First time staying in this property. Perfect location for us. 5 minute walk to Masa Square where there are some fabulous restaurants and bars. The Commercial Centre about 10 min walk- again with fabulous restaurants and bars. Lidl is also here. The villa is ideally suited for bus stops to explore the area - about 3 minute walk. The weekly market is currently next to Aldi which again is about a 5 minute walk. The villa was just as expected - lovely and clean with everything we needed. We particularly liked the insect screens on all windows and doors, which prevent any unwanted bugs. The pool looked very inviting, however it was far too cold to use due to us visiting first week of April! The outside areas are ideal with lots of seating areas. Would highly recommend this property and would stay here again.  Thanks very much to Mark at Alicante Holiday Villas for making our holiday run as smooth as always and to Melinda for helping us at the property.

The villa (503) was very well located near to supermarkets and many restaurants. The accommodation was excellent and in particular the pool area and pool were fantastic. Venue had everything we required and was excellently equipped. We had a fantastic stay and would particularly recommend this property for young families. The location is close to Santa Pola and we can recommend Playa Lisa beach as a safe and lovely beach for young families.

We had an excellent holiday at the villa. The location is excellent only 3 minutes walk to Masa Square and about 5 minutes walk to supermarkets in the Commercial Centre. Lovely pool and very comfortable outdoor areas.

This was our second time booking with Alicante Holiday Villas, (our first was before Covid) and as before it was a very smooth process from start to finish! The house was fabulous, we all loved that the owners have put their own stamp on the property. The garden and pool were amazing, first thing we did was go for a swim! The location was perfect. Only a short walk to the bus/ land train stop, and a little further to the Commercial Centre, in the opposite direction a new Aldi and a huge Gabe market that sells everything you didn’t know you needed! Lots of bars and restaurants in walking distance, easy to get around and a short hop to the city. We will definitely return to this house!

This was a lovely villa which has been refurbished to a very good standard. There was a range of outdoor seating areas which were fabulous -  we loved the new outdoor dining area. The villa was well located and within easy walking distance of the supermarket, bus stop and bars and restaurants. The pool area was great and you can see the mountains whilst sitting on the pool steps! We would definitely stay again. 😃

Have used Alicante Holiday Villas several times and will use them again next year. This booking was put back twice because of COVID but Mark was very understanding and helpful. This particular villa was well located for the shops and restaurants as most of them are. Very clean and tidy with Melinda on hand if anything was needed. Great outdoor space with a handy gas BBQ and an outside sink which was useful for cleaning up. Indoors everything you need for a great holiday base. All in all a very enjoyable two weeks in the sun.

Recently returned from an 11 night stay at this fantastic villa. The location is close to shops, bars and restaurants and is also really close to a stop for the Tourist Train that runs around the local area. The position of the villa and its pool and terraces meant that we had the sun all day long until 8pm at night which was amazing! The villa is very well equipped, outside there is a BBQ and cooking area and inflatables for the pool and inside there is everything you could need in the kitchen. The booking process is quick and simple and we were met on arrival for handover of the keys and tour of the villa. On our return, the security deposit was returned the very next day without issue. I have booked with Alicante Holiday Villas in the past and will definitely continue to do so in the future!

This property was totally amazing, everything with this was perfect. The beds were so comfortable, probably the best beds I've slept in on a holiday. The outside space was also perfect. Always great to see and have decent sun loungers, which this property had. Walking distance to bars and restaurants, so didn't feel the need for a car.  Would definitely book this property again.

Stayed with 4 adults and a toddler and what a beautiful villa it was! Had absolutely everything you needed, short walk from the great bars/ restaurants and supermarkets! Pool was huge and amazing surroundings. Very modern and spacious for a family of 5. Our little girl had the best time, became so water confident and loved how everything was on one level so no trips or falls! This property was a beautiful villa. One of the nicest that we have stayed in. We would definitely book this property again. It was immaculately clean and the area was great as it was close to the centre and the little square with lots of bars and restaurants nearby. The only slight negative is the busy road that you can hear whilst lying around the pool - that said - it did not spoil the holiday at all and we would return.

This villa is in a quiet urbanization located 10 minutes away from Alicante Airport. It has all the amenities advertised on the webpage, including the private pool. It is in a perfect location, with a cheap well sized supermarket at the bottom of the street and up a slope (3 minute walk), which has a hidden square behind it with a steak house, restaurant/cafe bars and evening entertainment. If you cross the road from the villa and walk straight on, you will come to the Gran Alacant Commercial Centre (5/10 minute walk), which has a variety of supermarkets, shops, restaurants and a few kiddie rides. You can also book any trips that you might like, such as water/theme parks, zoo, markets etc with a pick up point opposite Lidl in the Commercial Centre. This is also the local Baille bus stop which for 1.50 euro, you can travel to Alicante or on the opposite side to Santa Pola (I used my phone GPS when I got off the bus in Santa Pola to find the marina, roughly 10/15 min walk, which has jet ski rides, snorkelling/diving school, including a trip to a nearby island, again for the snorkelling/island boat trip you would need to book in advance. (if your phone plan includes EU calls this is easy to do on arrival). If you don't want to pre book a trip to the island on a snorkelling safari, you can just hop on a boat ride back and forth from the island, which is a short distance from the marina and enjoy the sandy beach/bar restaurants without needing to book. I would advise to plan trips ahead so you don't miss out!

We had a late, tricky booking that meant staying in 2 villas for about 2 weeks each. The whole process was dealt with seamlessly and the accommodation was exactly as described on the website. We had a couple of minor issues that were dealt with quickly. The villa was great; well furnished, clean, lovely pool. Near supermarkets and beaches with good road links to airport and nearby towns. Recommended.
