Your holiday apartment contains air-conditioning and UK TV plus free Wifi in all areas of the apartment and roof terrace! In addition the apartment benefits from laminated flooring throughout!
Moving into the air-conditioned lounge, you will find a chaise longue sofa, full length mirror, stylish wall unit, coffee table, standard lamp, pictures, rug and remote controlled ceiling fan. Plus, for winter lets, there is a wall mounted electric radiator.
For your entertainment, there is a TV unit containing a 46" flat screen TV with IPTV with UK Freesat channels plus there is free WiFi available throughout the apartment! The air-conditioned dining area contains a breakfast bar and two stools.
Your holiday apartment also contains many nice touches to make you feel at home!
The modern fitted kitchen contains everything you would need on holiday including a fridge/freezer, washing machine, kettle, toaster, filter coffee machine, Nespresso coffee maker, microwave, extractor fan, oven, ceramic hob, iron, ironing board and plenty of crockery and utensils.
In addition, the owners will provide a complimentary drinks pack for all guests on arrival as well as free beach towels!
The elegant master bedroom features a king size bed, plus a remote control ceiling fan for your comfort, bedside cabinets, lamps, large mirror, 4 drawer chest and built in double wardrobe (containing a safe for your valuables), as well as a thoughtfully provided hairdryer.
The second bedroom contains twin beds, bedside cabinet, lamp and pictures, as well as a built in double wardrobe. In addition, for your comfort there is a remote control ceiling fan.
The designer bathroom for this apartment features a spacious walk in shower, WC, bidet, extractor fan and a large mirror, plus a 2 drawer vanity unit containing the basin.
In addition, for winter lets, there is a wall mounted electric heater. Plus there is a second hairdryer for your use.
Stairs lead from the balcony to your huge private roof terrace above! Part of this fantastic area has artificial grass and plants and 4 sun loungers (one for each guest) and catches the Mediterranean sun all day! There is also a large parasol and an outdoor shower, allowing you to cool off after a hard day's sunbathing!
Patio doors lead from the lounge area to a shady private balcony (which is glassed in with sliding windows) and furnished with a table and two chairs - perfect for either breakfast or a glass of wine in the evening! There is also a handy shopping trolley provided for your use during your stay. The balcony is also lit at night.
In addition there is also a large brick built BBQ and a dining table and 4 chairs on the roof terrace - making it the perfect place to enjoy dining al fresco! Plus the whole roof terrace benefits from solar lighting after dark!
The owners have really made this apartment a "home from home", with lots of thoughtful additions!
The views from your roof terrace are stunning with both mountain and sea views as well as panoramic views of upper Gran Alacant.
Your holiday apartment also benefits from being very close to a variety of excellent bars and restaurants plus a well stocked supermarket - all within a few minutes walk! In addition you have a British supermarket called "Quicksave" nearby too!
Furthermore, your holiday apartment benefits from the use of 3 swimming pools (all for residents only and each with a separate children's section).

I've stayed in Gran Alacant many times and this property continued my love of the area. It is extremely clean and well cared for, the bed was super comfy, as was the sofa and sun loungers. The towels and bed linen are all of good quality and you will want for nothing as everything has been thought of. Big shout out to Shaun for keeping it so perfect and for being so helpful to me with an issue I had which had nothing to do with the property; so so helpful. The property is perfectly located for the supermarket, pharmacy, bars and restaurants which are all within easy walking distance - I didn't clock up many steps on my stay! It's very quiet as there is no passing traffic so you can completely zone out on the roof terrace. I wouldn't hesitate to stay at this property again, but I've said that about all of the other properties booked via Alicante Holiday Villas - I'm building a nice little portfolio for my future visits. The booking process is brilliant, so professional and, my security deposit was returned to me before I had even left GA - I got the email from Mark as I was eating dinner at La Piedra!! Enjoy!!

Lovely apartment, close to the pool, bars and restaurants, park and the tourist train. Furnished very nicely with everything you would need, even a coffee machine which is always a bonus! We aren’t massive sun worshippers but if you are the rooftop terrace is perfect and has everything you need. We sat up there a couple of evenings which was lovely. Overall, a nicely sized, well kitted out apartment which we used as a base for exploring the local area.

Just got back from a lovely stay in Gran Alacant. The apartment ref 498 was very modern and clean - the photos didn’t do it justice it looks a lot better in real life. Everything you needed was there. The welcome pack was great as we arrived too late for the shop. It is near all the bars and restaurants. The process from booking with Mark and getting my deposit back within a couple of hours arriving home was great. I will be definitely recommend booking with Alicante Holiday Villas and this apartment to my friends. Thanks again for a great holiday.
