We stayed in this villa 2 times this year and we absolutely love it! Amazing pool and we used the brilliant BBQ area many times too. All the rooms are a good size. We have been using Alicante Holiday Villas every year for over 10 years. Mark is fantastic - always so helpful and informative and the Property Manager Melinda is always available when needed. We have recommended them to several friends and will continue using them in the future.

Overall the property was very good. The bathrooms were well fitted and aircon in all rooms was a godsend. The outside kitchen is an excellent facility and the internal kitchen is well equipped. The outside area at this villa is very good and the pool excellent. Brian who maintains the pool is very personable and informative about all things Gran Alacant. We would be happy to stay at this villa again.

Just back from a fantastic family holiday. The pool & gardens at this property are amazing & we spent most of time here soaking up the sun. Brian did a great job regularly checking on the pool & keeping it clean. The house is situated very close to supermarkets, shops & restaurants & also close to the local Tourist Train & bus stop. Booking with Alicante Holiday Villas is very easy & straightforward & we have already booked our holiday for next year!

The real bonus with this property is the amount of useable outside space, it is the best we have stayed in, in the entire Gran Alacant area (been coming for 10 years plus). The large external eating area, with electric awnings covering the table, is superb, as we spent most of our time outside. A very good, large sizeable pool as well. The house is well situated for all local amenities, and Melinda was always at the of a phone/email, to sort out our travel needs and any minor problems. She and her partner Laci, are a real bonus. If it is available, we will be returning next year.

Really enjoyed our stay. Everything worked from start to finish with Mark and Melinda. Property was extremely clean and very well equipped. We were on a quiet break for 3 people but this would be equally comfortable for a party of 6. Pool was amazing, air-con all worked, showers were mega powerful. Aldi 5 minutes away, bars and restaurants 5 minutes away with a decent variety. Welcome pack was there on arrival and beers were cold! Would highly recommend this property and the Monte y Mar location.

Villa was fantastic just as advertised on web site, the pool is an absolute dream and so big, many an hour spent in there by all 4 of us. This was our 2nd time in Gran Alacant so we knew the area and where to go at night for food and drinks, both the very local commercial centres have some fantastic restaurants and bars to chill out in after a very hot day. Would highly recommend the area, villa and most definitely Alicante Holiday Villas.

Fantastic comfortable villa with superb pool and garden. Gran Alacant is a great base for exploring the local area with plenty to see and do as well as an abundance of amazing restaurants nearby. Trips to Alicante and Santa Pola are a must as well as Aqualandia for the kids. David’s Coach Trips, as recommended by Alicante Holiday Villas, provide a first class service and well worth using if wishing to explore, particularly if you don’t want to drive. Thanks to Brian for keeping the pool nice and clean and providing advice and tips on the area. Hope to be back soon.

Firstly, we are regular visitors to Gran Alacant and have stayed in several properties in the area. The villa's outside space was the best we have ever hired. It is huge, with the biggest pool we have encountered, with two electric awnings which cover the large outside dining table. It also has an outdoor bar and BBQ area and well kept gardens (courtesy of the neighbour Brian). For the outside space alone, we would re-book this property. The inside was very, very clean. The kitchen area is well kitted out with glasses/dishes, for internal/external use. The 3 bedrooms are a good size and in good condition, with great towels. The Property Manager, Melinda, was very, very good, she even ordered our taxi for us, for our Airport trip home. As previously said, we will be back.

Great booking experience! Mark was so helpful. Melinda, the Property Manager, was also a star and nothing was too much trouble. The villa was exactly as seen and shown on the site. Overall extremely happy with the whole experience. The neighbours were friendly and the shops and bars all easy to get to. I would recommend Alicante Holiday Villas, great company to deal with!

We had a brilliant week staying here. The pool was well kept and we spent hours in it every day. The outdoor dining area was used every day for dining and relaxing. Indoors was clean and had all the facilities we needed for our stay. The property is very close to local shops and lots of restaurants and bars and a short walk away to the bus stop/tourist train stop. We loved that it is so close to the airport which cut down travelling time. Melinda and Bryan were very friendly and helpful during our stay. We would stay in this property again.

We could not fault the villa at all! The entire stay was fantastic! Communication was excellent from Alicante Holiday Villas, very helpful at all times. Would highly recommend booking with Alicante Holiday Villas, very professional and accommodating. Outside bar and BBQ area was used every day, could benefit from a beer fridge out there, probably save on wet floors in the villa. Over all nothing bad at all, all very good.

This is the second time that we have visited this property, the villa overall is great, the pool and outside area of this villa are by far it's greatest asset. We have stayed in a number of villas in this area but this is by far the most conducive to outside socialising, with the kitchen situated close to the outside area. The surrounding area when we have visited in June is quiet and peaceful. Brian who looks after the pool and garden is friendly and always on hand. It's location is ideal, a 10 minute drive from the airport and within walking distance of a local square, Plaza Mayor, with a range of warm and friendly bars and restaurants and a small local supermarket. Overall a relaxing break, convenient in many ways.

Accommodation was very good and exactly as it was advertised, all the restaurants were within walking distance as well as the bus stops.The accommodation was clean and had all the equipment required i.e. washing machine, fridge, dishwasher etc.The pool area was very nice with sunshine all day and early evening. Our holiday experience was very good as it wasn’t the first time we stayed in the area, so we virtually knew bus times and the times for other amenities in the area, but these are very well explained in the package given when booking the holiday. The bus services are very cheap, we travelled several times to Alicante where you can also connect up with the tram service which can take you further afield i.e. Benidorm to the theme and animal parks which makes a good day out. The trams are also not expensive and run often and on time. I would like to thank Alicante Holiday Villas for a very good and helpful service, and would recommend them to anyone thinking of taking a holiday in thid part of Spain.

We stayed two weeks in this lovely villa (family of five). Everything was great and we have nothing bad to say. The surrounding area has a good supermarket and restaurants if you need them. We didn't, we cooked mostly in the villa. The pool was really great and we spent lot of time there. Would recommend this with no hesitation.

We have stayed here for the second time and we will probably return another year. This week we have been four people and all are very satisfied. The weather has been very good and the swimming pool has been used every day. The BBQ has been used a lot and the food has, of course, been very good. We have really enjoyed our stay.

The property was very well equipped, the fixtures and fittings in all rooms being good quality and in excellent condition. We like to cook so we appreciated that the kitchen was fully stocked with cooking utensils, knives etc., very home from home. The beds were comfortable, not as is often the case over used 'holiday let' lightweight affairs. A fairly clean, working gas BBQ was terrific and provided many great meals, as well as much smoke for the neighbours! Bryan kept an eye on the pool and attended to it regularly, as well as being the source of helpful information about the area. When one of the sunbeds was found to be broken it was replaced without delay by Melinda. All in all a terrific holiday made stress free by the excellent Alicante Holiday Villas team.

The villa was good and the pool and garden lovely. It is in a residential area but despite this was quiet. The shops, supermarkets, bars and restaurants are within easy walk, all the meals we had were good standard. Very easy access to the airport and main roads.
