Outside the 7 x 3.5m salt water pool has Roman steps and is also lit at night, giving the villa a lovely night time ambiance.
On your terrace and overlooking the pool, is the outside dining and outdoor living area, complete with a large table and 4 chairs, plus you also have blinds for shade if needed - just the perfect place for al fresco dining.

For your entertainment, there is a 55” flat screen curved Smart TV with full Freesat channels - plus you have free Wifi throughout the villa! There is also a handy Guest Information File to help you make the most of your stay.

As you can see, the kitchen is an excellent size and also has a door to the rear garden area.

The chic second bedroom, also air-conditioned, features a large double bed (160cm x 200cm), bedside cabinets, pictures, lamps, 2 double built in wardrobes and a chair.
There are also patio doors from the second bedroom which lead out onto a spacious balcony which is furnished with 2 comfortable chairs, table and a parasol.
The view from the second bedroom is across to the garden and pool area!
The second bedroom also features en suite facilities of a large walk in shower, WC, basin, extractor fan and a large mirror, plus the second of the 2 hairdryers.
The open plan stairway for the property has also been very thoughtfully and tastefully decorated.
For sunbathing you have 4 sun loungers (one for each guest) rocking chair, large BBQ, and the garden has plants and lemon and bonsai olive trees dotted about. There is also an outdoor solar shower for cooling off.
As if all this was not enough, the fantastic local beach is just a short drive (or Gran Alacant Tourist Train ride) away and your holiday villa is within very easy walking distance of supermarkets, bars and restaurants and the Gran Alacant Commercial Centre - this really is a fantastic and stylish villa in which to spoil yourself on holiday!

We stayed at Villa 476 Gran Alacant. The Villa was immaculately clean, great quality furnishings and everything you could need for a homely stay. Very quiet residential area. Shops and restaurants just a short walk away. Getting to the next resort or beach meant a ride on the tourist train, but easier and quicker to catch the bus, bus stop just a short walk away. The keyholder, Melinda, was so pleasant and helpful - thank you to her. Booking was easy and straightforward, security deposit returned immediately on return. I was definitely impressed with the Villa and the service and would stay at this Villa again. The only thing to mention is that there is (redundant) building work directly opposite the Villa, but no workmen were there during our stay. Nothing to fault Alicante Holiday Villas for as they were completely honest about the prospect of building works from the outset.

We had a late, tricky booking that meant staying in 2 villas for about 2 weeks each. The whole process was dealt with seamlessly and the accommodation was exactly as described on the website. The villa was great; well furnished, clean, lovely pool. Near supermarkets and beaches with good road links to airport and nearby towns. Recommended.
