Your Holiday Villa
Stylish 3 bedroom, 3 bathroom air-conditioned villa with private pool situated in a quiet road, with the benefit of off road parking and free WiFi. Your 6 x 4m private pool is situated at the front of your holiday villa and features Roman steps.

Moving into the villa, there is an outside terrace, which is glazed in, and contains stylish furniture of a nest of tables and 4 chairs. The terrace is also lit at night – lovely for a relaxing evening drink!

Lounge
The lounge is, as you can see, comfortably furnished with 6 leather chairs, coffee table and pictures. For your entertainment there is a 48" flat screen TV (with some UK terrestrial and European channels), plus a wireless home sound system by Sonos.

Dining Area
The indoor dining area is furnished with a dining table and 6 chairs, side table and lamp.

Modern Kitchen
The kitchen for your villa contains all you would need on holiday including a fridge/freezer, oven, ceramic hob, extractor fan, washing machine, dishwasher, kettle, microwave, coffee machine and toaster plus a good selection of utensils. It also has a door leading out to the back garden and sunbathing/dining area.

Air Conditioned Master Bedroom
Also on the ground floor is the air-conditioned master bedroom which contains a king size bed, bedside cabinets, lamps and 6 drawer chest. A dressing area leads toward the en suite facilities, containing a single built in wardrobe and a safe for your valuables during your stay as well as a hairdryer, to save on your packing. In addition, this room overlooks your swimming pool.

The en suite facilities for the master bedroom contain a double size walk in shower, WC, basin in a 3 drawer vanity unit plus a mirror with internal lighting and this bathroom also benefits from underfloor heating.

Air Conditioned Bedroom 3
The air-conditioned third bedroom is also on the ground floor and features twin beds, bedside cabinet, lamp plus a built in double wardrobe. This lovely bedroom also overlooks the rear garden area.

The spacious roof terrace contains a bistro table and 2 chairs - perfect for a morning coffee or a glass of wine in the evening and has lovely mountain views and is lit at night!

The pretty garden is at the rear of your villa and features 4 sun loungers, trees and plants and is a real suntrap! Also in the rear garden is the al fresco dining area with a dining table, 6 chairs and large parasol for shade. In addition, for added relaxation, there is a comfy 3 seater sofa, 2 chairs and a coffee table. This lovely area is also lit at night.

In addition to the large gas BBQ, there is also a traditional paella pan and gas fired paella ring on which to cook your fabulous authentic Spanish meal!

Access is from 3pm onwards on your day of arrival. Departure is by 10am on your final day.

This is such a lovely villa, the photos don’t do it justice! We had a fantastic stay, everything you need is close to hand and the villa has great entertaining space if you prefer to stay home. I am hesitant to recommend it too highly because I would like it to remain a hidden treasure!!

Our stay was perfect from start to finish. We didn’t want to come home as it really did feel like we were home! Location was spot on. Everything is within walking distance. The bars and restaurants and shops were everything we expected and more. We are booking to go back to the exact villa next year and hopefully it will be a yearly family trip! This was the first time we had stayed in a villa. Right from finding the company on Facebook they were extremely helpful with information finding us a suitable villa and booking. Wow we were impressed when we arrived! The pictures did not do it justice and it exceeded our expectations. It was so well equipped with every little detail thought about. The pool was checked part way through our stay and we had an issue after a storm that Julie dealt with very promptly. It was close to supermarkets and some bars and restaurants. It was an amazing holiday and can’t wait to come back.

This was our first time booking with Alicante Holiday Villas and Mark was extremely helpful from the start to finish. The villa (480) was perfect and looked even better in real life than in the pictures. Everything was very clean and the overall condition of the villa was great. As an amateur chef I really appreciated the wide selection of kitchenware and a new Char-Broil gas grill. Other nice little surprise was the brand new Aldi supermarket literally 100meters away from the villa! Overall rating 5* and highly recommended. Looking forward to book our next vacation via you guys again. Thank you Mark and Haidee for the great service you guys provided.
