  The front garden is lit at night and also contains 2 large parasols, a 2 seater sofa, 2 chairs and a coffee table as well as an outdoor shower for cooling off in.

  The sunny front terrace has pull down blinds on all sides if shade is needed and is furnished with an imported table and 6 stools, overlooks the pool and is lit at night!

  The air-conditioned lounge features a leather chaise longue, table lamp, coffee tables, rug and pictures. In addition, for added comfort there is a ceiling fan and for your entertainment there is a 31" flat screen TV (with some UK terrestrial and Satellite channels) plus free WiFi throughout the villa.

  The air-conditioned dining room is furnished with a dining table, 6 chairs and pictures. For your added comfort there is also a ceiling fan.

  Modern Kitchen

  The modern, fully equipped kitchen, features a fridge/freezer, washing machine, oven, ceramic hob, extractor fan, dishwasher, microwave, kettle, toaster, coffee machine, iron and ironing board as well as a door to the rear terraces. In addition, there is an excellent selection of crockery and utensils.

  First Rear Terrace

  At the back of the villa are 2 rear terraces. The first, which is shady, contains a dining table and 6 chairs along with a BBQ – so perfect for al fresco dining! There are also 2 further sun loungers and steps up to the back door – making it easy to bring food and tableware from the kitchen.

  For your enjoyment, the second rear terrace features a table tennis table - fun for all the family!

  The master bedroom, again air-conditioned, has a super king size bed, bedside tables, lamps and pictures and is situated on the ground floor. For your additional comfort, there is a stand alone fan.  And this lovely room overlooks the pool and front garden area.

  Additionally, the master bedroom has en suite facilities comprising of a passageway with both a single and a double built in wardrobe, thoughtfully provided hairdryer and a safe for your valuables during your stay. The en suite bathroom features a bath (with shower over) bidet, WC and a basin with mirror and lights overhead.

  Your holiday villa is situated in a residential street opposite a small park which also has children's play equipment - a great bonus for families!

  The air-conditioned third bedroom is also on the ground floor and contains a king size bed, bedside cabinet and lamp. In addition there are 2 double built in wardrobes, one of which contains a travel cot for younger travellers.

  On the ground floor there is also a handy shower room/WC comprising of a walk in shower, WC and basin with mirror and lights overhead.

  Moving upstairs, via the marble staircase and galleried landing, you will find the air-conditioned second bedroom.  This lovely room is dual aspect and contains a double bed, bedside cabinet, lamp plus 2 double built in wardrobes. In addition there are patio doors leading to your private roof terrace.

  This bedroom also benefits from en suite facilities of a bath (with shower over), WC, bidet and basin with lights and mirror overhead.

  Patio doors from the second bedroom lead to your private roof terrace with mountain views and a bistro table and 2 chairs - perfect for coffee in the morning or a glass of wine in the evening!

  The views from the roof terrace are across to the park in front of your villa and also of the nearby mountains. In addition the terrace is lit at night.

  Gran Alacant Tourist Train

  You are just a short 10 minute walk away from a good selection of bars, restaurants and a supermarket. And a further 10 minute will take you to Gran Alacant Commercial Centre which has several large supermarkets, plus more shops, bars and restaurants.  There is also the Gran Alacant Tourist Train which runs around Gran Alacant and can take you to the beach if you prefer that to walking!
