Truly stunning and stylish 2 bedroom fully air-conditioned villa with private pool and free WiFi. This villa is one of the modern versions in Gran Alacant and is finished to a very high spec.
Outside the 7 x 3.5m salt water pool has Roman steps and is also lit at night, giving the villa a lovely night time ambiance.
On your terrace and overlooking the pool, is the outside dining and outdoor living area, complete with a large table and 4 chairs, plus you also have blinds for shade if needed - just the perfect place for al fresco dining.
There are some lovely unique features of this amazing villa, showing the careful thought that the owners have put into making it a special place.
In addition there is the outdoor living area complete with a sofa, 2 chairs and a table – a perfect place to relax. The terrace is also lit at night, allowing you to enjoy the warm Spanish evenings with a bottle of wine in comfort!
Moving inside your contemporary open-plan holiday villa, the stylish air-conditioned lounge contains a large corner unit sofa and 2 chairs, rug, large coffee table, sideboard, lamps and pictures, plus patio doors leading to the beautiful pool and outside dining area.
For your entertainment, there is a 55” flat screen curved Smart TV with full Freesat channels - plus you have free Wifi throughout the villa. There is also a handy Guest Information File to help you make the most of your stay.
The dining area is also air-conditioned and contains a smart table, 4 four chairs, ceiling fan, pictures, large mirror and another sideboard
The ultra-modern large kitchen is filled with top of the range appliances including a large fridge/freezer, oven and built in microwave, ceramic induction hob, stainless steel extractor fan, washing machine, dishwasher, toaster, coffee maker, kettle, sandwich toaster, steamer and electric BBQ plate plus a fantastic selection of cutlery and utensils
As you can see, the kitchen is an excellent size and also has a door to the rear garden area.
On this floor is also a handy shower room/WC containing a walk in shower, WC, extractor fan and basin with mirror above with built in vanity light.
Moving upstairs, the stylish and spacious air-conditioned master bedroom features a large double bed (160cm x 200cm), ceiling fan, pictures, shelving with mirror above, bedside cabinets, lamps and a chaise longue. Plus there is a wall-mounted 32” flat screen TV (that operates separately from the TV downstairs). The dressing area contains 5 built in wardrobes containing a safe for your valuables and a hairdryer for your use during your stay.
There is also a door from the master bedroom to a lovely private terrace (which is lit at night) that contains a table and 2 chairs.
The en suite for the master bedroom features a large walk-in shower, bidet, cabinet with mirror and built in vanity light, WC, basin and extractor fan,
The chic second bedroom, also air-conditioned, features a large double bed (160cm x 200cm), bedside cabinets, pictures, lamps, 2 double built in wardrobes and a chair.
There are also patio doors from the second bedroom which lead out onto a spacious balcony which is furnished with 2 comfortable chairs, table and a parasol.
The view from the second bedroom is across to the garden and pool area!
The second bedroom also features en suite facilities of a large walk in shower, WC, basin, extractor fan and a large mirror with vanity light.
The open plan stairway for the property has also been very thoughtfully and tastefully decorated.
For sunbathing you have 4 sun loungers (one for each guest) rocking chair, large BBQ, and the garden has various plants and a lemon and bonsai olive tree. There is also an outdoor solar shower for cooling off.
As if all this was not enough, the fantastic local beach is just a short drive (or Gran Alacant Tourist Train ride) away and your holiday villa is within very easy walking distance of supermarkets, bars and restaurants and the Gran Alacant Commercial Centre - this really is a fantastic and stylish villa in which to spoil yourself on holiday!

The property was immaculate and very modern. It really did feel like staying in a luxurious hotel at times. The furnishings were very high end. We knew there would be construction work across the road, but it didn't disturb us at all. In fact we checked in on the progress each day! The villa is really close to both the Commercial Centre and Masa Square so there was plenty options to eat out and shop. Melinda, the key holder, was really helpful and communicative. 3rd or 4th time with Alicante Holiday Villas now and, as always, booking was easy and Mark and the team keep you on track. Brought a couple of people with us who had never been to Gran Alacant before and they fell in love with the place too. Thank you.

We stayed at Villa Ref 476 in July 2019 for 10 nights. We found the villa to be of very high standards in terms of facilities, living/outdoor space, cleanliness and the modern feel made our stay very relaxing and comfortable. Supermarkets are very close by (approx. 5 min walk) from the villa. We enjoyed our stay very much and would definitely book this villa again with Alicante Holiday Villas. The entire process, from booking to arrival at the Villa, was very professionally managed and we would have no concerns about using or recommending Alicante Holiday Villas in the future. There was activity on the building site opposite the Villa during our stay, but it was not disruptive or too noisy, there would be more noise around a pool on a package holiday! TV has all the UK channels / access to YouTube , Netflix etc. During our 10 day stay, electricity charges for us worked out at approx £6.00 per day which was deducted from our Security Deposit and the balance was returned to us about a week after arriving home. All in all, don't hesitate to book with Alicante Holiday Villas as we definitely would recommend villa 476 to anyone looking for that home away from home feel with abundant sunshine, pool & a modern setting! PS The beautiful Carabassi beach is less than 10 min drive away which is also a plus point of the area.

We stayed at Villa 476 Gran Alacant. The Villa was immaculately clean, great quality furnishings and everything you could need for a homely stay. Very quiet residential area. Shops and restaurants just a short walk away. Getting to the next resort or beach meant a ride on the tourist train, but easier and quicker to catch the bus, bus stop just a short walk away. The keyholder, Melinda, was so pleasant and helpful - thank you to her. Booking was easy and straightforward, security deposit returned immediately on return. I was definitely impressed with the Villa and the service and would stay at this Villa again. The only thing to mention is that there is (redundant) building work directly opposite the Villa, but no workmen were there during our stay. Nothing to fault Alicante Holiday Villas for as they were completely honest about the prospect of building works from the outset.

We had a late, tricky booking that meant staying in 2 villas for about 2 weeks each. The whole process was dealt with seamlessly and the accommodation was exactly as described on the website. The villa was great; well furnished, clean, lovely pool. Near supermarkets and beaches with good road links to airport and nearby towns. Recommended.
