Sea Views From Your Solarium

The fantastic solarium is furnished with a dining table and 6 chairs as well as a BBQ – perfect for al fresco dining! This fabulous area also has a table tennis table for your enjoyment as well as 4 sun loungers, large parasol and plants. From here you have beautiful sea and mountain views and the solarium is also lit at night – making it a great place to relax in the evenings.
Garden

As previously mentioned, this property is a reverse duplex which means the bedrooms are downstairs and the lounge, kitchen etc are upstairs! The best entrance with your suitcases is therefore through the lovely garden and patio area which is furnished with and bistro table and 4 chairs, yuccas and Mediterranean flowering plants as well as both orange and tangerine trees. From here you enter the property through the hallway containing a mirror and pictures.
Air Conditioned Master Bedroom

On the ground floor you will find the first of the two bedrooms. The master bedroom is air-conditioned and contains a super king size bed, 2 bedside cabinets with lamps, pictures, built in double wardrobe with 3 drawer chest and mirror. There is also a ceiling fan for your additional comfort as well as a hairdryer to save on your packing.
Main Bathroom

Also on the ground floor is the family bathroom. Featuring a bath (with shower over), bidet and WC plus an extractor fan as well as ‘his and hers’ basins set in a marble unit with mirror and lights above.
Bedroom 2

The second bedroom features 1 single bed and 2 bunk beds (both are standard single bed size 1.9m) – perfect for families! In addition there is a ceiling fan, 2 bedside cabinets and lamp plus pictures and a built in wardrobe containing a 3 drawer chest and a mirror.
And, for younger travellers, there is a Travel Cot and Car Seat (9 months+) included in the cost of your holiday.
Air-Conditioned Lounge

Moving upstairs, via the marble staircase, you will find the air-conditioned lounge area which features a 3 seater leather sofa and 2 matching chairs, large mirror and 2 coffee tables.
For Your Entertainment

For your entertainment, there is a large wall unit containing a 43” flat screen TV (with some UK terrestrial and Satellite channels) plus Netflix, You Tube, Prime etc in addition to the free WiFi which is available throughout the villa. There is also a good selection of paperback books for your enjoyment during your stay.
Table Tennis Anyone?

Patio doors lead from the lounge onto the previously mentioned large solarium. Here you can enjoy a game of table tennis, fire up the BBQ, or simply relax in the sun!
And.......Relax.........

On the solarium there is also both a 3 seater and 2 seater sofa plus coffee table - again making it the perfect place to relax in the warm evenings as it is also lit at night!
Modern Kitchen

The spacious kitchen to the property contains a fridge, slow cooker, oven, ceramic hob, extractor fan, coffee machine, microwave, kettle, toaster and dishwasher as well as a great selection of cutlery and utensils. A separate laundry room contains an iron and ironing board, washing machine, freezer and hoover.
Shower Room/WC

On this floor there is also a handy shower room/WC containing a shower, WC, basin, extractor fan and a mirror with lights overhead.
Pool And Gardens

The fabulous pool area is grassed and is less than a minute’s walk from your villa and has both an adult pool, with Roman steps, plus a separate children’s pool. The pool is open from 09.00 - 23.00 all year round and has sea views as well as 2 outdoor showers and fixed parasols for shade.
