Access is from 3pm onwards on your day of arrival. Departure is by 10am on your final day.

Myself and my daughters had a lovely stay at this property, it was very clean and had everything we needed for a relaxing holiday. The pool was great and wasn't overly deep. We arrived on a Sunday night and had ordered the welcome pack which was very convenient. We also ordered the pool towels and were happy with them. I want to thank Mark for all his help and will book with Alicante Holiday Villas again soon.

Booking with Alicante Holiday Villas was very easy with payments and communication excellent. Beach towel hire very good. Water turned off during the holiday but Property Host was excellent in establishing the scale of the issue and how quickly we'd get a resolution (the issue was caused by workmen outside of AHV's and the Property Host's control). Overall, our holiday experience with AHV was very good - the property was very clean and well equipped for our stay. Would definitely use AHV again and recommend to anyone wanting a fabulous villa holiday in Spain! Thanks Mark and Property Host Julie for a fabulous stay.

K BURNS - APRIL 2023
This was our first experience of hiring a villa, usually we go with a package holiday. The villa was wonderful, just as described on the website. It was clean and fresh, was well equipped and with all the amenities we needed. The garden was great, not overlooked at all and the pool is a great size and was lovely and clean, with plenty of sunbeds and seating plus some shade for those wanting a break from the sun. The villa is situated in a pleasant area, close to shops, restaurants and bars and we could easily walk to the beach. We took advantage of hiring beach towels, which was a great decision, it saved on our luggage allowance and they were lovely and clean and of good quality. All went smoothly with the booking and our stay. The Property Manager kept us updated with arrival times and was very helpful. Booking taxis to the airport was a little tricky, but we managed it and they were reasonably priced - next time we will learn more Spanish to make conversation easier. We would highly recommend this villa and Alicante Holiday Villas and will definitely consider booking with you again.

Villa is big and spacious. Furniture and decor are of good quality with a nice, homely feel to it. Decent sized pool and plenty of sunbeds. Great to have off road parking. Really pleasant to sit in the morning and evening on the front porch.

Very comfortable and clean. Beautiful pool - good size! Nice BBQ to use. Minor suggestion - more drawers or shelves especially in top bedroom for clothes. Matting on top if pergola needs replacing as little shade when eating. Overall - we loved it!! Many thanks!

This villa has everything a family would need for an enjoyable relaxing holiday. The pool is large with plenty of space around. Six sun beds to enjoy the sun from early morning through to the evening. Kitchen/living area had all the equipment needed. 3 bedrooms, 3 bathrooms slept six with ease. The location was good within a 15 minute walk in different directions you could be at three different areas/squares and super markets. The nearby beach is amazing. All in all we had a great holiday at this villa and would definitely book again in the future.

The apartment was good in every respect and met expectations. The keyholder was very friendly and helpful. That's a lot of pluses for you. All in all, renting, living and paying was easy, and I strongly recommend it to others.

Just arrived back from October half term holiday, staying in villa 471. We couldn't fault the villa. Well cared for, spotlessly clean, well equipped kitchen. Furnishing was to a high standard throughout. Beautiful large pool and plenty of room out the back of the villa. Loved all the little touches that were present, felt like home from home. Well stock bookshelf and box of family games to play. A 20 minute walk to the restaurants, but well worth it. Patagonia Steak Restaurant and the Chinese are a must.

A beautifully clean property with fantastic facilities. Located centrally to nearby restaurants and bars and near to beach . Hire of a car not essential as has local buses and fun train frequently around the resort and buses to Alicante and Santa Pola . We had a wonderful time and would certainly use this villa and Alicante Holiday Villas again.

Just returned from a fantastic holiday, this was our first villa holiday and it definitely won't be our last!  Our villa was absolutely lovely, plenty of space, the pool was a lot bigger then we expected too! The villa was spotless, and has all the things you need too - air con in every room was a blessing especially for the hot nights! The area was lovely and quiet, and only a short walk from some good restaurants and bars! We definitely will be returning, and booking with Alicante Holiday Villas again. Fantastic!

Excellent service from booking all the way through to departure. Our deposit had been returned before we even got off the plane home! Mark was very helpful in recommending a great car hire company (COYS) and Melinda was also very attentive and helped us when needed. The accommodation is superb and the pool magnificent. This was our second visit to the area with Alicante Holiday Villas and we stayed just round the corner from last time. The walk to the shops and bars doesn't take as long as you think it might. We will definitely be returning to Gran Alacant soon.

We have just returned from Gran Alacant. The villa we stayed in was wonderful, it was all as described on the website. We had an excellent stay, the villa was clean and fresh, some villas we have stayed in before have been a little "tired" it was good stay in a villa that felt like home. Mark of Alicante Holiday Villas was excellent, he answered my questions promptly and my deposit was also returned on the day we departed. The property manager was very helpful and accommodating as our arrival time was a little vague as we drove down. We have been to Gran Alacant several times before and we will definitely use Alicante Holiday Villas again.

Having used Alicante Holiday Villas before this was our fifth visit to Gran Alacant area and second stay at this villa in Monte y Mar. Inside was immaculate as last year, homely and a lot of kitchen facilities. The owner had also made improvements to the garden with a new shower area, parasol and garden dinning chairs. Garden also has box with toys from previous holiday makers for the pool. The salt water pool was lovely and a lot better than chlorine, cleaned weekly and larger than most. Very quiet area and only a little overlooked as it backs on to a nature area. The other neighbours can't be seen as surrounded by trees so lovely and private. Easy access to Carabassi bars and restaurants (10 minute walk), Masa square bars restaurants (15 minutes), Gran Alacant centre where there is a Lidl, shops, bars and restaurants (20 minute walk) and beach (30 minute walk). We would definitely recommend this villa.

Would highly recommend this villa for a holiday. The villa was immaculate and very large. The pool was a great size and a lovely area to sit at night with the lights on.There are plenty of bars and restaurants in the area but a car maybe useful. I would love to go back and use the villa again sometime soon, we were sad to leave. The service provided from booking, arriving to leaving was exceptional. Fabulous villa. Pool is huge and plenty of sunbeds and umbrellas. Lots of little extras in the villa such as salt and pepper, sugar, washing up liquid ect. We didn't hire a car as only staying a week but for any longer a car would be useful. Its a good 10 - 15 minute walk to supermarkets and bars. Close to airport but no aircraft noise at the villa. Overall a lovely villa for a peaceful and relaxing holiday.

A nice house in a very quiet residential area. Well equipped kitchen and furnished to a good standard. Plenty of outside seating areas so you can always find somewhere in the sun but out of the wind. Walking distance from supermarkets, bars and eateries. Beach towel hire service is highly recommended.

We had an absolutely lovely holiday and we will definitely recommend this to friends and we also would do this again. This villa had some baby equipment, some toys and other useful things when travelling with kids. Perfect for us, but maybe next time we come a few weeks earlier considering the heat - but that you can’t do anything about! Have a wonderful summer!
