everything you need on a self catering holiday, even a water filter is provided, tea towels, washing up items etc, basically all the little things you can easily forget when going on holiday. The location is great, 10 minutes drive from Alicante Airport, you have nearby supermarkets, shops, restaurants and bars, oh, and a market all within a short walk. There is also a little road train which runs regularly down to the commercial centre where you will find bigger shops and restaurants and bars, or the train will take you near to the beach where you can walk easily from the train stop, this runs day and night, I think until about midnight and its only 3 euro return trip! Well worth it and it leaves hourly from the end of the road and various other places, it does a big loop, you can't miss it as you will hear it coming with the choooo, chooo! All in all I would recommend this to my family and friends and I'm quite fussy, we will be returning! Thank you for a lovely stay (family of 4).

Wow what a fantastic apartment! We have stayed in Gran Alacant numerous times and this apartment has been the finest so far. The little touches do not go unnoticed – the water filter, air-con, hand wash, dishwasher, tea towel, beach towels, and dishcloth (I always forget to bring one!) Our children felt very at home and loved just to ‘chill out’ and cool down – James “the apartment is very good and very cool” – Anabelle “Upstairs (roof) is my favourite part”. First impression? Wow wow wow! Day 2 – still very impressed ! Few tips, the little train leaves on the hour, it will cost you 3 Euros for the round trip, so keep your ticket. For your morning paper turn right at the gate, and the paper shop is by the bank. For a bigger supermarket, turn left, about 300 yards up the road. DO NOT unplug the plug by the couch/yellow picture – it is the Wi-Fi! The sun hits the roof terrace at 07.30 and stays all day. Had a lovely week.
