Your Holiday Villa

Your holiday villa is on a corner plot to give you extra space and has recently undergone a complete refurb with laminate flooring downstairs, gorgeous bathrooms and a great modern design, whilst still maintaining a Spanish feel! Situated on a gated traffic free urbanisation, it is therefore perfect for families with children and is also situated close to one of Gran Alacant’s most popular squares for eating and entertainment!
Garden / Patio Area

Outside, is the spacious garden area, full of Mediterranean flowering plants, which is also lit at night - giving a great ‘chilled’ feel.
The Urbanisation

The pathways through the urbanisation are filled with palm trees, bougainvillea and other flowering Mediterranean plans - making an evening stroll back from the local bars/restaurants very pleasant.
Lounge Area

Moving inside the villa, you can see that the property is of a high standard with laminate flooring throughout the downstairs. The lounge area contains a corner sofa, standard lamp, nest of tables and a remote controlled ceiling fan.
Entertainment

For your entertainment, there is a 32” flat screen TV with iPTV (with a great range of UK terrestrial and Satellite channels), plus there is free WiFi throughout the villa and garden.

There is also a breakfast bar with two stools.

The inside dining area features a large table with 6 chairs and matching sideboard, another remote controlled ceiling fan for your comfort, large mirror and a table lamp.

The kitchen for your villa has everything you would need on holiday including a fridge/freezer, microwave, toaster, deLonghi coffee machine, kettle, oven, ceramic hob, extractor fan, kettle, dishwasher plus a great selection of cutlery and utensils. â€‹
Air Conditioned Bedroom 2

The air-conditioned second bedroom is also on the ground floor and contains twin beds, bedside cabinet, lamp and a double wardrobe unit with hanging shelving.
Downstairs Basin

The handy downstairs shower/WC has been really thoughtfully designed with a separate modern unit housing the basin with a mirror above with touch control light and washing machine. â€‹

The internal stairway of the villa is also thoughtfully decorated.

Moving upstairs, the air-conditioned master bedroom also features a remote controlled ceiling fan, double bed, bedside cabinets, lamps, pictures, built in double wardrobe with a 3 drawer chest, plus a 4 drawer matching pine chest and large mirror.

The third bedroom, which is also air-conditioned, contains a single bed (with the option of a pull-out bed underneath, which is suitable for children) plus a clothes rail, hanging shelves and pictures.
Main Bathroom

The main bathroom is again, very modern, and is furnished with a WC, drawer unit with basin with a mirror above with touch control light, bath with shower over and two hairdryers.
Walkways

Outside the villa, the traffic free pathways make it very safe for children and are also lovely to walk around.
Sunbathe In The Garden

The villa is supplied with two full sun loungers plus reclining chairs for you to top up your tan in the gorgeous garden!
Al Fresco Dining

For your al fresco dining experience, there is a large table with 4 chairs and matching 2 seater bench, plus another table and 6 chairs. In addition, for shade there is a large toldo (awning).
Large Brick Built BBQ

For enjoying your outdoor dining, at the side of the villa is a large brick built BBQ - perfect for eating outside!
Communal Pools

The lovely communal pool for the villa is literally 1 minute walk away and has a separate children’s section and is for residents/guests only. It has a lifeguard during the summer season as well as artificial grass and sunshades. As the urbanisation is totally traffic free, this makes this villa very safe for young families.
Local Square

Behind the pool area is a popular little square which houses some great bars and restaurants including Patagonia (a great Argentinean Steak House), La Paletta (one of Gran Alacant’s most popular restaurants on Trip Advisor), Zest Bar which is great for breakfast and lunch and Dick Turpins bar which shows live sports! A further 2 minute walk away is a host of more bars and restaurants, plus local bus and tourist train stops.
Gorgeous Local Beach

If all this wasn’t enough, then the Gran Alacant Tourist Train or local bus service stops near the villa and can take you to our beautiful beach and also to the Gran Alacant Commercial Centre. All in all, this villa is a great choice for your family’s holiday!

The location was fabulous, so close to the pool, a little square with restaurants and within a few minutes walk to other bars. The villa was equipped with everything you might need and the beds were so comfortable. The outdoor seating was good, with a range of furniture to choose from. Overall it was value for money and we spent a comfortable week there.

A fantastic villa in an great location very close to a selection of nice bars and steak house. The bus stop is very close to travel to Santa Pola or other areas. We love the area and will definitely be returning to this villa - it was exceptional.

The villa was fantastic. You can tell that the house was just recently redecorated with some great touches including the wine/coffee bar in the living area. The beds are extremely comfortable and we loved the touch of the new bathrooms especially downstairs. This villa is perfect for outdoor living also as it sits on a wide open corner lot and even in the steamiest of evenings you still get a great breeze to make staying outside very comfortable. Looking forward to returning to the area soon and I will definitely be renting this place again. Thank you!!!!
