2. LOCAL AMENITIES
On each property page on the Alicante Holiday Villas website is an accurate account of distance to restaurants, bars, supermarkets and the beach from your chosen villa or apartment. These have been either walked or driven by ourselves and are 100% accurate. For peace of mind, it is also possible to check these on Google Earth!
3. DISTANCE FROM THE AIRPORT

If you have chosen a villa or an apartment with a communal swimming pool in Gran Alacant, then there will be a lifeguard on duty at all times during the summer, and all pools are gated and access is by either swipe card or key fob – therefore children cannot enter without an adult’s permission. If you have chosen a villa or apartment with a private pool, the pool will be maintained on a regular basis during your stay to ensure the water is properly cleaned for your family’s wellbeing.
5. KITCHENS
Some villas and apartments for rental in Spain can have very basic kitchens! However, all of Alicante Holiday Villas properties have modern kitchens with washing machines, fridge/freezers, kettles, toasters, ovens, microwaves, hob etc. A vast majority also have dishwashers and coffee machines too – again please check on each property’s individual webpage for full and accurate details of facilities.
6. SHADE

9. VILLA CAPACITY
Again, many sites are not specific as to the amount of beds in the property ie. Does “Sleeps 8” mean some will be sleeping on mattresses in the lounge or 4 people sharing one room?
