    Spacious and very nicely furnished, fully air-conditioned, 3 bedroom, 3 bathroom villa with private pool and gardens with orange and palm trees plus a super outdoor kitchen area - perfect for dining al fresco! There is also private parking within the grounds of the villa. And, for younger travellers there is a travel cot supplied free of charge.

    To the side of the villa, is a stepped area which leads up to the rear garden and pool area.

    The garden and pool area contains the 5 x 3m private pool with Roman steps, which is lit at night and 4 sun loungers. Being 1.1m at the shallow end and 1.6m at the deep end, the pool is very child friendly.

    The super summer kitchen area contains a food preparation area, gas BBQ and drinks fridge and has an electricity supply. There is also a dining table and 6 chairs plus a large parasol, a lovely place to eat in the warm summer evenings!

    At the front of the house, steps lead up to the outside terrace which is furnished with a bistro table and 4 chairs and is also lit at night. From here there are views across to Alicante and the mountains.

    Moving into the villa, the beautifully furnished, air-conditioned lounge contains two leather sofas (one 3 seater and one 2 seater), solid wood coffee table, pictures, ceiling fan, large mirror, side table and lamps. For your entertainment there is a 32" Flat Screen TV (with some UK terrestrial and Satellite channels) and DVD player as well as an excellent choice of DVDs for your use during your stay, plus the villa benefits from free WiFi.

    The sunny and stylish air-conditioned dining area contains a solid wood dining table and 4 chairs, sideboard, mirror, side table and standard lamp.

    The galley style kitchen contains all you would expect and need for your holiday, including oven, ceramic hob, microwave, dishwasher, extractor fan, fridge/freezer, coffee machine, washing machine, kettle, toaster and tumble drier, plus iron and ironing board as well as an excellent selection of utensils. In addition there is a thoughtfully provided coolbox for you to use during your stay! Also the back door leads out to the garden/pool area - perfect for transporting food to the outside dining area.

    On the ground floor is also the air-conditioned master bedroom. It contains double bed, ceiling fan, bedside cabinets, rug and lamps, plus pictures and a large unit with drawers on which also sits a TV and DVD. There is also a thoughtfully provided hairdryer, which will save on your packing!

Guests can arrive and depart on ANY day of the week - you are NOT restricted to Saturday-Saturday bookings!

Access is from 3pm onwards on your day of arrival. Departure is by 10am on your final day.

The villa at was excellent and well equipped. The lovely pool was a godsend in the excellent weather we had, which never dropped below 30c in the shade, so much so we never used the ample roof terrace. Any queries we had during our stay were dealt with promptly and efficiently by our accommodating hosts. The Plaza Mayor which is the closer offered an excellent choice of restaurants which were good value, The Patagonia Steak House does a mixed grill which is excellent and value for money but both The Belfry and The Azafran Indian restaurant were also very good. All in all a thoroughly enjoyable holiday so much so we have booked again with Alicante Holiday Villas for October.

We had a lovely experience. Mark and Martin were extremely helpful and welcoming, especially when the taxi driver dropped us off at the wrong address! We cannot fault the villa. It was very well equipped and clean with a lovely swimming pool. We would definitely recommend to others.

The villa was lovely, clean and tidy, a real home from home with the added bonus of fantastic weather and a pool. The area is lovely and quiet with plenty of shops, bars and restaurants a short walk away. The land train takes you on a short ride to the local beach if it's too hot to walk.
