  Stunning 5 bedroom, 4 bathroom fully air-conditioned villa on 3 floors with off road parking, large garden, private pool and free WiFi and within easy walking distance of shops, bars and restaurants. Plus, on the lower ground floor of the villa, there is a large chill out area!  In addition there is a whole host of extras for families included such a Travel Cot, Highchair and Bed Guard.

  The garden has mature palm trees and plants and offers your family a huge amount of outside space complete with an outdoor kitchen area as well!

  Outside Terrace

  At the front of the villa, the shady terrace contains a large corner unit sofa and ceiling fan and is also lit at night.

  Air-Conditioned Lounge

  Moving inside the villa, the first of the two lounges is spacious and air-conditioned and features two large sofas, rug, pictures and coffee table. In addition to the air-conditioning there is also a remote controlled ceiling fan for your comfort. For your entertainment, there is a 54” flat screen Smart TV (with some UK terrestrial and Satellite channels) plus Netflix, You Tube etc in addition to the free WiFi which is available throughout the villa.

  The sunny and stylish dining area contains a large dining table and 6 chairs.

  The modern galley kitchen contains all you would expect in a villa of this standard including a tower unit housing the oven and microwave, ceramic hob, extractor fan and  American style fridge/freezer.

  The kitchen also features the first of two washing machines, integrated dishwasher, kettle, toaster, iron and ironing board and filtered water tap plus a great selection of crockery, pans and cutlery.   On the ground floor is the air-conditioned master bedroom featuring a king size bed, remote controlled ceiling fan, bedside cabinets, lamps and a 4 drawer chest. In addition, there is the first of 3 hairdryers thoughtfully supplied by the owners, plus a safe for your valuables during your stay.

  The air-conditioned third bedroom is also on the ground floor and contains twin beds, remote controlled ceiling fan, bedside cabinets and lamps. In addition, there is a double built in wardrobe with mirrored frontage and a 6 drawer chest.

  There is also a handy shower room/WC on the ground floor which features a large walk in shower, WC, wall mounted heated towel rail, built in basin in a 3 drawer unit and mirror with lights above.

  Moving upstairs, via the marble staircase, is the air-conditioned second bedroom which contains a king size bed, remote controlled ceiling fan, bedside cabinets and lamps, plus 2 double built in wardrobes with shelving and hairdryer. There are also patio doors which lead out to the marvellous roof terrace.

  The spacious roof terrace (accessed from this bedroom) is furnished with 3 sun loungers, bistro table and 2 chairs and is lit at night - perfect for relaxing in the evening and has fantastic views of the mountains and Alicante castle, plus distant sea views.

  The second bedroom also benefits from en suite facilities of a walk in shower, WC, bidet and a basin with mirror and light overhead.

There is also a thoughtfully provided hairdryer.

  The lower ground floor bathroom features a walk in shower and WC,  plus a basin with a vanity unit and lights above.

  Also on the lower ground floor is the fifth air-conditioned bedroom. Again, spacious, it comes complete with twin beds, bedside cabinet and lamp plus both a double and a single wardrobe with mirrored frontage and shelving inside. There is also a large 6 drawer chest and a remote controlled ceiling fan for your comfort.  In addition, there is a folding single bed that can be utilised if necessary.

  On the lower ground floor you will also find the spacious second lounge, complete with leather corner unit sofa, pictures and a 40" flat screen wall mounted TV, plus of course the all important free WiFi that is available throughout the whole villa! You will also find the second of the two washing machines available for your use.
