One of the easiest ways to get to know the beautiful city of Alicante is on Alicante's very own tourist bus. Started in 2007, the Alicante Tourist Bus, or the Alicante Turibus as it is known, is great for getting around Alicante quickly and seeing as much of this beautiful city as possible during your stay. Operating on a hop on, hop off basis, this is a fantastic way to get around Alicante for a one off cost. If travelling by bus from Gran Alacant, when you arrive at Alicante bus station there is an information desk just inside the front doors where you can get a free leaflet that details the timetables and routes for the Alicante Turibus plus a very good map of the main city centre. The Alicante Turibus pulls in just outside the main front door of the bus station. When you go back to the bus station for your return to Gran Alacant there is a departures display just in front of the bus lanes to the right of the front doors. Here you can easily identify the times and lane for the Baile bus back to Gran Alacant.
Running every 60 minutes, the Alicante Turibus is the easiest way of getting to know Alicante. With the Alicante Turibus you can get on and off as many times as you like during the day and with multilingual audio in 6 different languages you can be sure not to miss out on anything Alicante has to offer!
With full day prices in 2020 of just 5 Euros for children (4-12 years) and 10 Euros for adults (7 Euros for pensioners), the Alicante Turibus is a very cost effective way of discovering all that Alicante has to offer people on holiday in Alicante.
