    Moving inside this gorgeous villa, the air-conditioned lounge area features a large chaise longue sofa and 2 chairs, plus a nest of tables.  Due to the large windows, the villa is always sunny and bright, but there are pull down blinds on all windows if needed. For your entertainment, there is a wall-mounted 55” flat screen SMART TV (with some UK terrestrial and Satellite channels) as well as Netflix, You Tube etc, situated above a glossy white TV unit.

Guests can arrive and depart on ANY day of the week - you are NOT restricted to Saturday-Saturday bookings!

Access is from 3pm onwards on your day of arrival. Departure is by 10am on your final day.

Price notes

  • £350.00 refundable security deposit taken on all bookings
  • 120 Euros end of stay cleaning/laundry charge payable locally
  • 20 Euros charge for arrivals & departures between 20.00 and 08.00 payable locally
  • Electricity is charged at 0.25 Euro per kwh
  • 25% deposit required at time of booking
  • Balance due 6 weeks prior to arrival

Lovely villa. Used as a family. Close to shops and bars with nice 40min walk to beach as Tourist Train was not running. Villa is homely, has everything you need, great space. Highly recommended to anyone.
